Politics › Re: Nigerians And Big Grammar? by whiteroses(f): 9:20pm On Aug 15, 2009
naliakar:
Yes “gentlemen” and their legend transcend “nomenclature” and yet you bestow upon them, a sense of cerebrally vacuous “inadvertent” and “monstrous” acknowledgement. The trajectory of any nairaland consolidation predicated on such attributions inevitably yields a kind of countercharge- a recrimination that reveals an irredeemable presumption of super heroism. For you as the self chosen interlocutor for Nairalanders, even that presumption is unattainable.  Dont be such a jerky upstart.
chineke mei i give up o grin grin grin
all this reminds me of a movie i saw two brothers moving to lagos and have a village headmaster friend that enjoys speaking phonetics a lot lol
Family › Re: How To End A Marriage In Nigeria by whiteroses(f): 2:47pm On Aug 15, 2009

naliakar:
Blame it all on Wole Soyinka and Christopher Okigbo. They started the tradition that saw most Nigerians privileging pomposity over the desired simplicity of communication.
ahem excuse me sir, do not blame those distinguished gentle nomenclature, we nairalanders must inadvertently participate in monstrous ways of consolidating this site and not participate in any juvenille rascality grin grin

danacreate:
My People, fellow students come to think of it, who actually is been affected by this face off between the gvt and ASUU.? of course it is the student. salary of govt. officers is not touched, that of the lecturers also isn't touched. But the students, innocent as they are have to stay idle at home wasting precious time.

So the question is what are the student doing to bring a lasting solution to this primitive menace?. nothing? what a pity!. Perhaps they lack ideas, well i have a suggestion , all student nation wide should embark on a peacefull rally against the govt. Let the world know that we are fighting for our future, we won't sit aside and watch some gluttons ruin the future of this great nation. I belief this would bring shame and tension on the govt. and they will be forced to accept the demands made by ASUU.
dearie they have done that countless times this is what always happen

Politics › Re: Nigerians: Very Stupid People! by whiteroses(f): 12:58am On Aug 09, 2009
originaly Nigeria was helpless and uncivilized thats just how God or the universe made it but people worked hard and made it what it is today, like national anthem says the labour of our heroes past should not be in vain, i come from background of politicians and historians they said a lot of people have laboured and people died in the past till we got where we are today but there are problems because nigeria is a poor country and over populated so cant manage it properly, remember people like obafemi awolowo and others who were taught law by europeans and they even used that law against the europeans in the end and we got a lot back , i think you are not a Dr like you claim you sound lame and idiotic but please listen to your mum cos if you commit suicide in the end you just die for yourself not anybody else
