cococandy:What are you even saying? Can you listen to yourself for crying out loud? Lord, what type of clan curse is this? |
aribisala0:God bless you baba. Was just about to make same comment when I saw your post. Give them your kidney, to spare their life, they will still find ways to discredit your life-saving generosity out of prejudice and hate against your person. His talk of 50 million is ludicrous because even 2 million upwards is enough seed or even expansion funds for many businesses. There is simply no way to appease those of the natural and hateful disposition never to see good in others. This is why I never attempt doing it in my personal or business life. |
Ofunaofu:Keep talking of Laptop because you and OP are not bright enough to note others see what you cannot hence their reason for supporting Tinubu passionately including most of your Igbo leaders today bar the desperate Obi. It is clear that those (Past Presidents since 1999) who got their so called loved one's (i.e Nigerians) addicted to crack cocaine ( using subsidy-induced weaponised poverty) are not the heroes. The hero is the person (PBAT) who has decided drastic tough love must be deployed , i.e drug rehab in a strict facility, to save his loved ones before they all die from their drug addiction. That is the reality of Nigeria and the only choice before Tinubu that, unlike other President, he did not flee from making for the greater good of Nigeria and Nigerians. If NOI, Adeshina and all others you lot praised during Buhari's regime as "best Presidential material" are today behind Tinubu, what does that say about you and Obi considering the mischievous and insincere noise against Tinubu you are making today contrast with his 'job well-done" firm endorsement by those you claim have the knowledge to deliver Nigeria? |
Gidgiddy, you dey try and I understand your IPOB and Obi fervour but you don't have the intellect to drive an effort to discredit Tinubu you believe Obi will profit from to then become President. Scaremongering about price of petrol and exchange rate in 1962 compared to now is for those who, not mocking them, are too uneducated to understand what Nigeria and even they themselves need to thrive immensely Fuel subsidy removal and floating of the Naira, responsible for the main trust of your Tinubu demarketing agenda here, have been praised directly and indirectly by Soludo, Otti, NOI, Mbah, Kalu and literally countless of distinguished and accomplished Igbo leaders as brave and transformational reforms Nigeria badly needed. Soludo has even gone as far as saying he is supportive of Tinubu because he is a leader who has been brave enough to introduce reforms that is now transforming the Nigerian economy for the better. Who are you then to think this crude and ignorant scare-mongering effort of yours will profit Obi? You are only showing an illiterate exercise in futlity with your noise here. Fuel subsidy is gone and price of PMS in Nigeria, still one of the cheapest globally, must reflect a new drive of making our crude endownment a more profitable and nation-building asset. This can only be achieved via a shift away from buying back our crude from foreign refineries, using subsidy bankrupting Nigeria, just so Nigerians can enjoy unfeasibly low cost of PMS that was literally destroying Nigeria and her socio-economic future. With at least 2 private refineries joining Dangote soon, it should be obvious to everyone that Nigeria now only wishes to operate in the self-funding and economically beneficial sector of our crude endowment which is profitable sale of Nigerian- refined derivative of crude i.e PMS etal. 189 Naira per litre price of fuel, achieved by economically crippling fuel subsidy, is gone forever and the gains of subsidy removal is already bearing fruit as a direct driver of massive infrastructure transformation ongoing in Nigeria today. With floating of Naira, even if you cannot understand the concept, it is economically self-destructive, on so many levels, artificially inflating the value of the Naira when such is achieved via subsidy rather than through better performance of the Nigerian economy which is the only way to create economically beneficial value for a nation's currency and boost the purchasing power parity of Naira. Like fuel subsidy, subsiding Naira is a scam Nigerian leaders initiated against Nigeria no President before Tinubu has had the political will to end. Igbos much