Have they really study the content of the loan act..? The bureaucracy involve before obtaining the loan and the condition for repayment....? I weep for Naija my country. Will this lon improve the standard and living wage for lecturers. Will there be anything good about our tertiary institution for our elites to allow their children school in Nigeria....?
