That's why all others can't point to works they did apart from their worshipers who are praising them for thing we don't know of. This is the same excuse Muslim fundamentalists give for beheading non believers. They say Allah gave them the right to wipe out nonsense on the planet he created. |

DeepSight: I said aspects. I agree the central premises hold. One of such aspects is the evolution of sexual reproduction. Whats wrong with sexual reproduction? Sexual reproduction evolved to speed up the evolution process. Mixing genes from two different increase tremendously the number of ways the genes can combine to form different individuals, and also speed up mutation. Asexual reproduction would take much longer time to respond to changes in the environment. |

Omoawoke: What if Yahweh is a fallen angel too?
You haven’t thought of that.. The same way Yahweh came upon the surface of the earth in the beginning
What if they all descended from their respective places and chose different locations on earth
Yahweh landed in Israel, ogun landed in Yorubaland…
And that’s why Yahweh is a jealous god, he doesn’t want to share Israel with anybody
And he specially called that land his chosen land and his chosen people
You think the creator of the universe will be fighting for land like Yahweh did?
Yahweh is a demon! Yahweh is the most narcissistic God in the whole of mythology. Allah comes a distant second. Zeus, Jupiter, Orunmila, Odin, amadioha, and Co are learning in terms of wickedness, egocentricism and genocide when compared to Yahweh. |

DeepSight: There are aspects of the ToE which remain highly questionable and the pity is that the scientific world also has adopted the rigidity of religion with respect to the ToE as many Professors who have done research and written papers challenging it are persecuted by the academic community to the point of being ostracized. My brother which aspects of the ToE do you find highly questionable? The main crux of the ToE is simple. It simply states that "All species of life have evolved over time from common ancestors through a process called natural selection". Now, many other fields of study support this theory, including Genetics, paleontology, comparative anatomy, molecular biology, biogeography and geology. I would be glad to see just one research paper that counters this simple but elegant theory |

Lucifyre: Did i mention evolution?! Do you have evidence or not?! Or are you looking for tangents to weagle out cause there's obviously no evidence whatsoever.😋
And yes evolution has tons of evidence more than anything in your bible. Imagine someone saying there is not evidence of evolution in the 21st century, when the complete human genome has been decoded. Genetics can pinpoint every gene in your body. They can use your genes to trace your relatives for many generations. They can reference the closeness to other animals by comparing the genes alone. |

So when i researched Ifá methodologies and discovered that some legends came from heaven to the earth (which is not possible for ordinary humans) i believe it must be these superhumans who later became gods in ancient times after God rejected them. 2Peter 2:4 And you have evidence of this heaven, angels, superhumans (or is it superman) and all? |

Remember science says anyone who does not accept everything they say, that one is not intelligent False. Science say no such thing. That's religious dogma that is set in stone and cannot be changed. Science theories change all the time. It changes according to data available at the time the observation is made. So many scientific theories have changed over the centuries - from gravity to the nature of the atom. The only theory that have stood the test of time and all attacks is the theory of evolution. It has not been disproved since it was theorised by Charles Darwin over 150 years ago. |

Whales and dolphins are known to have quite distinct languages and dialects, and so do many other animals. MaxInDHouse: Can you use SCIENCE to explain why the world is filled with different languages? Science can - social science and biology. Languages are systems of communication used by social groups of animals, enabling them to convey information and interact with one another. These systems can take various forms, including vocalizations, visual signals, auditory cues, olfactory (scent-based) signals, or even tactile and sensual communication. Each species, subspecies, or social group, such as a clan or family, develops its own distinct form of language tailored to its specific needs and environment. Moreover, languages are dynamic and evolve over time to meet the changing needs of the society that uses them. The English language, for instance, is markedly different from what it was 200 years ago, and it is likely to continue evolving over the next 200 years, adapting to new cultural, technological, and social developments. The myth of the whole world speaking one language is just that - a myth, a fable. We call it fàbu |

However, I soon realized that the time and dedication required to attain true mastery or guru status were impractical for survival in modern society. Achieving genuine spiritual mastery—not the deception practiced by many so-called gurus today and religious charlatans, who are only after your pocket —demands decades of meditation, righteous living, and complete detachment from material possessions. Tibetan hermits, for instance, retreat into isolated mountain caves, meditating for years and surviving on minimal food, eating only once every two days, all in pursuit of enlightenment. Are you prepared for such a path, merely to awaken the kundalini and glimpse the future? And to what end? |

SQLmastar: In the eyes of the law, President cannot suspend or remove a Governor. It is not enshrined in the constitution. Fubara still remains the governor therefore he can challenge this infringement on his rights. But our Supreme Court says otherwise. |
Politics › Re: Why Fubara Cannot Go To Supreme Court Over Suspension by wirinet(m): 9:38pm On Mar 23, 2025 |
fergie001: If a Governor is impeached for example, rightly or wrongly, then a new Governor is sworn-in....
When that impeached Governor approaches the Court, he doesn't file the suit as Governor... No
For example: When Peter Obi was impeached, he approached the Court to challenge that, as Mr. Peter Obi v Balonwu & Ors
When Governor Ladoja was impeached, he approached the Court as Mr Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja.
So for all intents and purposes, Fubara as Governor is suspended and cannot approach any law Court, as Governor of Rivers State. That is not to say it is right or wrong. For me Luke I have always held, suspending elected officials is very unconstitutional. What a lot of us are saying is that a governor just like the president cannot be suspended. Removal of a governor from office is covered under section 188 and 189 of the Nigerian constitution, anything other than that is an illegality, its akin to a coup. The supreme court should not be entertaining an usurper. The is no provision for a sole administrator in the constitution. It only talks about governor. |

fergie001: I have read that 2006 judgement, Fubara does not have the locus because by law, he isn't signing the cheque in Rivers.
However, any Governor can proceed to the Supreme Court to test its constitutionality and join both Fubara & the new administrator as parties to the suit.
I made same observation here earlier... https://www.nairaland.com/8373114/rivers-national-assembly-duly-consulted/2#134605407 In reading the constitution, does the term sole administrator appear any where therein? Does a sole administrator have the locus to be signing checks? Are the civil service and commissioners now to take orders from the sole administrator or the administrator is to administer solely? |

Imagine a professor of Thermofluid engineering making such ridiculous statement. Different grades of PMS burns at different rates depending on its blending.
