1. As many payslips as you like, but 4 should be okay. General rule of thumb is to provide the first and last, along with others midway. This will help to prove your start and end dates. N.B relate to every invidual different employment so since u have worked I two separate place, you should provide 4 for each employment period

2. If the e-payslip carries you coy letterhead I believe it should suffice if there is a signature. If not print and let issuing person sign to authenticate it.

3. For bank statement it should authenticates cover the entire period of each employment. I think most people submit for full period to avoid stories.

4. StanbicIBTC usually sends out monthly and quarterly statement of account for Pension fund/investment gains. You can as well log on to your pension account generate the statement.

5. You should hand 3 career episodes. CPD. And summary statement. What discipline of engineering are u assessing?

To cut the long story short, I met this lady 2015 and everything was going on smoothly until it turned out sour.
