Poverty South west get 11% of the allocation. The south east get 25%.
A need to change that since majority live south west. Need to increase south west aĺlocation to 25%.
While I may agree with the principle of injustice, meaning wrong is wrong and such must be condemned, people of the SW must not join others pointing begging bowls towards Abuja.

We are much better than that as Tinubu proved by doing the most developmental work in the post-colonial history of Lagos, after 1999, when the OBJ-led centre tried to literally starve and disenfranchise Lagos to death.

DAWN commission has given us the regional integration blueprint and we now need to work on that, and shun short-termism begging that others are obsessed with, to focus on wealth and prosperity we can gain independently, far more than any FG allocation can give us, to secure Western-style development for the SW.

FG allocation, based on crude income from the SS, is a poisoned chalice making Nigerians lazy, unproductive and beggarly.

Tinubu was the first Governor, post 1999, to realize this fact hence his obsession with making Lagos a self-sufficient State that can use her asset, human and material, to survive without FG allocation.

We need to spread that mentality and policy drives of Asiwaju to cover the SW and then, if we retain focus, we can even nominate to dash our FG allocation to other need regions in future. [Ab] That is how potentially rich, in terms of human and material endowment, the SW is. [/b]

How does this change the fact that majority in SW are transport union workers. That once you have that group on your side in SW.You will definitely become the next state governor. If doubt it we can start state by state in SW.The leader of the transport union worker is usually seen as god.I have been to all the state for first hand prove
My friend, you are clutching at straws. You mentioned "low life expectation" to smear Yorubas and the SW so I duly and factually showed you the people who typified that the most.

A people Kanu convinced to go around the world selling the lunatic tale that Buhari was dead and had been replaced by one Jubrin from Sudan. Una no get shame.

Absolutely. No man alive more self-deluding than our brethren from.the SE. They would rather label Soludo an Efulefu than defer to his technocratic analysis.

Nothing they hate more than the truth being told to them by their own. This is why they prefer lying hate preachers like Kanu who bamboozle a people of circa 40 million with rudimentary and nonsical lies that UN and Trump are about to ratify the birth of Biafra.

Virtually all Igbo leaders are behind Tinubu, because they are intelligent and exposed enough to see he is getting it right, while the riff raffs on the streets and Nairaland keep hating and ranting.

Unlike the Charlatan Beer brewer and petty trader, who was the worst Governor of Anambra since 1999, and now masquerading as Presidential material.

Not that he doesn’t like them, he likes them but he doesn’t respect them. If you try to do pass your power he’ll humble and loathe you.

If you are your own man, he’ll respect you and see it as a challenge to win you over. Once he does, respect is gone, you’ve been conquered.
Stick to analysing your simpleton messiah Obi. Below are many loyalist of PBAT decades ago. He took Aregbe from commissioner in Lagos to Governor of Osun.

Osinbajo went from AGF of Lagos, under Tinubu, all the way to VP. Ditto for so many others.

Your theory formula no balance. Tinubu always has target and 'missions'. If you can help with those then you are in with him regardless of If you were previously his most butt-kissing loyalist or worst enemy.

Think about it what is the adrenaline rush in having a butt kisser around you all the time ? And so tinubu is famed for hating butt kissers but once you oppose him then he sees that as a mission to conquer you. He only likes people who oppose him. If you are a sycophantic weirdo butt kissing pirate he hates it deep down but when you try to crush him he loves it. It's a challenge for him and he will make sure he crushes you with that Pandora's gift. Look at Reno ? Conquered. Now he is conferring honors on shehu sanni and falana two guys who like throwing jabs at him, . Many cases like this. Daniel bwala etc. all conquered. Tinubu enjoys turning opposers to butt kissers . But to just come straight off the start as a butt kisser ? He hates that. But as a conquered butt kisser ? He likes that
Amateurish psychological evaluation that fails the test of critical analysis. What of the many sworn and loyal affiliates of Tinubu of decades he has elevated and continued to elevate like Gbaja, MC Oluomo, Obasa who began following Tinubu as a teenager, Hamzat, Sanwo-Olu and literally thousands of others?

