Why can't people just have the patience to read through a post before commenting? I have read many comments here where people are wrongly assuming the man in question had tested negative before testing positive now. Wrong! The case here is that of a man who has tested positive twice. He developed the symptoms and tested positive and then a second was just recently carried out after treatment to check if he has recovered but that too tested positive.People should stop with their negativity about some resurgence abeg

You said it all.
Na wa o. The igbos always claim to be superior to the yorubas even though nothing ever supports such claim, but surprisingly they never cease to compare themselves to the yorubas or fail to show their obsession of the yorubas at the slightest opportunity. Lol one can only be obsessed with something or someone one adores, period.
Let me quickly state some ways yorubas are unique, which makes us one of the foremost and most important tribes in the country:
1.You would hardly see a yoruba man come on here to disparage the igbo or any other tribe first because we love and embrace all, and give no room for hate.
2. Yorubas love peace and do not glorify wrong doing. This is why yorubas would refuse to line behind a yoruba man who is not on the right path even though he is one of them.
3. The average yoruba man believes so much in the dignity of labour and will not do just about anything for money because he cherishes his family name and understands that a good name is more precious than gold. Of course there are exceptions here but the ratio is about 7:3 and not 1:9 hmmm.
4. Yorubas will not hate on Buhari just because igbos do, and for no good reasons too. We understand that Igbos' hatred for PMB predates his election as president and has little or no correlation with his performance in office. This is the more reason why we wont join igbos to hate on him. We will criticise his policies when need be, but to hate on a fellow man and our leader, there is no place for such. Yorubas will continue to love and embrace all, no matter what others do.

Thank you Prof for clearing the air. Someone said they are disappointed at you for frowning at fake news....na dem. The wise ones applaud you instead. We know what is really going on in the country. We understand that the same people behind the killings and kidnappings are the ones wailing the most. But I have no doubt all these bad people doing their best to make the country ungovernable will lose out in the end, like they have always done.

But there's something the government neglected, or they turned a blind eye on purpose so people can fall victims.

The area I'm talking about is the area of "one way"

The locations designated as "one way" should have a bold and clear signal notifying motorist of that it's a one way route.

Most of the signs that should warn motorists are either not there or very faint.

I know sanwo olu is looking for means to generate money to pay the 100% increase in salary he promised them, but he should do it with fear of God.

Having SP and speaker who will align with d president on good policies is a win for Nigeria, no matter what naysayers say, and it is the practice every where. That they both have the president's support to clinch the position does not make them rubber stamp as haters tried to make us believe . Time for naija to arrange, finally. Let's go!

Crime / Re: ‘stay Away From Yahoo-yahoo’ – Ibrahim Magu Warns Nigerian Students by wolexter(m): 8:00am On May 17, 2019
A word they say is enough for the wise but I bet many will still not heed this warning.

Those who engage in cybercrime and their supporters claim they do so because of unemployment in Nigeria, then that begs the following questions:

1.Do Nigerians who engage in cybercrime in foreign countries like US, UK, Dubai etc do so because of unemployment too?
2. Do Nigerian students/undergraduates who engage in cybercrime do so because of unemployment too?
3. What about popular artistes who take to cybercrime; are they involved in it because of unemployment?

Truth is people do not take to cybercrime for survival but to fulfil the desire to possess the good things of life without putting in the requisite work.
People who engage in yahoo- yahoo and other Internet fraud are lazy- minded people who refuse to use their brain and mind for good cause because they believe in short-cut to wealth. These people will still take to fraud even if they had the best job. It's a mindset thing.

Abeg forget this quick money syndrome, in developed countries once you're 18.. You can be one your own. If these guys had jobs when they were 18 at least by now they would settled with their life. Old fashioned people should stop this quick money syndrome talk. The fact your father made it late or you made it late shouldn't be use as a yardstick for her present Generation things Evolve. NIGERIA YOUTH NEED JOBS. there's nothing wrong if someone wants to make a better life at a tender age.
I find it funny when people try to justify cyber crime based on unemployment, poverty etc . Saying that is an insult on people who went through extremely tough financial situations and made it without taking to crime. Look around you there many people like that. So crime can never be the only way to make it in life or out of poverty. Truth be say anybody wen go do crime go do and anybody wen nor go do nor go do. It's all about mindset and personal decision. Period!
The law of Nigeria says cyber crime is a crime just like kidnapping, armed robbery etc so the wise thing for anyone who doesn't wish to do time to do is to avoid it.
Check it , students in tertiary institutions do cyber crime. Can we blame that on unemployment or poverty? Nigerians in foreign countries who have the opportunity to hustle and make legit money take to yahoo yahoo. People who are employed are also not left out lol.
The more funny thing is that these guys would choose life in the fast lane over having a proper job for obvious reasons.

Not just clamp down, but also create good jobs as an alternative. Many youths are frustrated, that when they see the job market and options available to them, internet crime seems like a better option.
Truth is even you and these youths can create jobs no matter how small if you are determined and dogged enough, and wouldn't need to waste time waiting for govt who clearly can't provide job for everyone. Many youths are thinking, birthing ideas and making legit money in this same country of ours. So anyone who resorts to crime under the pretext of joblessness will only have themselves to blame when the arm of law catches up with them. Nothing justifies crime. Nothing!

For Christ's sakes when are the banks and cbn going to put a stop to this rubbish? @cenbank what measures are being put in place to prevent phone thieves from being able to access people's accounts. It seems too easy and convenient to access somebody's account once they lose their phone these days. This sucks tbh!
Two of my people have fallen victim of this and the banks couldn't be bothered. The most annoying part is that your bankers who can see where your money has been transferred to will refuse to go the extra mile to help you track the thief or even provide you with information to track yourself.
People's hard earned money are being stolen from their accounts through their phones on a daily basis and our banks are acting as if it is nothing.
Honestly it doesn't seem like we are ripe for electronic banking in this country.

Nice post. However it's not likely that everyone can attain the status of Dangote even if they stuck to all his rules. What every entrepreneur needs is just to be successful at what they do, and these simple rules added to the ones above can help:

1. Be passionate about what you do- Give it your all
2. Work hard
3. Take marketing of your business seriously- Let people know you for what you do
4. Focus on building customers - The more the customers a business has the more its success
5. Treat each customer as king and render excellent service to keep them locked in
6. Do not stop working hard even when people say you have arrived because success is a continuum and has no stop sign
