I'm no a law student but I can say few things that will be used against him...

1, he dey publicly threatened a whole state by chest beating to invite IPOB ( an international recognized terrorist group).

2, which means he has connection to them and knows where to find them ( wahala with DSS)

3, by inviting IPOB ( terrorist group) for protection as he said, he would arm or provide for the ammunitions ( another wahala with DSS)

4, he's confidently saying it on air bragging that the video should go viral without any remorse or whatsoever which means he has some big backing supporting and sponsoring terrorism e.g UGM and the likes.

5, could be charged with ammunition stockpiling using his title and his resident to smuggle ammunitions for IPOB and other terrorist groups.

6 Breach of the peace, or disturbing the peace, by using offensive words and indirectly threatening the government of the state.