Oga park well. Tinubu is not a predictable simpleton, like Obi, anyone can read easily.

His main driving force is that he must see meritorious value in an individual be you his subservient loyalist unforgiving critic or sworn enemy.

Truly painful what Abacha, a very wicked and evil man, did to these men who are heroes fighting for equity that some did not believe in then and still do not believe in today. I will not mention names but we know them.

They are gathering today, forming a coalition of opportunism, to try and grab what they feel belongs to them by birthright.

Wonderful posthumous recognition for heroes some maligned as treasonous villains. Wonderful too that Falana, who fought valiantly against the execution of Ken Saro Wiwa and others, was also conferred with a national honour same time as the Ogoni 9.

So of what value are they to Nigeria, when they don't even understand what causes the absence of outsiders in their land.
They are a people totally incapable of introspecting to note whether the problem lies with them and not others.

This is what the gentleman posing the question was insinuating.

The responses from then so far on this thread, in general, shows they validate the opinion other have of them which is that they are the problem yet keep playing victim and deflecting blame to others.

To me, Igbos are valuable to Nigeria, as all other are, but we must evolve a system that will curb the greater "excess" and "baggage" some, like Igbos, naturally have, as second nature, from harming other Nigerians.

Despite living in an information age, we are not as attentively studious as our forebears were.

Forebears like Awolowo who saw the covetous, expansionist and usurping character of Igbos to then deliberately move to politically check such from overunning the SW.

Why Azikiwe and co felt the conquest of the SW was their ultimate mission is a question that must be posed to Igbos.

Militarily also, the excess of Kaduna Nzeogwu, Ironsi and Ojukwu were similarly checked.

We must ask the real mission of the "Igbo coup", Ironsi's desperate and quick declaration of the unification decree and the real agenda of Ojukwu etal that prompted action they knew was a declarations of war against Nigeria.

Bottom line is that we know each other. Let's evolve a system, I.e full regional autonomy, that will ensure we don't continue getting in each others way to the detriment of Nigeria as has always been our reality.

Obi the Agulu gbajue is always on the wrong side of history like Azikiwe, Ojukwu, Ironsi, Kaduna Nzeogwu and many of his forefathers.

He joined, worked for and defended Abacha passionately while most Nigerians wanted the horrible dictator gone.

Today he has similarly joined a nebulous coalition of disgruntled elements and enemies of progress , frustrated to be out of power and incapable of controlling the cash and asset of Nigeria, on another doomed "gang up" mission.

I.e the reality of how bitter, losing, broke, unfortunate, charismaless and failed people automatically hate on successful, suave, attractive and winning folks getting on with their beautiful, happy, rich and fulfilled lives visible to all on social media.

The facts has been established by Omokri but "haters gon hate". Simple as that. If you're not a loser , enemy of progress and hater then thank God for your life and pity those who are because they are in pain 24/7 year in and year out.

A songs that made Taylor Swift one of the biggest and richest music star on Earth was dedicated to haters.

Yes, it did.

When Tinubu entered office, there was only $3bn in net foreign foriegn reserves. That is the actual amount the CBN has at its disposal.

However, the CBN owed buyers of forex $7bn. There was severe forex scarcity and that's why Shoprite, Emirates airlines and other multinationals were leaving the country.

Today, the net foreign reserves has hit $23bn. So, the floating of the Naira has been a successful.
Precisely and I made same point above. Previously, forex was hoarded, through use of political power controlling the CBN, to be sold highly lucratively on the black market.

Thus denying those who truly need forex, for activities that will be socio-economically beneficial for our nation, what they want while saboteurs cash out hideously.

We were killing ourselves, as a nation and people, under previous Presidents who knew what was going on and either became accomplices of the act of national.sabotage or feebly turned and looked the other way.

Not PBAT. Baba gat to go there sha.
