There should more competition to open up the LPG market. It's sad Greenville can't keep to contracts it signs. We have OPLs in the Anambra basin, Imo River and Akwa-ibom. Smaller start up should take up the challenge of building mini-LNG plants, the technology to do that is now available and getting more cost effective.
Nigeria should take this 'decade of gas' mantra seriously. I'm aware Oando is doing something similar in Ajaokuta, Waltersmith is quite impressive with what it did in Imo State, they are currently expanding their operations to include a mini-lng plant and 45000 condensate refinery.
The economy of country will be driven by gas, states like Akwa-ibom, Rivers, Delta, Imo, Edo and probably Anambra could see GDP improve remarkably if they start investing in gas for industrialization.