better educated and intelligent than you recognise that Nigeria is changing for the better and will be positively unrecognisable in a few years if Tinubu's reforms are allowed to run their course. They are all behind Tinubu and their support for him will surely have electoral profit for PBAT in the SE come 2027. You are only wasting your own time with threads like this because opinions are changing quickly from when Tinubu's reforms were most punitive to where we are today. Business, political and industry leaders are seeing the positive effects of those reforms reassuring them it is only a question of time before they can use Tinubu's empowerment from the top to use improving the lot of ordinary Nigerians to put them in positions of success never before experienced. |
omenka:Lol. Obi looking more and more like a shunned enemy of progress lately with how the most respected Igbo leaders and achievers, with careers meritoriously far greater than anything Obi achieved, endorse Tinubu openly and passionately with the Agulu messiah is the only incoherent voice of dissent. When Soludo, NOI, Otti, Mbah and literally hundreds of respected Igbos are praising Tinubu and Obi alone is saying different, how will the Agulu charlatan appear to sane people if not a dishonest desperado willing to say and do anything to occupy Aso Rock? |
autoez:Aside his die-hard and ethnocentric fans, most Nigerians have moved on from Obi and don't take him seriously any more. He has been demystified as an unprincipled, hypocritical, dishonest and desperate empty barrel. Crystal clear to many today that Obi is precisely same as many politicians and leaders his passionately supportive fans of 2023 believed he was different from and would work to remove from Nigerian politics so Nigeria can prosper. Who can respect Obi today after his many grovelling visits to characters like Malami, Sheik Gumi etal. Obi is fraternising with literally thousands of crooks who destroyed Nigerian in ADC, yet a sane person will believe, once Presisent, he can work.with those same people to transform Nigeria? Lol. |
DmonSlayer10:No where did I say APGA is a national party. In fact my precise point is that APGA and ACN were stereotyped as regional Parties. Obi of course inherited APGA while Tinubu built ACN from scratch. Obi, because of total lack of leadership talent, entrenched and regressed APGA in her regional identity as an Igbo-centric Party unwelcoming to non-Igbos to the extent he demonized Ngige "Yoruba" and "Awolowo anointed" candidate Igbos must reject when Tinubu gave Ngige his ACN platform to use prosecuting his Senatorial ambition. Contrast with Tinubu who created ACN and then had the talent to add four Governors to her total capacity by 2013, to make 5, with Lagos been the only ACN state at inception. Tinubu, despite your people branding ACN "Yoruba Party' quickly showed he is not Obi's mate by opening up his Party for use by all non-Yoruba Nigerians like Ribadu, Ngige and many others. Tinubu incredibly took the ACN, with sheer talent, all the way to becoming the official opposition Party of Nigeria by 2013. Only seven years after it's formation in 2006 !!! He then merged his meritorously valuable ACN, having the most Governors and politicians in office than all others, to form APC, with CPC etal, which became the ruling Party of Nigeria producing Buhari as President in 2015. Who, of even the political titans like OBJ etal, has achieved similar to what Tinubu has in Nigeria's political history post 1999 talk less of the political jobber and Party-hopping Obi who flees regularly and never makes his mark anywhere he ends up? Or, even worse, the reality that Obi only managed to regressed political platforms he was/is affiliated with as we saw him do to APGA and is now repeating in Labour Party. If anything, what Tinubu and Obi made of ACN and APGA is undisputable and definitive proof, to every sane person, Tinubu is the greatest Nigerian politician post 1999 while Obi is a sad and pathetic joke. |
