Now our Lord God has His own Kingdom and in His Kingdom, His Principles is simply Giving Glory.

The natural man is bound to go against this principles because the natural man follows the voice of the devil who is against the principles of the Kingdom of God from the Beginning

The natural man takes Glory because the devil has told him that the reward he get from not giving Glory or in taking Glory is far better than the reward he will get for Givng Glory.

And sometimes the devil go as far as to tell you that the pain you will get in giving Glory is far more painful than the one you will get if you do not Give Glory or in taking Glory.

This is why stealing and pride (taking Glory for oneself) is frowned by God Almighty because in God's Kingdom, We Give Glory and not Take Glory


Now, back to your question, Your Life is your Greatest Glory and if you think that I'm lying, inagine a scenario where a doctor tells someone that he has 3 days to live in earth and during the day, he got a call that he has hit a $1million jackpot, ask yourself, will that man celebrate the glory of that $1million?
The answer is simply no because he has only 3 days to live, so truly the life of a man is man greatest glory, so if you give your life to God you are giving your Greatest Glory to God. And at the same time you are following the principles of the kingdom of God, there by being Worthy to live in the Kingdom of God

But the truth is as you live in this kingdom, you follow the principles and enjoy the benefits of the kingdom
And the principles are not hard, JUST GIVE GLORY TO GOD ALMIGHTY, THEN YOURSELF AND THEN YOUR NEIGHBOR

As a Christian we should be Giving Glory at all times because that is the ultimate principles if the Kingdom of God

When is God's will not done, because whatever is done will still be seen as god's will and if whatever is done is God's will, why do you pray ?

To know God will is to imitate Jesus Christ that when you are passing through certain challenges and you might have prayed other prayers but the situation persist your last resort should be God let your will be done. Then go about do the right thing that is required of you. Whatever comes thereafter becomes the will of God for you. Note many a time the will of God does not always suit us.

If you claim to be a Christian but have never sincerely and from your heart prayed this prayer, it means your Christianity is still at a shallow level and yet a long way from becoming Christlike.

This is the example Christ set for His followers during the most trying and troubling time in His life and ministry on Earth.

It was so troubling for Him, He even asked God if it be His Will to take the cup away from Him, yet He said to the Father, "not my Will but yours be done". Luke 22:42

Therefore, if He who was the One and Only begotten Son of God, who hence didn't deserve to go through such sufferings, would humble Himself to that point before the Father, how much more those of us who deserve to suffer such things?

If we claim to be His followers, we must also prove it by following His example and His Word, by denying themselves, taking up our crosses to follow Him, just He denied Himself, took up His cross and followed His Father regardless of where He led Him.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

That's when we truly become His followers, by doing likewise, denying ourselves and saying sincerely from our hearts just as the Master had done, "Father, may your Will be done, and not my own".

The truth is that most Christians don't want the will of God but their own will, if you tell a Christian today that he will suffer for the sake of Christ, he will say God forbid. He will start quoting from Genesis to Revelation how it is never the will of God for us to suffer that Christ has suffered and died for us therefore suffering is never our potions. But we forget that the same Christ died for his Apostle but that never stopped the Apostles from suffering and dying for Christ sake. We have derailed from the true teaching of Christ who said if you want to be a follower of mine deny yourself take up your cross and follow me. Cross is it a thing of joy or suffering, many Christians have followed prosperity preachers who deceived them that as Christian you can not suffer. The will of God is not always palatable that is why many people reject to follow their own will.

I used to work with several engineers with diverse personalities but many of them were somewhat introverted. I found being kind, leaving them to their work and not forcing them to be overly involved.

For the most part, they were thinkers and not as introverted as they appeared. I discovered once they got comfortable with me that they would chat and we'd laugh.

I think the key is to try to be understanding, try to make sure they are comfortable around you and don't pressure them to do what isn't natural to them. Invite them to social activities like luncheons and other things but don't be surprised if they don't attend. I used to ask one if he wanted me to make him a plate. Eventually, he attended.

As long as they are doing their job, leave them to it. People in certain positions took those positions because it doesn't usually involve social activities. Engineers, accountants, dishwashers…there’s a lot of jobs that don't need to be social. Assume that's why they choose that job.






Introverts are not rude or arrogant. We just keep ourselves to ourselves and get on with things. It doesn't mean we're unfriendly.


1. Allow them to get settled in at work in the morning before talking their ear off. Introverts sorta have to acclimate themselves to social environments such as work or parties every time.

2. Keep conversations short and sweet unless they are keeping the conversation going. Nothing is more awkward than a person that won’t stop talking to you despite your clear lack of interest in what they’re saying. Just say “hi” and keep it moving unless they are clearly in the mood to talk.

3. If they say their “fine” or “okay” just take their word for it. Don’t try to probe for more information or try to get them to open up to you. We’re naturally quiet, reserved, and have bitch resting faces! We’re not sad or upset…that’s just how we are naturally.

4. If we decline the invitation to the office happy hour or Christmas party, please respect our decision! Don’t try to convince us to go or ask us why we don’t want to go. We would just rather avoid large awkward social gatherings! And everyone, (even extroverts) can agree that office social events are a bit awkward!

5. Don’t tell them that they need to be more social in the office. The only thing we NEED to do is our freakin job! Everything else outside of that is extra credit. And we are also well aware that our social withdrawal may cost us a promotion but we’re perfectly fine with that! Co-workers are just that…coworkers…not friends!

6. Don’t try to force them out of their comfort zone by putting them on the spot. We aren’t “shy” extroverts who need to get out more. We are introverts who actually prefer flying under the radar. Don’t make them give the presentation to the whole office! Don’t make them wear the stupid Halloween costume for everyone’s amusement! Don’t put them on blast in mass emails! Don’t make them give speeches to the whole office! Just leave us alone!!

7. Don’t make our quietness seem like an issue. Almost all of my supervisors have said “Gosh! You’re really quiet!” In reality, we’re similarly bothered by how loud everyone else is but UNLIKE you, we don’t make a big deal about it. We accept people for who they are. SO WHAT, if I’m quiet and you’re talkative?? People are different. Don’t make me feel uncomfortable for being who I am!

I know I listed 7 points, but it all boils down to 2 things:

ACCEPT THEM FOR WHO THEY ARE
LEAVE THEM ALONE UNLESS THEY REQUEST OTHERWISE!

You are good, God bless you for this, one thing that baffle me is that introvert seem to understand everyone but no one seem to understand him. It really difficult for an introvert to scope in this noisy world. Me for one I hate in relevant talks, if I go to anywhere I must study the environment. I don't like people forcing me to do what I don't like. In my office I talk anytime an interesting topics is been discussed even those close to me would wonder, so I can talk like this, but after then when I might have proved my point I will just go back to myself. I hate gossip with passion and the moment I dictect you're gossiper I will just distance myself from you.

This is good, but Nigeria can make policy the difficulty there is a good management and implementation of such policy.
