fuckingAyaya:What has designation of political Parties as "terrorist' got to do with a President , only 2 years and 3 months in power, not building a "world standard hospital in his Country"? Obvious some posters just search for negative news about the "Zoo" to pounce on as a Vulture seeks a carcass to consume. By the way, try and educate yourself about health care in Nigeria. Go and learn about the ongoing construction of the Lagos Medipark will feature a 140-bed multi-specialist hospital. One of the efforts, along already delivered "world standard" NSIA-LUTH " cancer hospital, to provide Nigerians with medical care as good as any available elsewhere. Always amusing to note how the ignorant talk of some of you makes it obvious you are bitter enemies of progress who are beyond redemption.

omenka:Lol. As far as hypocrites go, those people have no match in the entire world. Starting with their messiah who regularly endorses and praises IPOB. Pretty sure the charlatan, by now, would have fired off another of his sanctimonious and anti-Nigeria lecture over this development had PDP not been mentioned. |
LagosOrigin:You'd know what a "responsible" leader is given the bigoted character you are? When you attain the level of the top economists at World banks who have endorsed Tinubu’s leadership massively then perhaps we can take your opinion seriously. https://african.business/2024/10/economy/nigerias-reforms-win-praise-from-world-banks-top-economist Nigeria’s ongoing economic reforms could yield “massive” rewards for the nation if seen through to the end, says Indermit Gill, the World Bank’s chief economist.
|
LagosOrigin:This is what makes people like you happy. I.e the denigration of Nigeria by foreign nations that feeds into your narrative that Nigeria is a hopeless "Zoo". The ruling is nothing more than the subjective interpretation of a Canadian Court only relevant to the character denied asylum. Nothing else. |
Moromoro:Words of wisdom. The bolded highlights why many Nigerians are gullibly swayed by the antics of Sowore, VDM etal to view them as "emancipators" while they believe others are evil oppressors. |
DeepSight:Lol. Perhaps people who know doing that, I.e regular incarceration, will make Nigerians view them as "fearless defenders" of the helpless, hope-deprived and downtrodden masses. In return you will then go and use your gullible fingers to thumb-print for them at election time same way you tight your fake pastors all the way to private jet and private University ownership. |
DeepSight:Are people like you for real? This is exactly what Sowore and co want. I.e control of the minds of those they think will view them freedom fighters and champions of the masses "fighting power" and the "oppressors" by shoving and wrestling police officers. They all learnt this from Fela who is a cult hero today and a figure of brave resistance against forces of oppression. The difference is that Fela was genuine and not a con artist deliberately running when no one is chasing him as is the case with your current messiahs in Sowore, VDM, Deji Adeyanju, Nnamdi Kanu, Peter Obi. Can Sowore grapple with armed USA police officers as he does regularly with Nigerian policemen? Personally I knew what Sowore was up to when I saw he turned up for his police appointment with a weekend bag. He has psychologically conned Nigeria with the visual but unspoken message that "the evil NPF will arrest, beat and detain me". Their manipulative antics and obvious hypocrisy is so crude yet you believe they are god-anointed saints "fighting power". Good luck to you. |
mrkia:You only believed him your messiah because he knows Nigerians seek "messiahs" and, like many to include even your pastors, Sowore took advantage of that knowledge. Meaning, as a cunning and manipulative elements, Sowore packages himself to appear your messiah. Many are doing same to include VDM, Kanu, Peter Obi, Dino Melaye, Deji Adeyanju etal and it is really sad that Nigerians are gullible enough to be fooled by the manipulative actions of these characters. All this carefully and deliberately choreographed antics of Sowore are designed to make it seem as if he is fighting the enemies of Nigerians. When he organises fake confrontation against the police, politicians, wealthy folks etal, he knows that Nigerians naturally resent, he is seeking to profit politically since he believes his stock will be elevated in the minds of 'simpletons' who will now view him their champion 'fearlessly' tackling their enemies. This is the crude ideology of manipulating a people with poverty and "sufferation" (Rastafari) PTSD that turned Sowore, VDM etal into Gods and 'champions' of the oppressed and powerless. Sowore is crudely playing Nigerians and patronising you because he believes you are unintelligent and easy to manipulate. It is very obvious. Look for example as Dino Melaye, Rotimi Amaechi and Deji Adeyanju have all "graduated" as lawyers to be called to the Bar late in life from institutions we all know sell degrees to wealthy folks like a hawker of drink sells Fanta to all and sundry in Lagos traffic. They all know that parading themselves as your heroes in the mould of Gani Fawehinmi will win you over. Open your eyes and mind. Read aggressively and consume knowledge like you drink water. That is the only weapon you have in a nation full of con artists. Otherwise you will find Nigeria the wrong country to belong to if your brain is empty, gullible and open to being commandeered by manipulative hacks in a nation where almost everyone is manipulating all other to get what they want. |