Konquest:Bro, there are loads of individuals like him doing great things in Africa today. I.e Nigerians and Africans born in the diaspora plus Nigerians and Africans Japa crew who have done well and are returning looking to gain no-ceiling success in their nation and continent of origin. Of course we also have those, most impressively inspirational , with long disconnected history with Africa (African Americans for example) and even those, like the Chinese and Lebanese, moving permanently to Africa, and identifying as Nigerians and Ghanaians etal, in search of opportunities and lifestyles, as they wish to enjoy, not available elsewhere. All those above, returning to engage in business and industrialisation, are going to play a part reshaping Africa for the better, by making her a continent Africans can stay and be happy in. This is an especially important concept because the West, that Africans love to Japa to, will become more protectionist and anti-immigration in an age of global economic challenges which will not abate significantly anytime soon in my opinion. Meaning western nations must focus on catering for indigenes and citizens better by controlling immigration consciously. What Trump is doing will be the new norm going forward indicating Africa and Africans has been put on notice to fix their homes and stop their emigration obsession. What these visionary and ambitious people see is the economically proven reality that Africa, according to the brightest global economists, is "the last frontier". I.e the continent of the world with the most untapped vast resources and opportunities while other Continents, like Europe for example, are over-developed, overwhelmed and literally incapable of brand new and exponentially great wealth. I salute all these people coming back, for whatever reason, as they can ensure Africans, or those who want to make and keep wealth in the continent, have a say in the future of a continent the world will have covetous eyes on as the 'crown jewel' Oasis in the middle of a global economic desert. All these people, unlike the clown I responded to who thinks "abroad" is automatically better, will help to ensure minerals and resources rich Africa, West and Sub-Saharan Fridays precisely, does not slide into a second age of enslavement. Imaging if we all japa myopically leaving incoming foreigners, who do not care about Africa but are visionary enough to see opportunities we spurn, moving in to make our continent and her assets the new feeder hub of thei economic resurgence and greatness of their nations outside Africa? Slavery and colonisation achieved that for them in the past when France, UK Belgium etal cut up and shared Africa for their own gains. To avoid a repeat, business and entrepreneurial returnees to Africa, with genuine and residential connection with our continent, will be important. |
DmonSlayer10:Some of you are so dishonest. Kai !! Exactly like your messiah Obi who is the master of fake news. When I saw the bolded , i.e "then scattered ACN and formed AC", I had to do a double take 😲😲 because, as a solid student of contemporary Nigerian politics from 1999 to now, I even had to ask myself when did ACN morph into AC ? Abi I dey coma when the thing happen? Lo and behold, courtesy of the information age, I was able to verify in seconds that no such thing happened as I believed was the case. You Obidients are something else. To shield Obi from being correctly called out for what he is you deploy lies you wish to use maligning the likes of Tinubu so you can succeed insinuating that all Nigerian politicians are no different to politically inept and worthless Obi. Whereas the likes of Jagaban are a million times more principled, upright and efficient as Political leaders than Obi can ever be. Start with what Obi made of APGA I.e virtually destroying the Party and made it worse off as a bitter local champion regional band of jokers with no appeal beyond the SE. Then compare with what Tinubu achieved, single-handedly, creating ACN with one Governor alone in the SW to then have the principles, dedication and patience to turn same Party into the official opposition Party by 2013 when ACN had five Governors out of a total of six in the SW!!!! Is that something anybody else has achieved even remotely close to, post 1999, for you to be shamelessly comparing Obi with Tinubu? You people have a history of emotionally and sentimentally shunnng proven facts and reality to your detriment so it is never a surprise to see you praise those who should be condemned while demonising those only deserving of praises and emulation for setting good and development precedence for Nigeria'd political development. As a Party politician, desperate and unprincipled Obi is not it all. He is a total disgrace and best you people ignore threads like this rather than attempt shameful image laundering for him.

