Datti Baba-Ahmed is not being entirely honest. Those who endorse this his message, geared towards demonizing APC, must be ignorant of the reality of how was it was the PDP that Datti Baba-Ahmed was a member of, before joining Obi in Labour Party, responsible for the birth of state-abetted terrorism and sponsored explosiion of Boko Haram well before APC was formed in 2013.

See Why Igbos May Never Become President Very Soon!!
It's because of claiming none Igbo areas to be theirs.
How can you call Ijaw areas in Rivers say it's Igbo land?
How can you call Igalla area in Anambra and Kogi Igbo land?
Or Bini people area in Ika and say Igbo land?
Igbanke people are not Igbo.
I've been there before.
Heared their language, tasted their culture.

The oga kpatakpata of them all is calling Lagos a no mans land.

Lagos is predominantly Yoruba.
I went to Odo-Obara High School Obafemi Awolowo Way Epe Lagos State as well as St. Michaels Anglican Primary School Popo Oba Epe Lagos State.

I saw Ijaws of Arogbo renting land to Yorubas in Oluwo Market side as well as Erepoto because these areas are actually owned by Ijaws.

But even if Yoruba don't own all of Lagos, that's their home.
There are people that genuinely have no other State to call their own but Lagos.

This is why people don't like Igbos.
They act toxic and piss people off.
Act well and people will love you.

@General Ditari
Per the bolded, it is as simple as that. When it is only them that have problems with their host wherever they go worldwide, how is is it rational to think they are the ones who are in the right and "victims" always while all others in Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, India, China Indonesia, Thailand etal are wrong and "oppressors"?

They need to make it make sense otherwise they should look in the mirror to see the biggest enemy of the Igbo man.

So na APC dey pay insecurity even when GEJ was there and Chibok happened?
Indeed. Was APC formed, let alone be in power, when Boko Haram Started or when Senator Ndume, then of PDP and now APC, was accused of aiding terrorism?

This case of Ndume, PDP then and APC today, is crystal clear proof that terrorism is about individuals and their inclinations and not APC or PDP per se as Datti Baba-Ahmed patronisingly and simplistically wish to infer.

Ignorant Nigerian , with so much information around them they remain disinterested in accessing, should really think about their own future they wish to place in the hands of devils masquerading as Saints today.

That is Senator Ndume at the back in the image below with Ali Konduga, Boko Haram spokesman jailed for terrorism, in 2011 when Ndume was implicated for abetting terrorism.

Nigerians really need to be guided. We are on the way to becoming worse than the most terrorised nation on Earth if certain people succeed gaining power by manipulating the minds of gullible and ignorant Nigerians with APC and PDP rhetoric.

A great post, but most Nigerian still will choose to look the other way and focus on noise and distractions.

When the Northerners have had enough of singlehandedly destroying their region and running to Abuja, they will stop.....but the last thing anyone in the South should do is allow them to export it or copy this manifesto of madness.
God bless you baba. Must we Southerners allow ethnic, political and religious differences blind us to the extent we ignore what is obvious to then be the architects of our own downfall?

We all know APC has SW,SS, SE and Middle belt leaders/factions not involved in sponsoring or abetting terrorism in any shape or form.

Meaning the distinction must always be made clear, in Nigeria where political Parties have no ideology and are mere platform for gaining political office, that it is the core Northern faction of APC responsible for worsening terrorism in Nigeria.

Southerners supporting the taqiyah rhetoric of unrepentant sponsors of terror from the North now wishing to deflect blame on PBAT, with hope of using such to oust a Southerner from power, are myopic and self-destructive.

Northern leaders reject responsibility for their heinous crimes against Nigeria. They then hide behind "na APC" plus "na Yoruba President" or "blame Yorubanization" to wrestle power from the South as they cannot do without the slush funds from the Presidency. Yet it is self-destructive and myopic Southerners suicidally aiding their agenda.

When the whole of Nigeria is fully engulfed in fundamentalist terror, because some Southerners would not condemn those guilty of it and instead applauded them for fighting an independent-minded President from the South, will our generations unborn forgive us if our lack of focus and application today lead to them inheriting a Nigeria worse than Somalia and Afghanistan combined?

How dumb are Southerners to now be backing El Rufai, Datti Baba-Ahmed etal to conveniently heap the blame on Tinubu for problems we know they are 100% responsible for that we are also aware can never end unless Northerners, especially their leaders, want it to?
Politics › Re: We Are Victims Of El-Rufai’s Misrule In Zaria – Datti Ahmed by WizardOfNG: 9:52am On Sep 03, 2025
What Datti Baba-Ahmed and El Rufai etal will fail to confess is that APC is not one. It consists of very distinct and seperate entities. Strange bedfellows only united by the search for political office and control of the center and not much else.

I.e North vs South, Fulanis vs all others, over-religious and extremist North Vs Liberal and tolerant South.

To Say APC is using terrorism to remain in power must be exclusively clarified to mean Fulanis and Northerners in APC are those guilty of that. For example, there is no terrorism at all in the SW and SS. Even that in the SE is localised and not exported as is the case with the North.

