Stop assuming u have a girlfriend, find out for sure. You dont even know how old your girlfriend is, that gives me the impression she was just a friend. Life abroad is not usually easy and phone calls can be expensive so she could be justified for not calling.
My advice is for u to call and speak to her, find out what exactly is her plan, be open with her, explain that u will not be mad at her but u really need to know your stance.
She'll tell you, it may not be what u wanna hear so u need to brace yourself. At the end of the call, u can can make sure it is not a hostile end to your friendship or relationship, u can end up remaining friends.

Ideally 50-50 would be nice but it doesnt always turn out that way. A typical Nigerian relationship often reveals the guy showing more love, but in a marriage it turns out to be the woman showing more love. I think in a marriage situation, the peace and success of the marriage lies with the woman's understanding of her husband (and children).

Personality differs so it is difficult to say.

Insurance companies hold value for the future. Not sure however that the current prices are good for entry. So many 'hidden' things about them. So thread with care.