Xox1945:You guys make me laugh. You all swear to wanting a better lesders and a great Nigeria. You will then always curse a set of leaders you are prejudiced against as "the problem of Nigeria". Yet when those you support blindly are 100% indicted for unprincipled behaviour, even a child can call out as outright wrong, you feign ignorance or deflect issues elsewhere. Your antics of turning around to malign Abure over his truthful message of Obi's unfit and unprincipled conduct, for a character seeking to be President of Nigeria, portrays you as what exactly? It is only fools who continue to think leaders alone are the problem of Nigeria and never followers who are even more unprincipled, more greedy, more wicked, less humane and more selfish than the worst leaders. |
Abure is right about Obi's lack of principles. 100% Proof Obi is a charlatan is his shameless patronage of the intellect of his supporters with how he appears ready to say and do things that clearly portray him as unprincipled, hypocritical and desperate. We can understand and expect all we are seeing today from Atiku and Sule Lamido etal viewed the "old boys" generation of politician Nigeria needs to do away with. What is the excuse of Obi, a supposedly "superior" politicians, viewed a hopeful departure from the "old boys", with unprincipled behaviour that makes him appear ready to do and say anything to land in Aso Rock? How will his young, principled and intelligent fans, like Falz etal, view the behaviour and "I swear to do one term" type of utterances of Obi today? They are seeing a new low in unprincipled and desperate behaviour they never thought Obi was capable of when they swung behind him passionately in 2022. Surely it will impact how they vote in 2027. |
seunmsg:Absolutely. They are so bitter and hateful to the extent they remain ready, anytime and any day, to cut their own nose to spite their face. As some of us stated , with the way PBAT moved, it will be only governors with evil hearts who will hate or reject supporting a President who has worked directly to allow them have significantly greater sums of money to do and achieve far more for their people. |
The usual enemies of progress, you are needed here to come and banish "Efulefu" or "Sabo" Mbah for commending Tinubu. As some of us have commonsensically observed, it is not possible for any progressive Governor in Nigeria, be they from the North or South, to be against Tinubu they realise is the most supportive and generously empowering President Nigerian governors have had since 1999. “I must commend President Bola Tinubu, whose vision and wisdom to remove fuel subsidy, have led to all the projects and change to a new transport system that is based on 21st century infrastructure and service for our people. |
forgiveness:Indeed. It has good content that gets lost in how poor, unprofessional, visually outdated and unappealing broadcasting is. A real disgrace that needs total overhaul and significant upgrade with how it appears to be operating with 1960 technology in 2025. |
Softmirror:What do you mean? Was she 'marketing' items for short term or overnight hire? |
Softmirror:Lol. Everyone's talking about the mammary region of this women. I am yet to see the video. Is it worth me searching for it? 😎 Your other point is correct also. I.e the bot is somewhat fair and has improved Nairaland making us more decorous. I thought it was unfair and prejudiced initially but I realised even removing some commonsensically offensive word makes the difference to been banned or not I was banned earlier for using Af..ja. I removed it after the ban was over and resent the same message with no problem. |
one4GOD:Because Nigerians are unhappy with the government does not mean certain things that are wrong should be done to our nation and we then applaud such. Yes, lack of pride in Nigerian citizenship I can understand as many Nigerians feel that Nigeria gives them nothing. Fair enough because Nigerians are human beings and all human being will resent whoever/whatever let's them down. Be that friends, family, spouse or nation. Still, even for the sake of being fair-minded people, we should not automatically support every negative done to Nigeria by foreign nations without inspecting such to note if Nigeria may have been wronged. Very wrong we all become unobjective self-haters because Nigeria has disappointed us. A Canadian law Court claiming that the ruling and opposition Parties of the nascent and still improving democracy of the biggest black sovereign nation on Earth are terrorist organisations is wrong. It is categorisation beyond the power of a Court judge to make in my opinion and I expect Nigeria to seek clarification from. Attorney General of Canada, and even their Prime Minister, whether this is the official position of the Canadian nation. That will then inform Nigeria's next course of diplomatic action. |
Dalohad:Yeah. You're "Yoruba" indeed. As Yoruba as GRV who also claims Yoruba but does not " think in Yoruba". Certainly does not talk supportive of Yoruba ever for that matter. Exactly like you. Na you Sabi. Quickly start penning those snitching letters bro. Stop wasting time here. |
Dalohad:Lol. Some of you don't think before you talk. You're happy bragging you're a snitch happy to grass up others because of hatred of their ethnic "Omo Alagbado" origin. Why not settle for insulting him back if you claim he is insulting others? I only pity the likes of 'woke' Yorubas like Falz and Macaroni etal who don't know what you lot are |