It is never Southerner responsible for terrorising Nigeria and Not Southern leaders tacitly abetting terrorism by commision or Omission.

The truth has to be told to these arrogant, unrepentant and gaslighting Northerners that a beautiful nation is being destroyed because of their actions while they deflect blame elsewhere simply because they cannot tackle the extremists amongst them and prefer to pay them not to slaughter Nigerians.

Also Crystal clear it is not an APC President from the Yoruba ethnic group, that value the sancity of human life, sponsoring terror for political gains as Baba-Ahmed alleges.

El Rufai plus Datti Baba-Ahmed grandstand and gaslight arrogantly all day because they know the South is not united or emotionally intelligent enough to ask them "why are you people so predisposed to fundamentalist terror and killings?"

Why deny the problem you are causing for Nigeria for God sake to then only be talking about APC, Tinubu etal patronising and distractingly?

Clever folks will know those who deny being the problem, to then deflect blame towards all others, are not remorseful, responsible or interested in solutions to insecurity. They may even be direct sponsors of it. Otherwise they would not speak as if charity should not begin at home.

Northerners right now are looking very bad and dangerous to those with decent intellect capacity because, from Datti Baba-Ahmed to El Rufai, there is a clear and disturbing refusal to take blame for what they have used to essentially destroy their own region and Nigeria by extension.

Instead they cleverly talk about APC and PDP, Tinubu's "evil Government" etal yet non has shown the honesty to admit "we Northerners are the one's responsible for terrorism becoming part of Nigeria's reality today" to then pledge to tackle the issue sincerely.

We have seen lists of sponsors of terror consisting of almost Northerners entirely. When will Datti Baba-Ahmed, El Rufai, Atiku etal talk about those names and how to neutralise their nefarious influence instead of shouting APC, Tinubu, "Yorubanization" etal everywhere?

If you think leaders or prominent people live on past reputation alone then you don't understand life. Go and ask Will Smith on top of the world today and persona non Grata tomorrow for slapping Chris Rock publicly.

Whatever he was before, he will reduce himself to a character the political establishment will agree to ignore same as disgraced Will Smith, an A-lister previously, is now largely ignored by Hollywood directors.

He has gone on to unravel as a hardcore extremist whose capacity for 'acting out' unacceptably cannot be predicted by anyone. "Totally unhinged" comes to mind.

Many Southern leaders, to include those not fans of Tinubu, are silently fuming at El Rufai's conduct/talk and unrestrained arrogance laced with veiled and ungracious threats against a Southern President with even his son joining in the show of shame.

Whereas nothing of the sort was done to Buhari by Tinubu or any other Southern leaders who largely remained decorous in the face of the then PMB's gross misrule.

No Southern leader threatened Buhari uncouthly, as virtually all born-to-rule Northerners, are doing openly today. Yet they don't appreciate they are creating a real and toxic divide between South and North.

Southern leaders won't talk loquaciously as El Rufai and his fellow Northern supremacists are doing. They will simply resolve to do what must be done to assist Tinubu win and foil Fulani imperialism, hegemonistic arrogance and open disdain for Southerners.

Datti Baba-Ahmed: opposition must ‘do the unthinkable’ to beat Tinubu
Oluwatosin Ogunjuyigbe

July 4, 2025

Speaking in an interview with Trust TV, Baba-Ahmed described Tinubu as a political mastermind who spent 16 years methodically working towards the presidency.

However, he expressed doubts about whether the coalition members are truly willing to put Nigeria’s interests above their own political ambitions.

“I don’t yet see anyone in this coalition who can scheme and plan over 16 years. With all due respect to Atiku, he has contested consistently—this will be the seventh time,” Baba-Ahmed said.

“But tell me: is there anyone else in the coalition who will say, ‘Let it be the other person, and I will support them’? I’m yet to see that. Everyone seems only interested in their candidacy.”

Baba-Ahmed highlighted Tinubu’s patient approach to power, noting how the current president strategically supported others before claiming the presidency for himself.

“He stayed committed for 16 years and took it in 2023,” he said.

Restrict Amotekun to peashooters while Northern Cattle businessmen arm illiterate Fulanis with AK-47 they used to engage in kidnapping and terror that has now changed the dynamics of security in Nigeria forever.

That one-sided wickedness we saw under Buhari is the definition of evil because nothing tops the brutal and casual killing of a fellow human being who is a total stranger to you.

If you can show Tinubu malevolently empowered his own Yorubas to be a similar menace to what Fulanis, aided by their Governors and President, became to Nigeria then I will agree with you 💯% Tinubu's Government is evil.

Some of you are so warped and prejudiced you don't understand terrorism and senseless killing of others, abetted by the actions and inactions of Northern leaders to include El Rufai, is the most evil act leaders can commit..

Well-said. My opinion also. I am the one who is most insistent on regional autonomy because I know it is the only feasible system of Governance to secure the best future for our generations unborn.

