Lexusgs430: My calendar is still on February, I might have kicked the bucket by July .............. That should be applicable to all your other stocks too especially cassava sciences. ukay2: Google surpassed their FY earnings, good I am already in. I will buy more after the euphoria. Na to gather money buy a full one now. When it pumps you sell and then buy more than 20 at a cheaper price after the split and pocket the profit. |

TheGuyFromHR: Has anyone noticed cyclists riding in the centre of the road this morning in groups, following the changes to the Highway Code? Hilarious, they're holding up the traffic and having fun.
For those not aware, Highway Code has changed as of yesterday, so familiarize yourselves with the changes. Don't worry, it would end in tears for them. |

Earthday: My people make una help me on what to do oo! I made a mistake not changing my usd to pounds at the black market from 9ja before bringing it here thinking I’d get better offer. Myself & my wife brought in 8k usd from jaiz bank as they treated the form A less than 24hrs but they don’t give pounds but only usd, We’d have used different bank but the issue was no luxury of time & school resumption was due already and other banks won’t treat form A tht fast.
Now post office & other exchange companies are offering 689 pounds to 1k usd against 745 pounds or thereabouts we’d have gotten in Nigeria. I goofed up really relying on oanda rates online. Eyes don clear now pls what’s the solution to this ? Edakun o There used to be some bdc type shops on high streets. I am not sure nowadays, the last time I did I went to one cybercafé on old Kent road in front of Tesco. Take like 500usd to try first and ask them if they can change more. |

Lexusgs430: The markets would always go up and down....... Which is why they say, it's never too late to enter the stock market..........
Remember, you're buying with a long term view ........
Portfolio diversification is KEY ...... Before the madness began, I sold everything and went all in on Tesla. They are having earnings call tomorrow which might pump it up for me to exit this bleeding market. This crash is not a blip rara. This is driven by US inflation, pandemic, Putin's war and so on. Travel › Re: The City Of Lagos Now Has The Fastest Trains In Africa - Business Insider by wonlasewonimi: 2:59pm On Jan 22, 2022 |
Koffiatama: They are talking about the trains, not the line, the installed engine in the trains are high speed engines.
My car was designed and made to go all the way to 260 mph, but I don't have to drive it on the road or speed down the expressway to know that it has the capacity to do 260mph.
The fact that they are high speed trains doesn't mean they are going to be going at high speed from station to station.
So why are they primarily describing it by its speed if that's not the basic talking point Trains unlike cars are relatively safe as they run on tracks. If they are designed to do 260km/h, they will be pushed to around 240km/h...go and check china's maglev, it was designed to do over 600km/h and it does 602km/h and magnetically levitates. |