Dbakre1:Thank you too and same to you. They will say we are paid for having different opinion to them. Yet many do not understand that the lives they had, and believed to be adequate, is one of the worst and poorest in the world that needs to significantly improve for the better. Nigerians were already at the bottom rung of human existence under all Presidents since 1999 yet they believe they had it good because of cheap and subsidized fuel plus subsidized education, subisdized power, subsidized currency and literally subsided everything else. If anyone ask me what ordinary Nigerians need to boast of lives with equal quality to that of ordinary folks employed in the UK unskilled and casual Labour sector, for example, I can list it right here and now to make everybody know that Nigerians, tragically, are not living but merely surviving. In the end sha the success or failure of a nation is not in the hands of me and you. We can see below how the North , Courtesy of Northern leaders, has the worst human development index known to man globally. Yet same Northern leaders who failed those ordinary Northerner are looking to depose a Southern President who is actually leading in ways that can rescue and rehabilitate the North better than any Northerner can. I can only pray Tinubu gets the time to transform Nigeria to the glory of Nigerians to the extent those cursing him today will praise and worship him tomorrow same as children of strict and dedicated parents thank this parents later in life for their success whereas they resented those same parents while younger because of the tough love they would not compromise on dishing out.

Reloadedisraelp:God bless you. I am not Tinubu’s campaign manager. Just a Nigerian desirous of progress for our future generations that I want Tinubu to succeed delivering by transforming Nigeria into a compettitive and free market democracy based on innovation, healthy competition and large private sector involvement. Those are what has directly shaped the fortunes of the best nations in the world. If we want to be like them then we must make sacrifices and back the President who will bravely introduce the reforms to get us there. |
Berezuski:A Nigerian politician is flesh and blood like all else. Wealth is no guarantee of good health. |
ch214:😅😂🤣🤣🤣 Okay boss Man. We don hear you. Exactly as you have stated it is how it will happen. In fact I will order my Isi-Agu outfit for the 2027 inauguration ceremony of the Igbo President. Lol. |
ProudlyLagos:💯% correct. While they do well at trade and hustling, their emotional, vindictive and hateful nature means they will always suck at politics which is a game of permanent interest and not enduring enmity or friendship. |
Igbek76:Well-said Sir. Nonetheless, do not expect a people who are largely emotional and unreasonable by nature to see the commonsense and even historically verified logic in what you have stated. When Obi then comes fourth in 2027 they will say he won and all others rigged him all the way to fourth place. How sane people can discountenance the power and influence of incumbent political leaders (Governors, Ministers and Senators etal) is just simply mindboggling. Abi we are now talking of a different Nigeria and not the one we know? |
ProudlyLagos:Soludo only has eyes on what is best for Anambra and Nigeria at large. He has no time for vindictive and hateful elements who only live to seek revenge against others for one or several perceived wrongdoings against them. Soludo is not petty nor a bitter hater. I salute his decency for standing firm in support of what is best for his state, nation and people rather than taking Nigerians, specifically Igbos, taking for a ride as Azikiwe, Ojukwu, Abaribe, Kanu, Ekpa, Peter Obi etal have always done. |
searchlight:Lol. You feel the need for revenge over this so-called "treatment" Tinubu gave Jonathan more than his own wife ba? We know you lot enjoy crying more than the bereaved so good luck to you. https://www.thisdaylive.com/2025/05/12/2027-patience-jonathan-rules-out-husbands-return-to-aso-rock-endorses-tinubu/ Former First Lady, Patience, yesterday poured cold water on any insinuation that her husband, President Goodluck Jonathan, would return to Aso Rock, Nigeria’s seat of power in 2027, vowing instead to vigorously campaign for the re-election of Nigeria’s current leader, Bola Tinubu.

