Long distance relationships will end in hurt and disappointment ![]() Do the maths |
Needlelady:Accepted. I was speaking as a man but of course the whole thing goes in both directions. A man who dresses solely to create undue desire in a woman is obviously commiting a sin. |
Signor Zax:I like this post, more of that please ![]() But on a serious note - WHY ![]() Why would guys have numerous babes outside wedlock? Its either those guys are naturally silly or their wives are weak! |
Freebies dont go down too well with men, but playing hard to get is a waste of time if she eventually falls for it all. A real woman goes for what she wants in a systematic manner ![]() |
Any form of dressing that can ellicit immoral thoughts and/or action from a man - for example: Tight fitting trousers on a female wearing either no undies or a thong - That has got to be a sin ![]() |
I dont like blind dates, i dont like unpleasant surprises ![]() |
Yes, but moving on will make it much easier to forget the past. Once again it feels good to be in a position to say NO to a woman and feel good about it ![]() |
Beating women is not something to be proud of, its very wrong. Some women cannot control their mouth but they dont deserve to get beaten. That is just so wrong. |
gentledove:Cant marry anyone less than 5yrs younger than me. Dont have any reason, just cant do that ![]() |
Jackal.:Here we go again, jackal, i'm telling you that those weak ass fools think we have no brains in our heads. They told me i could cancel anytime and thats why my 1st payment to them included a one off payment (£24.99) to cover all admin expenses when i do cancel, add the months fee of £9.99 and you have the price of a ticket to see the games live! To make issues worse, i cancel even long before my 1st month is over because i don't use the crap service anyway (I only ever used it for the game i initially wanted anyway). So i subscribe for one month because of 1 game, then i cancel like 2weeks into the month, only for them to want another £9.99 to cover for a period of 30 days they NOW require for them to cancel my service properly ![]() I think the credit crunch is begining to bite them and they now want people like me to fund their business ![]() What do i need their crap tv service for when i've got Sky, why would i opt for their crap analysis when i have Andy Gray ![]() I'm not really surprised jackal likes them, i just want u to know it could be u tomorrow C'est Finni ![]() |
Jackal.:I must have got my info from where u got your's but believe me, i dont know if this is the new style or something but they require direct debit payments, and hey, they have a contract now! They've baptized it "Monthly Rolling Contract" ![]() Basically, u cannot pay for just one month anymore, it now has to start from 2 months because you have to give a 30 day notice period for all cancellations ![]() I've cancelled my direct debit oh but they are threatening to continue charging, and you know how the story goes, one day bailiff will come to your house to say you now owe £25k from 18months ago ![]() |
My fellow NLanders in London and all around the UK, this has got to be the crappiest decision I have made in 3yrs! I got so carried away by the desire to watch a crucial game on super sunday that I didnt bother to investigate this company before entering their service. They said it was not a contract, you simply join and whenever you want to leave, you cancel your direct debit. I have come to discover that all that is a huge lie, when you join, they charge you (£34.99) more than you would pay for Tv, broadband, and phone services (put together) with any other provider like sky or virgin! and when you cancel your direct debit, they call you to inform you that you now have to give them a 30 days notice period, during which you must still pay another month's extra fees of £9.99! I can't believe I was so careless that one game has cost me approximately £50! when i didnt buy the ticket to watch it at the stadium! I'm sure many have fallen victims because this must be the scam of the year! but i want to ensure that you at least know what you're getting into before you leap, they will never tell you in the beginning, but when you find out whats happening, they are so bloody rude that you almost flip your lid! I feel cheated, i feel insulted, and all because i decided to spend my own hard earned money! Beware oh! |
@ALL: I would like to express my heartfelt delight at discovering this thread about 2yrs ago. You see, I started investing in 2004 with zenith and gtb primarily (when they were offered for just N10.90 and N10.70 respectively), at that time i didnt know the meaning - i just had a stockbroker who i gave all excess cash to invest for me. I left Nigeria in 2004 and joined this site in 2006, it was at this time that i remembered i had bought some shares and at that time the value had gone up. After joining this site, i found the much needed encouragement to invest even more. I have silently observed the thread and used the information wisely. I may be in London, but i've been able to invest substantially in almost every public offer since 2007, i have never sold any share since i started investing and have never taken a loan, but today, with your informative debates on this thread, i've made myself a fortune and i know it would not have been so if i didnt bump into this thread. I want to use this opportunity to give thanks to all those who have contributed meaningfully to this thread, it has educated and enriched me abundantly and i hope someday we can have a get together or something where we can meet and actually show gratitude. |
I dont know about being special but i know about being interesting, and thats because of my extraordinary mix of behavioural variables ![]() You simply cannot find that sort of madness elsewhere ![]() |
Nope, not for me sha, i aint ready for all that baby father drama ![]() Sorry ![]() |
