But Oga governor Sir, you have been saying this same thing for overy a year without taking any meaningful action to end sit-at-home. Oga Sir please sit down. |
Why would the motorist believe it is his job to caution a soldier ? It's not done anywhere else in the world. Please remember you are in Nigeria; Public relations and customer services is not part of the training for soldiers. |
The irony is that 90% of you people showing irrational and undeserved hatred for former president Buhari, can only afford the phones and data to be online becauses of the efficient and effective NPower payments introduced by Buhari. Continue ! By the time Tinubu finishes showing you all shege Pro-Max your eyes would clear and you would begin to miss Buhari ![]() |
Redesign of the Naira is not a criminal offence, it is part of the duties of the CBN. Any other alleged criminal offences are just mere allegations until he is convicted in a court of competent jurisdiction. DEXTROVERT: |
There is no crime in re-designing our naira notes it is normal and has been done several times before Emefiele, the problem was that powerful forces hoarding the old notes sabotage the successful transition to the new notes and that ultimately caused the hardship. My fear is for his life, because if Tinubu is unable to remove "legally" as CBN chief he may use illegal means. May be he should resign to safeguard his life. Badgers14: |
Regarding the bolded below, Emefiele remains the CBN Governor, he has only been suspended and he can only be dismissed if the court convicts him of whatever criminal charges Tinubu is charging him with. Racoon: |
Nice one! |
It's a good move and it isbetter than nothing but it won't be enough to compensate for the hardship. To be real, this palliative idea by Tinubu is a scam to deceive and confuse, the best paliative is to reduce the price of fuel below N350 / litre |
So we are acknowleding that Tinubu imprisoned the CBN Governor so he can take charge of CBN policies. Godwin Emefiele is a political prisoner. |
Tinubu: "Previous cheaper fuel prices only favoured the rich" Also Tinubu: * gives N35bn to the Judiaciary* * gives 115% pay rise to our billionaire lawmakers * * Introduce taxes for market women / Informal sector* A very clever criminal! |
Tinubu is hypocrisy, hypocrisy is Tinubu. Create hardship by hiking price of fuel massively Making food very expensive Then announce you declaring emergency on food security. May be he would be seeking some IMF loans so that him and his cronies can share that loan money ![]() Master criminal! |
Why stop at GEJ? What of Obasanjo and General Abdusalami Abubakar and IBB? What about all the criminal former governors and lawmakers walking around? Abeg release our CBN governor he is being persecuted because Tinubu need to get his hands in the treasury. Emefiele is more innocent than 99% of people in government at this moment. Metalsmith: |
It is female nature, if you observe well, female animals even behave the same way. They believe they owe no loyalty to any male regardless of their relationship history. I Watch wildlife documentary about a pride of lions and the big old male lion that has been fathering all the cubs in the pride and defending was suddenly one day, challenged for ownership of the pride by a group of 3 younger lions that are brothers, and I watched all the females leave the old lion to go and face his fate with the invaders by himself. Chalk it up to a life lesson and move on. |
GEJ still raised fuel price from N65 to approx N90 /litre, he just never hike it to the N120 he originally proposed. Idaytesj29: |
No, the fuel price hike hit the poorest Nigerians hardest! Anybody wey get sense to go and lease som land and secure your food for the coming months whilst it still rainy season. The hunger Tinubu is gonna create in the land , no dey get part 2. |
Redeployed? Yet innocent CBN governor Emefiele is locked up indefinitely without charge in DSS custody. I know Tinubu's boy are hiding those airport lights until Tinubu gets money for their replacement so they can share the money and put the old lights back. Tinubu is a master looter! |
So some of the billions realised from fuel price hike could not be used for palliative and it was necessary to get an $500m loan ? Poor Nigerians are not going to even smell that loan money. That Loan is for Tinubu and his cronies to share, don't forget the 115% pay rise promised to lawmakers. We are in for a hell of a ride, so brace yourselves! |
And the magic is that you will not know any of the 12 million households. Tinubu is a smart criminal! |
98% of the very poor won't even smell that money That money is for Tinubu's personal bank account. |
1. Create hardship 2. Apply for loan for hardship palliatives. 3. Loot the borrowed money Ingenius!! Tinubu is amassing enough loot for his future generations to live off like royalty for the next 300 years. A smart criminal! |
Buhari borrowed to build critical infrastructure, Roads , Bridges, railways , boosting Agricultural sector, NPower, Airports, Defence and military etc. Tinubu is borrowing for palliatives for hardship that he created even before forming his cabinet. Nigerians are in for one hell of a ride in Tinubu's One Chance Nigeria. thisisit: |
Tinubu seem to spend all his time devising looting strategies. Only God's intervention can save this country. |
Sounds to me like Obi is defending IPOB. Not a good look at all! |
The court sef is committing an injustice against Emefiele by not ordering his immediate release. Why subject him to an additional one week of unfair detention ? |
Emefiele is nothing but a political prisoner, because looting Tinubu wants to appoint one of his corrupt cronies as CBN governor. debeginin: |
He has devalued the currency to N1,100 to the British Pound comrChris: |
Very unserious Army chief. Why tip off IPOB by annoncing his plans? These people are not serious about tackling insecurity. |
Tinubu and eye-service ![]() Buhari used to borrow to balance the budget , Tinubu is borrowing before he has even formed his cabinet *SMH*
|
Borrowing is ok when used for critical infrastructure projects; Without the borrowing, we would not have had the railway revitalization, the second Niger Bridge, NPower, the bail-out of states, hundreds of rehabilitated roads, and new roads, Housing projects and proper funding of the security services. Borrowing is not the issue it is what you do with the borrowed money that is key. jesmond3945: |
Bad solution! So putting struggling private bus operators out of business is their idea of palliative? |
The conssumption tax will hurt the poor most. The poor spend all their daily income just to sustain themselves. The taxes should be limited to luxury items , like high value items and real estate , International flights etc. If you tax consumption widely you would discourage people from spending, businesses would close, economy would slow and unemployment would rise. Tinubu is only interested in amassing funds to embezzle. |
These people are unserious. How can they be complaining about insecurity and sit-at-home order but in the next breath calling for the release of the terrorist who introduced sit-at-home and insecurity in the South East? |