dettolgel:If those that Tinubu is working with , like Umahi, Tunji-Oji, Keyamo, Adelabu, Bosun Tijani and many others are working far more productively and effectively than their predecessors then we can indeed say Tinubu has replaced an unfit cabal with a desirable one. Which is what Nigeria needs. As simple as that. |
Kennyfancy:How does your claim stop Tinubu getting the 25% he needs in SS States , which SS Governors can help him achieve, toward overall victory? Some of you are just too emotional to see the obvious. |
SpatialKing:Not sure you have enough understanding of critical info to grasp the unavoidable fact that the reforms of Tinubu, giving the enormous damages done over decades to the Nigerian economy before the arrival of PBAT, will take probably the entire length of his first term to begin producing desired result. Tinubu is doing what must be done to set Nigeria on the right path after decades of being derailed by weak, compromised, incompetent and unfocused leadership. |
SpatialKing:It is either ethno-religious prejudice against PBAT or lack of knowledge of the most debilitating problems of Nigeria, and the solutions required for them, that makes you incapable of seeing what Tinubu "has done" to more than deserve a second and even third term. As an empathetic person, I will not pretend things are not tough for ordinary Nigerians. Yet I have seen enough of the world to know how Nigerians should be living which is a million times better than how they have lived since our current democracy began in 1999. To get ordinary Nigerians even remotely close to the standard of life some African nations are enjoying there has to be fundamental changes, needing reforms and drastic overhaul of governance policies, that will cause some suffering initially but will lead to much better lives and prospect for Nigerians in the near future. Virtually all nations have gone through the same "sacrifice for better future" phase with many enduring hardship for decades even. The life you people are asking Nigerians to return to, propped up by subsidies at all levels that only get a people addicted to poverty and comfortable recieving 1% from greedy and callous leaders when they need at least 80%, is not life as the world knows it. It is not living. At all. It is merely surviving for a people weaponised poverty, through use of various government-funded subsidies, has been used to trick into thinking they ever had good lives to begin with. Wake up. You are educated. All you had was cheap fuel with horribly inadequate transport option. Whereas many nations in the west have expensive fuel but superb and comfortable transport options available to their people courtesy of doing the right things. While efficient transport options help those nations grow socio-economically, you in Nigerian, drunk on cheap fuel, sit in traffic for hours, courtesy of poor transport infrastructure and options, that is damaging to our economy's productivity and the ease/efficiency of doing business You had cheap electricity bill, with many not paying anything at all, that means Nigeria will remain in darkness forever if such continues because not paying enough to re-invest successfully in the very expensive business of power generation, transmission and distribution only guarantees darkness. Previous government have been sloppy and even disinterested in efficient tax collection. Yet you all want to japa to nation where efficient tax collection, from all those who can afford to pay such, builds world class infrastructure and social services like health care and social intervention with the UK NHS and benefit system being good examples to cite. Your past Presidents subsidized the value of Naira artificially rather than subject it to gaining it's real comparative value that must only be improved organically via Nigeria working on a strong economy that would give Naira it real purchasing power parity strength which is what is ultimately important for national currencies. Yet you cannot see that wholesale subsidising of the Naira, that Tinubu decided had to be stopped, mainly benefited Northern bureau de change owners, and their politico-elite bosses gaining massively while all Nigerians with legitimate business, leisure or educational interest abroad could not even get pounds, dollars etal via our official banking system. Please what sort of nation is that when I cannot buy dollars and pounds comfortably to visit a foreign nation on holiday, when I work hard in Nigeria to deserve it, whereas if I was in the UK and looking to go on holiday to Ibiza I would only need to stroll into any high street bureau de change to buy Euros at a rate that will not be ridiculously different to the British central Bank quoted rate I could go on all day. Suffice to say they were using you own commonwealth to keep you subdued, with various feel-good subsidies that allowed the politico-elite class to loot mercilessly, live billionaire lifestyle, while Nigerians get crumbs. I can agree that many ordinary and uneducated Nigerians, facing severe daily challenges, won't get all I have stated above because weaponised poverty has been used to keep them less educated, less knowledgeable, less exposed, less politically sophisticated and less discerning than they need to be. I concede it is totally