fuckingAyaya:First you say the President built no world class medical facility. When shown that such have been built and in use, with others being built, you then start asinine talk of leader not using medical facilities in Nigeria if they fall ill. If they have provided and continue to provide world standard medical facility for ordinary Nigerians, which is what normal people should demand, then what is your business concerning the medical choices leader make? You are just a disgruntled, prejudice, likely bigoted and bitter enemy of progress and it is obvious such has affected your thinking even if you cannot see that. |
Sermwell:Lo. We all don't live in your world of calling people people names because of what we insist they have done rather than what it has been established officially they have done or not done. |
tegrianonigltd:Lol. I should try leaving Nigeria since everyone online, in your opinion, na Japa wannabe obsessed with obodo wonder? Talk shows a man's level, credentials, mindset and limitations to other men further ahead in life than he is. This is why, even as you think you have made sense, others above your level can discern you are still at a low level rung of the ladder for thinking it is only those who have never left Nigeria, to experience "Oyinbo wonder", who still support Nigeria and some of her leaders. Make what you will of the snippet of info I share below about the African American "lunatic", in your opinion, who was born and raised in the USA yet chose to relocate to be making big moves in Ghana he probably cannot achieve in the US. Of course he is a mad man for finding any African nation attractive after living in 'Paradise' USA. I can show you many like him who have made similar moves to Nigeria. Suffice to say only a self-restictive and ignorant fool believes his POV, based on his own life, is the one most relevant or superior. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kABtra1IdM?si=zeG9g1oq2htM5VPx |
RenoOkriTheGoat:Get it right bro. I don dey past Laptop level. Na me dey distribute the laptop sef. You want one? |
Softmirror:Don't mind them. In the voice of Wike "as e dey pain dem ......." 😅 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLZanZNAJWw?si=q4QfedtmjGF7K6MN |
BlackViper:Bro, I am only just beginning. They will be paying me triple for my 'online support work' from next year. Expect three page "epistles" when that new pay structure kicks in. Una never see nothing yet. 😎 |
helinues:Yes Sir. The big picture, per what Tinunu is doing, is clear to discern for objective and progressive Nigerians. Empower the private sector transparently and meritoriously, by removing the deleterious hands of politico-business cabals that strangle free market innovation and competition that develops economies of most nations rapidly, and Nigeria succeeds permanently and sustainably. The concept of the SME being the natural and most efficient "lifeblood" developer of the economise of nations is well illustrated in economics. Those who understand how nations develop, and continue to consolidate on economic gains made, will understand what Tinubu is doing and be excited for Nigeria's future.
|
Justnation:Lol. As if we don't know those who this ruling will be "absolutely correct" to. Like the Chap below, Mr Rollover @OsuchukwuFUzor, who praises Canada for this but attacks Finland for arresting and charging Ekpa to Court for terrorism. The chap below insist Finland is supporting their "oppressor", I.e Nigeria, simply because the nation, as we can all verify due to his antics we witnessed, decided that Ekpa is a bonafide terrorist who deserves to be stopped yet @OsuchukwuFUzor view him an innocent hero while Nigeria is the "oppresor". Always amusing some folks constantly lament that others do not want them leading Nigeria yet they cannot see how their words and actions, like that of the chap below, appear scary to their fellow Nigerians. Obi thinks and talks like @OsuchukwuFUzor below and we have no doubt how Obi (God forbid) would treat IPOB if President. We'd have the North "rehabilitating" terrorist serial killers joined by "rehabilitated" IPOB genocidal killers while the remaining regions of Nigeria ,dedicated to doing the right things, are engulfed by violence and deaths. Courtesy of two regions who gleefully revel in murderously doing wrong always, never showing remorse for such, and then even trying to force acceptance of their wrongdoing on others. They are all demanding the release of Kanu and Ekpa today yet insisting APC and PDP politicians are terrorists. Can any people on Earth be more unreasonable or hypocrtical than these folks?

Elusive001:Who is supporting evil other than those who fail or outrightly refuse to see/acknowledge good? https://www.nairaland.com/8497749/why-president-tinubu-special |
Give this man time and his steadfast belief in a decentralised and free market democracy, driven by innovation and unrestricted private sector input that stimulates healthy and developmental competition, will make Nigeria and Nigerians rich. These billionaires are changing Nigeria with these massive Projects. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2-IIVitHhQ?si=6-O990MWyMKGbT5B |
BlackViper:I guess you have issues reading and understanding what others write since I made it crystal clear, in the same post you quoted, that the ruling only affect the Nigerians applying for Asylum in Canada. The ruling is nothing more than the subjective interpretation of a Canadian Court only relevant to the character denied asylum. Nothing else. |