@AKTopgun: Which hospital u dey work for? Just out of curiousity because me sef dey work for hospital u fit answer by email, whitelexi at yahoo dot com |
Under the present circumstances, i'm afraid it would be useless waiting for this ibo man, especially if he's as good as u say he is. You should have thought of the future of your son before making him - knowing your partner was what he is. You can make amends now by not being selfish about your own happiness and thinking about your son and not yourself. He will be better off with his father, whether his father is good or bad. This ibo man will not compromise his own concerns because of u, it is too late simply because there is a child in the picture. It is the simple truth about the realities of the dynamics of family and life, and anyone who tells u otherwise is doing so to lead u astray. Research has shown that children who grow up in single homes end up on the negative route, it happens everywhere, soon he will be grown and wont listen to u. You wont be able to control him if your own life is in tatters, a child will respect his fathers voice and very little more. A word is enough for the wise. |
Life and experience has taught me that money does matter in a relationship with any Nigerian girl ![]() Many will frown and deny it but the difference is clear when u date someone from a different nationality, infact, it seems as if our girls are the only women in the entire world that one needs to spend money to keep. As unique as it is, its got its bad side. |
Van Persie and Toure are almost 100% ![]()

BRING ON WIGAN!!! Gooner Infinitum ![]() |
squirrel20:Acknowledged ![]() But my school principal back in the days of secondary school always said that in the punishment of the guilty, the innocent shall partake ![]() |
dipo2much:And i trebble that too ![]() All u see now is girls who eat burgers and kebabs simply cos they cant be bothered to cook even if they knew how to. Our girls have become so westernized that they expect Mr. Boyfriend to do the cooking for them ALL THE TIME!!! It will most likely get to a turning point, and for their sakes, i hope it gets there quickly enough or else the end could be catastrophic ![]() |
Siena:Well, when u put the MOT, Insurance, parking charges, speed charges, congestion charges, road tax, CO2 charges, etc Its damn too stressful for drivers. I rather invest the money and go by public transport on oyster travelcards, it only means waking up slightly earlier than normal ![]() |
Hehehe, now everybody dey find double, not treble or quadruple anymore ![]() This premier league title go catch fire now, but with our achievement in milan, there's no stopping us ohhhh ![]() Gooner Infinitum ![]() |
I dont drive in the UK, the stress is too much ![]() But if i have to drive, my girl will have to be in front no matter who my best friend is, she is my queen and has to be right there beside me ![]() |
lol, why not them who were once born in the UK? i see some real dissent about the UK girls ![]() Apart from their aparent lack of respect and knowledge of cooking, I also have my serious reservations about them girls born and bred here simply because they feel every one not born here is after their red passport ![]() |
I choose my friends and not the other way round, that way i consistently sorround myself with intelligent people. Intelligence can be viewed from different points and just as some girls are book-intelligent, some are also street-intelligent. I always choose friends who are interesting from any point of view so i can say i have a good variety of friends, males and females. |
We dont normally think about words, we just say them. I lose interest slowly when my girl doesnt read meaning into the words i indirectly throw at her. Men sometimes are not very open with how they feel, but a good woman will understand you even with your body language. |
A good woman will be respected, but who is a good woman? I understand a good woman to be one who knows her onions! mentally, physically, spiritually, behaviourally, intellectually, and sexually. |
@Topic: I have to agree with u that some guys are just jerks but the blame will stay with u for not being able to realise that he was a jerk b4 getting involved with him. Some girls get carried away by the initial aspects of getting to know a guy, there are definite signs and parameters that can be used to measure his behaviour b4 anything starts, but sadly girls allow themselves fall victim easily and then turn around to complain. Lets also not forget that some girls are serious jerks and cannot keep to a relationship for long because of their inability to either blend, sacrifice, or even be competent enough to do anything at all! I get upset seeing the number of threads where its guy vs girl or vice versa. Most of these issues could easily have been avoided. |
Being an ibo man, reading posts from the poster and then reading advices from "chychy", it is openly clear that some of our girls in nigeria have become nothing but selfish and idiotic in the name of westernization or similar, and they now are spreading it throughout africa. I have had the liberty to mix with Nigerians, ghananians, and quite a lot of girls from the south of Africa and one thing stands out clearly, our girls seriously lack respect and are 10 time more like to be in a failed marrriage than any other in africa. @poster: Dont take up very bad advice. There isnt much you can do here but u still have 2 options. You can get this guy where u want him by imposing yourself, he will fall as he is near the brink anyway, but he will always have a double mind and may never take u seriously in public. Alternatively, u can decide to stick with your partner for the child's sake or leave and start afresh with someone else who is not "him". |
Well , what can i say? ![]() QUALITY CANNOT HIDE!!!!! ALL WHO KNOW ALREADY KNOW!!!!!!! THIS IS THE FINAL WORD - END OF DISCUSSION!!!!!!! Gooner ![]() |