understandable they may be mad with the government of PBAT from the limited view of the picture they see. Yet, what is the excuse of educated people like you who can inspect what I wrote above to verify it as factually correct so that you can see that it is Presidents before Tinubu who actually (1) did not mean well for you or (2) lacked the balls to do what will be in the best medium to long term interest of all Nigerians. Previous government were simply just 419ing a people they believed they have conquered with weaponised poverty akin to stuffing the mouth of a baby with a dummy to stop it crying. It is only Tinubu, from all Presidents since 1999, that is addressing the real problems of the baby crying non-stop rather than attempting to distract it with gimmicks and insincere gestures disguised as acts of kindness. |
helinues:For sure but he is also an extremists who wants what he writes to visually assault others. Dude had issues. |
SpatialKing:Lol. Show where I claimed the bolded in my post. Again, you have proven that you and your brothers are emotional and rash. |
helinues:The guy is a scary extremist. Even his usage of bold red fonts always is a big red flag lol. |
Justnation:Does Soludo owe Atiku eternal support? If you move jobs, you can grow to like your new employer better than your old boss simply because he is indeed better than your old boss. All Governors are under Tinubu. From their perspective, Tinubu will appear the best President ever as he is empowering them as non other before him have ever done. Why will Soludo, a progressive individual, not be a fan of such a President? |
orohbiro:You Nigerians and uncouth readiness for insulting others when you should be seeking knowledge and trying to improve your education. Can't you read and comprehend what is written? Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State said he is supporting President Bola Tinubu because of the President’s bold steps on the economy and structural reforms. |
DonBenny77:All men can fall ill and recover. Not a big deal at all. |
Makavelli001:All this popularity stuff is irrelevant as Obi is a coward who flees gladiatorial confrontations, like Party primaries battle, meaning he won't be the candidate of any major or financially powerful political platform in 2027. The main consideration is that 2027 will be very different as Tinubu will be seeking re-election as an incumbent with powerful resources behind him to use prosecuting and winning the general election. Nothing at all for Amaechi or Obi in 2027 or any Southerner for that matter. |
SpatialKing:Keep consoling yourself. Only in the SE are voters emotional and bigoted beyond reason. Tinubu will do much better in the SS than he did in 2023. Even in the SE, he will make appreciable gains that would mean Atiku will not receive the 25% votes he will require at State level in the region. What is obvious is that Southern leaders massively believe in Tinubu, they view a champion 'enabler', and will deploy resources to try and help him win. |
DeLaRue:I have repeatedly insisted this is what will happen but some enemies of progress continue to believe Atiku and his gang of born-to-rule Northern supremacists have a chance in the South. What we see today, as Frank Kokori (RIP) hinted in 2022, was fairly predictable for anyone who knows the character of Tinubu. I.e his natural bravery , self-confidence and independent-mindedness that means, in power, he will be a champion for Southern leaders by showing them how it is possible to lead progressively for Nigeria via defying the North's natural inclination for backwards, oligarchic and welfarist governance. It was always obvious Tinubu will become an 'alagbara' to Southern leaders who have always prayed a Southern leader will rise to defy Northerners so that progressive governance, that even the North will benefit from massively, wins. Tinubu was not President.when he contested in 2023. He will be President in 2027 when he seeks re-election and precisely a President that has shown Southern leader that progressive governance of Nigeria is possible. Southern leader will support Tinubu overwhelmingly in 2027. https://punchng.com/only-tinubu-can-break-cabal-holding-nigeria-down-ex-nupeng-scribe-kokori/

kedeojo:Lol. You are totally correct. Sometimes it is easy to forget that the readily accessible Internet now unite stark illiterates with educated and analytically efficient folks. |
9jatriot:Don't mind them. For so many reasons, and on so many levels, what is the gain of majority of astute political stakeholders in Nigeria, and even globally, for supporting Atiku and/or Obi in 2027? By 2027, Tinubu will only have four years to go till he swings the might of his incumbent Presidency favourably behind an anointed Northerner the likes of Bago will be optimistic may be them. Bago, a young politician in his fifties with potentially another 3 active decades in Nigerian politics, will commit political suicide entertaining Atiku's ambition that may make Nigeria's political climate restive and toxic forever? How? Or he will back Obi's ambitions that may mean North will be out of power for a possible twelve years when it can be 8 if they jejelli and honorably assist Tinubu complete his 8 years on behalf of the South? Let dreamers continue to dream. |
