TOOLS NEEDED

1. A computer with internet connection

2. PdaNet+ (included in attachment)

3. Ezroot (included in attachment)

4. The original cable of your phone (Follow come ** if you dont have it then try with another durable one)



On your Android phone go to Settings > Applications > Development. Note: if you don’t see the developers option on your phone, goto settings>about phone > then keep on tapping build number like 8 times , after that go back now and you will see the developers option.
Now click on the development icon and switch it on and then tick the USB debugging option (don’t mess with any setting there apart from checking the USN debugging option on).
Now connect your Tecno F7 to the computer via a USB cable then select media or file storage turn it on.
Install the PdaNet on installation if it asks for device just click others or if it says no device found then your would have to unplug your phone then exit installation then redo it, but is it works then it should install some drivers to your system and PdaNet app on your android
Now open and run eroot, it should show the name of your phone e.g TECNO F8 then click the root button!! if your phone model does not show, make sure PdaNet is running then start this number 5 again
Your phone would root in a matter of minutes, mine took seconds tho, after it is successful just check your phone to see if supper user app has been installed, if it has been installed just restart your phone and enjoy, if you did not see the superuser app then i would advice you start all over from number 5.
After restart it is adised to pull of your battery when the phone is on then put it back and on the phone in other to avoid ba3 issues

A Silicon Valley jury has ruled that Samsung must pay $290m (£180m) to Apple for copying iPhone and iPad features in its devices.

This verdict comes after a previous jury found Samsung owed Apple $1.05bn for copyright infringement.

However, US District Judge Lucy Koh ordered a retrial because she said that jury miscalculated the amount Samsung must pay.

Samsung is expected to appeal.

Apple said in a statement: "For Apple, this case has always been about more than patents and money. It has been about innovation and the hard work that goes into inventing products that people love.

"While it's impossible to put a price tag on those values, we are grateful to the jury for showing Samsung that copying has a cost."

The jury's ruling covers 13 of the 26 Samsung devices that Apple had argued copied its technology. These are mostly older Samsung tablets and smartphones.

The $290m figure comes on top of the $550m Samsung owes Apple as a result of the initial verdict. In total, Apple has now been awarded close to $930m in the case.

Apple shares traded slightly higher on the news. Samsung closed down slightly earlier in the day.

'Beautiful and sexy'

Samsung had argued that Apple should not have ownership over technology like what Samsung said was the "basic rectangle" shape of smartphones.

"Apple doesn't own beautiful and sexy," Samsung lawyer William Price told the jury during the proceedings.

However, the jury in the courtroom - which is located just 15 minutes away from Apple's headquarters in California - thought otherwise, awarding close to the $380m Apple sought. Samsung said it owed just $52m.

Samsung was found to have infringed Apple patents, including one that allows users to "pinch and zoom" on smartphone and tablet screens.

A separate trial to determine whether or not current Samsung devices violate Apple's patents is scheduled for March 2014.

Apple has also asked Judge Koh to consider a sales ban against all of the older Samsung models that used Apple's technology.

BEIJING (AFP) – An oil pipeline exploded Friday in the Chinese coastal city of Qingdao, killing 35 people, state media said, in the latest deadly industrial accident in the country.

The force of the blast ripped roads apart, turning cars over and sending thick black smoke billowing over the city, pictures showed.

One pedestrian had a leg blown off and another man’s head was crushed under a piece of concrete debris.

The pipeline, run by state-owned oil giant Sinopec, sprang a leak early Friday and exploded several hours later as workers sought to repair it, the Qingdao municipal government said in its verified account on Sina Weibo, a Chinese equivalent of Twitter.

At least 35 people were killed, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

The Qingdao municipal government earlier had said when the toll was at 22 that it could rise further and the number of injured had yet to be confirmed. Its Sina Weibo account was not immediately updated with the total reported by Xinhua.

The explosion site in the eastern province of Shandong is close to the coast and barriers had been set up to stop oil leaking into the sea, it said.

China has a dismal record on industrial safety as lax law enforcement and corruption enables business owners to cut corners or offer bribes to evade standards.

Around 28,000 people were killed or went missing in workplace accidents in the first half of this year, state media have reported.

YOLA - Hell was let loose in Yola, the Adamawa State Capital Thursday night as suspected Boko Haram insurgents unleashed terror in the state capital.

During the attack which lasted several hours, at least six people were reported killed, while many others sustained injuries.

Eyewitness account told Vanguard that the suspected insurgents in their large number stormed the popular Kasuwar Gwari market along Mubi Bye Pass, fingered their victims and shot them at close range.

The eyewitness added that serious stampede ensued in the area and spread to other parts of the state capital like wild fire.

