Even though majority of so called gays are in it for the fad, there a small minority that their sexuality is not really straight forward. There is something called intersex, this is a condition whereby the individual have a mix of chromosomes, such as XXY. Such person may appear as a girl with a dick, or a boy with breasts. First and foremost sworn affidavits are not evidence by itself. They are used to support actual or physical evidence. Secondly, sworn evidence are useful only in a court. You cannot expect the secretary of state to nullify already certified results without a court judgement. Thirdly, Trump and his lawyers should have presented the sworn affidavits as evidence when Brad Raffensperger gave the State Senate (republican), the state House (republican also) and the government committee (republican executives) the opportunity to argue their case. These are the constitutional process of opposing the outcome of an election. Let me mention once again, maybe it would get pass your ears and into your brain - Trump has no role in the counting, processing and ratification of an election in Georgia or any other state, except of course going to court.

The call itself was unappropriate and incriminating. I am surprised that Mark Meddows made the call. Even a secretary of state who is running for governor of his own state cannot unilaterally find himself votes because he thinks the election is not fair to him. This response by Brad Raffensperger should have put paid to all of Trump's allegations of election rigging.

What we have done is we gave our state Senate about one and a half hours of our time going through the election issue by issue and then on the state House, the government affairs committee, we gave them about two and a half hours of our time, going back point by point on all the issues of contention. And then just a few days ago we met with our U.S. congressmen, Republican congressmen, and we gave them about two hours of our time talking about this past election. Going back, primarily what you’ve talked about here focused in on primarily, I believe, is the absentee ballot process. I don’t believe that you’re really questioning the Dominion machines. Because we did a hand retally, a 100% retally of all the ballots and compared them to what the machines said and came up with virtually the same result. Then we did the recount, and we got virtually the same result. So I guess we can probably take that off the table

Is that not an infringement on the rights of states to present their own electors to the US Congress. Apart from Trump threatening the secretary of state of a member of a federating unit, he went ahead and organised his own electors. He inserted himself into a process he had no role whatsoever. Judges did indeed take up the cases, the only problem most judges had with Trump's suits were that they were all frivolous, a judicial waste of time. Trump did not show actual fraud in any district. He asked elections in whole counties to be dismissed because as he alleged without providing any proof, ballots were switched in bidens favour, or that mail in ballots should be nullified. No judge including Aileen Cannon will do that. Even the supreme Court with 3 Trump appointees did not see merit in Trump's cases.

The negative economic impact of removal of subsidy is far worse than the keeping it despite all the corruption associated with it. The problem of the subsidy regime was corruption and not the subsidy itself, afterall Nigeria was not the only country with a subsidy regime. Its only educated and skilful people that can be productive. Illiterates end up being Abgeros, IPOB, militants or Boko Haram. Then investment in infrastructure is a must, particularly power. All human activities are driven by power.

All Tinubu's policies since may 29 has led to increase in productivity. I cringe when I hear some state governments want to revert to a 3 day working week or than Unibadan want to give its staff a 3 day working week. Can you imagine the impact on our already abysmal educational system? And the graduates of these universities are expected to compete in the world market.
