What you screenshot up there are the administrative powers of Jamb. They don't come into play when the issue is subject of litigation and Jamb is a party. That is the principle of "you cannot be a judge in your own case". This is done so that the rights of citizens can be protected from infringement even from state institutions. If not, Jamb can do and undo, customs can do anything, Police can do and undo, etc.
But all you see is politics and tribal hate.
As we speak, Jamb has been served preliminary notice of summons, meaning, this case has has left the administrative to the judicial, so any action taken by Jamb right now is ultra vires.

Jamb has no authority to suspend her. It is a dispute and only the courts can adjudicate in disputes.
