All this defence is not called for. If u met ur wife offline-good. If not, good. This is the age of technology-internet. Many people have access to the computer or phones, and plenty also are on different chat sites where you go to interact, do business or generally cool off after a good day's work. You might be impressed with the character of someone(the way they reason/talk) online, and wanna MEET PHYSICALLY with the person, which is the important part. When you do and click, you guys could take it to the next level. There is nothing-absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in saying that someone met their present partner online before physically. Dont know why some think it's something crazy. Hello! This is the internet age. You can never meet everyone on the surface of the earth, so the computer affords u the opportunity to at least meet some totally outside ur scope. The important thing is meeting that wonderful person and connecting. Pls it's only mature people dat should get into relationships. Can't believe some people still think like kids.

@OP, why cant you just mind your business.

Anyway, we know how to get to people like you. Be afraid 'cos we are now after you, Mr. Jason.
Is that supposed to be ur idea of a joke? Or u're one of them? When important things re bein discussed, that's when u'll see levels of silliness.

God2man:
You are the prophet of yourself. God can speak to you through your dream. Is your  night dream  telling you about death? if yes, then Go for deliverance prayer and reject it. If yours hands are clean, tell your fiance to tell the prophet too that the prophet will die. Fear not. Just reject the fake prophecy, provided, you are in right standing with God. If not, stop the relationship, and move on with your life. God2man. God bless you.

RomanceRe: (fake) Prophesy Is Ruining Our Relationship by Wislet(f): 3:55pm On Sep 03, 2011
@OP, listen carefully. In this case, it's good to be wise. Even though it might look foolish to some, wisdom is still paramount, so you win both ways. If it was true, u'd have been on the safe path in staying away. But if not, u would have still stayed away long enough to know if it was true after the time has passed. If ur mind is not at peace with de relationship, then you need to be on your own. You should make it a point to seek God's face too- HE doesn't confirm something to only one person. You can also ask someone-u mentioned ur mum-to continually join her faith with yours in prayer. Sometimes, (i wont call these ones men of God) deceivers say such things for their own selfish interests. At other times, if it is a true child of God, it would be good to listen.

Some people on this thread are alarmists, walahi. Giggling all over the place, seeking for attention. Jumping to almost every comment. Cool down haba! Checking de pix plus presumable age will leave u with much to be desired. Hmmm. Maturity is truly not associated wit body size/age. Lol
RomanceRe: Is It Decent For A Lady To Answer Her Phone After 11pm by Wislet(f): 1:16pm On Sep 03, 2011
I understand toba. It is not somethin that should be done ALWAYS anyways. Just few, if u must. But where i disagree with him is in enforcing it on a girlfriend. She isn't yours yet, and so u cant (have no right to) lord anything over her. You can tell her ur likes and dislikes, it's left for her to adjust AFTER u MARRY her. THEN she is under you. As a girlfriend, it's still her choice to continue/not. If she stops out of love-fine. If not, it's her choice. U hav to respect it.

A woman NEVER comes under a man's law UNLESS they are MARRIED! It's WRONG for a guy to dictate to a girl he is YET to marry! What if she is tired of you and the boring relationship? She should not look for greener pastures? Even if it entails night calls? Because of who? You?

so you didn't even attempt to Be Intimate with her because you were sloppy drunk and you think she cares about your pride from the bet? Dude what you need to worry about more is your professional reputation and people thinking you are a sloppy alcoholic who can't even not drink when he is expecting a guest at his home.
if i were you i would find a way to break the ice and start building your rep back in that office also let that woman know that you didn't know she was serious which is why you went out drinking. Then ask her to a friendly lunch that way if something happenes you would have a frersh start with her
The most stupid advice. Have a fresh start with a prostitute? Who knows how many other men she sells herself to in the name of 'games'.,
RomanceRe: Ma Embarrassing Story by Wislet(f): 10:13pm On Sep 01, 2011
@OP, Dont mind the guys telling u you messed up not keeping up wit the bet. There is no money/false pride worth your honour. This should have opened ur eyes to the kind of person the girl is. She is the one dat lost, not you. She lost her pride and should be the one ashamed. Not you. Go to your work place with head high. Even though the bet was a fo.oli.sh one, thank God wisdom came to your rescue in the nick of time-hope it wasnt just because u thought u'd fail! Young men of nowadays & stu.pi.d things they do. Smh.
RomanceRe: Who Should I Go For? by Wislet(f): 9:43pm On Sep 01, 2011
@sexkillz, that's why i lv u dearie. Said it lik i would :-D
@OP, i dont see how a responsible girl will walk up to you and outrightly tell u she's a virgin-that would be a desperado you should avoid! Unless of course you asked them. But be careful, u look like u still have some growing up to do. Virgin or no virgin, that's not the main issue. Don't be shallow minded, otherwise u might make a huge mistake settling down with your worst nightmare. As to your question: u might love one & be attracted to the other. You have to take time to clear your head. If possible, keep ur distance from them both for now, dont promise them anything, else you'll continue feeling guilty and obligated to jump into one. Tell them u need to be alone now. Go out more with your male friends, dont think about them. After a while, when u've gotten your brains thinking straight, you will find out the one u truly luv. Who knows, u might also discover u luv neither of them, only infatuation!

Huh?

Your best years?

I have heard this erroneous statement so often it is shocking especially from the "clean-him-out-in-divorce" crew.

Hardly do a lot of women give the man they marry the best years of their life. The best years of your life is from about 17 to 25 years old. That is normally given to some bad boy most women find sexy, exciting and think they can change.

By the time they have been damaged and start losing it, they turn to the good man and give him the remnant.

So except a woman meets a man within the aforementioned age range or she has a wider than average best year range, she did not give him her best years. Very few women meet their husbands at that age range.
Mr anti-GOD and anti-godly marriage, you come here analyzing things u know nothing about, ''in your own wisdom'', playing Mr smart. You obviously have no respect for the marriage institution. Go school those that want to be deceived, not people that need to know the truth. Nairaland small champion.

@laura, it is very difficult for you to leave him right? Let me help u.,, Open ur mind and imagine this: your man marries you, you give him your best years and children. But Then he has to travel outside, where you can't reach him physically to study/work or whatever. Then one day he comes to you and tells you he has fallen in love with and wants to marry a girl he met where he resides. And you know you can't marry another man yourself when u're still married to him! Be honest with yourself: wat will be your reaction? To Smile? Clap for him? Welcome the woman with open arms? From some of your statements, i'm beginning to wonder whether u're indeed a christian like u claim-always comparing Islam with christianity just to justify the fact that you want to take another woman's husband from her. U have also analyzed how u want everything to happen- suggesting u'll live in another house while the woman lives in hers. Which means ur plans didn't start today. Kudos! Dat's wat u're hoping everyone here will tell u right? Master planner. You continue to say u dont want to hurt anyone, that's the only thing holding you back. Somehow i think you've already decided to marry the guy. U might even have fixed your wedding date and playing the role of wife to him, only to come here with the pretext to deceive us. Shame, woman! A MARRIED MAN. You did not respect the sanctity of marriage, only to make yourself a pros.tit.ute to him, and try to attract the wrath of God upon yourself. In this day and age where many profess God but know Him NOT.