The SW must move away from the 'one Nigeria' model of Governance whereby a Northerner or Igbo, both very unreasonable and extremist folks in my opinion, have power over Yorubas socio-economic direction and fortunes.

A Fulani President will always embrace crude and unprogressive socialism whereby the wealth of Nigeria is used to sustain the North with one of the greatest example being how political control of power abetted their bastardization of our currency to create black market arbitrage making illiterate Northerners billionaires daily through Bureau De change Forex trading whereas ordinary Nigerians can never access Forex through our banking system.

In fact, this Forex issue is one of the reason they hate Tinubu passionately even though floating of the Nigeria is best for Nigeria and most Nigerians.

An Igbo President, unless reasonable like Umahi or Soludo, will simply deliver Azikiwe's dream of assisting Igbos take over the States of others for Igbo's covetous expansionism.

Yorubas should be smart and visionary. Unfortunately many, beyond using their head for mundane thoughts, cannot see the danger ahead and what is coming with Nigeria fast unravelling as a nation where leaders are now most interested in their own ethnic agenda rather than what is best for all Nigerians.

It is obvious why the Fulanis and Igbos, despite being the two least committed to what is best for Nigeria or the "Zoo" in the case of the latter, want power.

El Rufai obviously thinks all Nigerians are morons he can bamboozle with deceit merely because of unavoidable reform-related hardship that all global economists have explained is a precursor to sustainable growth and development of Nigeria.

He should tell us why he did not call the Buhari Government "evil" for creating a never-before-seen reality where Fulanis went everywhere across Nigeria killing, raping and maiming at will, openly and partisanly abetted by the Buhari Government, while all Nigerian regions, bar the SW, cowered in fear.

Buhari's Government, if we talk about evil, was the most malevolent since 1999. Wanton killings plus destruction of lives and livelihoods everywhere across Nigeria by Fulanis that most Fulani political leaders defended tacitly.

Yet we know it is official culture of Northerners not to publicly criticise their own leader. Instead they save their worst curses and hypocritical criticism for the leaders of others who are not responsible for the terror, poverty and deprivation they have brought upon themselves.

Yet it is now some desperate clowns are talking about who his first girlfriend was and such BS.The likes of Lamido are the reason Nigerian politics is not progressive.

They know the Nigerian electorate is not sophisticated and continue to patronise Nigerians with frivolities rather than issue-based arguments.

From a political leadership perspective, which is what should matter to Nigerians, can Lamido even reach Tinubu's ankle in terms of achievements in political leadership?

Yet he throws dry bones out there knowing Dogs will bark. Lamido who claims to be "known" has done what exactly to alleviate the excruciating poverty in the North, out of school children crisis, Almajiri menace etal? Shior.

See what a supposed human with functioning brain is crapping out?
So a politician s background shouldn't be investigated cos he has delivered decades of political service?
Imagine the nonsense thinking!
That's why this country is the way it is..
Any nonsensical rascality can just cross the border and become President without any forensic analysis of their past and present lives.
So someone aspiring to the highest political position shouldn't be vetted?
So you think Presidents from other countries aren't vetted?
Or you believe any politician in Europe or US can become President with a shadowy past?
Or one with criminal ties to drugs?
Nigerians get the leaders they deserve.
Do you have any sense at all? Insulting others when you can barely think properly. No matter what you think, Tinubu is not disqualified for political offices using any parameter that matters.

Candidates are investigatwd and cleared to eun for political office. That is the end of the matter. Shun emotions and respect what is legal and accepted by the Nigerian electoral system.

This OP's obsession with Tinubu and Yorubas na die. Anyway it is tied to the psychological analysis of life highlighting how inferiority complex towards others leads to morbid and unrequited obsession with them. I feel sorry for you OP.

Your mind is your own prison and torture chamber unfortunately because you can never escape it unless you try and refine yourself to understand you need to learn from others not hate them merely because they better you and whatever you stand for.

Don't mind the Joker. Does he live in the Kogi him and other reprobate leaders of the state failed to develop?

They all run to Lagos and Abuja that are the two sanest and most developed States in Nigeria. In the case of Lagos, we have the considerable burden of hosting 10% (23 million Nigerians) of the entire population of Nigeria in the smallest state of our nation.

Yet they want to use the real needs of Lagos to play politics. Like you concluded "e no dey work again". Nigerians are wiser.

They know the likes of Melaye are failures while Lagos is an overburdened victim of her own success under successively efficient management, since 1999, by talented and driven leaders/Governors.

In tears. JAGABAN is President till 2031
. Goatluck Jonathan was President in 201-, but Tinubu was the one that selected the Speaker. That is another point that he is the god of Politics
Lol. Was about to say the same but you beat me to it. The guys is obsessed with bad-mouthing and demarketing Tinubu and Yorubas.

Yet, as the saying goes "who God has blessed (Tinubu and Yorubas) no man can curse".

His noise on NL amounts to nothing but an exercise in futility.