In the ensuing confusion, several people sustained injuries as people ran for their lives following sporadic shooting.

The military enforcing the state of emergency in the state have launched a man haunt for the fleeing suspected Boko Haram members.

The man haunt has led to the closure of all roads leading to and from the state capital thereby creating long queues along the major roads.

As at the time of this report, all the major markets in the state capital have remained closed and shut, even as other shop owners operate at low level.

Anxious Journalists who visited the Brigade Commander of the 23 Armoured Brigade, Yola, Brigadier General Fattai Alli went away in disappointment as he said he was too busy to talk to the press.

Adamawa alongside Borno and Yobe states have their state of emergency extended by another six months following unending activities of Boko Haram insurgents.

CALABAR- A Seventeen year old female student of the University of Calabar, name withheld, was raped to a state of coma by armed robbers who raided the hostel she and several other colleagues are living on Tuesday night in Calabar.

The robbers, according to a fair complexioned male student who gave his name as Ngoli, attacked the hostel located at Mount Zion Road/ Inyang Edem Street at about 2am and raped all the female students and carted away all their laptops and cell phones.

“They stared by firing warning shots into the air to warn us that they came for serious business and thereafter went from room to room battering everybody and raping the female students one after the other”.

He said the girl that went into coma was still a virgin that made all the robbers want to have a taste of her. “The first one to pounce on her announced to the rest that she was still a virgin and that made everyone of them go after her and in the process she bled seriously yet they would not allow her go”.

This was the position of the Speaker, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Samuel Ikon during the Tuesday plenary, following a matter of urgent public importance brought before it by the member representing Onna, Hon. Charlie Godwin Oton, bothering on the disagreement on compensation over the oil spill.

The Speaker, Rt Hon Sam Ikon, who presided over the plenary accentuated that the house will step into the matter involving Exxon Mobil and some communities in Eket Senatorial District over oil spill if the incongruity is not resolved before its next plenary on Thursday, 7th November, 2013.

"The 5th Assembly remains committed to its slogan...we remain the peoples' Assembly and we will continue to act and express ourselves such that we would continue to win confidence to the public that the mandate they gave to us remains sacred. Again, we were call to duty and again, we will act."

Elder Ikon, who stated that the present House of Assembly will not fail to live up to the expectation in matters of public interest, appealed to the youth of the affected communities to continue to remain calm and law abiding while negotiation was going on.

The representative of Onna State Constituency and Chairman, Committee on Inter-Governmental, Political and Special Matters, Charlie Oton, had informed the house that following the oil spill in 2012, Exxon Mobil had agree to pay the sum of 26.5 Billion Naira to the affected communities, but could not keep to the agreement.

Oton, who is the Paramount Ruler of the House, informed that the divergence on the part of Mobil has since instigated protests by the people of the area and prayed that the House should urgently step into the ruckus.

Members who supported the prayer were: Member for Oruk Anam and the deputy speaker, Comrade Udo Kierian Akpan, Member for Esit Eket/Ibeno and the Leader of the House, Okpolupm Etteh and Member for Eket, Ayang Ayang. Others were; Barrister Onofiok Luke, who represents Nsit Ubium, Barrister Bassey Etienam, Urueoffong/Oruko, Uduyok Johnson Aboh, Ikot Abasi/Eastern Obolo, Victor Udofia; Ikono and member for Mkpat Enin, Barrister Ekong Sampson.

They argued that if the House is truly the peoples' Assembly, then proactive measures must be taken fast to avoid break in order and lost of lives and property in the affected communities.

The members who spoke one after the other commended the youth, traditional fathers and women of the affected areas for maintaining law and order in jarring situation such like theirs.

They strongly urged private sector companies, organizations and multinationals operating in the State to share in the burden of their host communities by engaging in enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in their various domains.

The 78-year old father of the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Tourism Development, Chief Nelson Belief, has been abducted.

The Nation gathered that the commissioner’s father, Chief Uroh Nelson Tempurah, was kidnapped by unknown gunmen at the coastal community of Minibeleu, Akassa, in Brass local government area of the state.

The victim was reportedly abducted at about 2.56am on Tuesday by seven gunmen.

The bandits were said to have shot sporadically into the air before whisking their victim away.

Nelson, who confirmed the development, said the kidnappers had yet to contact his family.

“My brother, it is sad that an aged and peaceful man will be abducted. I am in a meeting. I will call you back,” he said.

Sources said the gunmen entered the home of their victim through the roof.

They were said to have seized the mobile phones of other occupants of the building before escaping with their target.

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Alex Akhigbe, confirmed the development.
