how do green lights work? Look at the picture below. That's the summary of it. Then read the caption under the Pic "How you send your son Pic to babydaddy ".

I explained this last time. Let me explain again one more time.

The picture below is a green light. But if you look at the Pic it sends TWO different messages same time:
Message 1) the son in the picture: the message to the guy is "hey daddy, here is your son, see how he's grown!!

That's the surface message,, which the girl sent the picture for,, to show babydaddy his son. That's the "excuse". The pretext. The cover. This is the woman's defense. That picture is about her boy.

Message 2) the ass!! The ass!! The ass!!! That's the invitation. The undercover message. With that ass, the girl is saying to the father of her son, "see this ass? Do you miss it? You used to love it!! Come get it!!"

That's the real message. The actual green light. "come get this ass daddy!!".

Now if someone sees that picture, eg the girl's own parents, she'll say she's showing her man his son. And it will be believable. She doesn't have to explain the ass, as long as the son is there. Without the son the message will be too direct and too incriminating. And someone will legitimately ask: "Why are you sending your babydaddy your ass? Do you want his dicc?"
But she puts the ass AND the boy. The boy covers for the ass.

Babydaddy will instantly focus on the ass! And get the message. And call her.

If babydaddy isn't up for that shit and start confronting the girl about the ass, she'll quickly switch and say that's a pose she did without thinking,, she really wanted to show him the son! And thus the girl's dignity is intact and she doesn't come across as too desperate.

Every strong man has a period when he was at the bottom and didn't understand how to get out. Not the feeling of standing on a cliff and about to fall, but when you've already fallen and hit the ground with all your might, but you're still alive. Of course, the reasons we all fell are different. Moneylessness. Betrayal. Addiction. Unrequited love. Loss of loved ones. But there is always one lesson to be learned from any situation - you can overcome absolutely anything in life!

So this is a skill that can be learned. You can learn to be willing to overcome anything. Anyone who has ever faced it at least once has the ability to take control of that state. To be able to push back from the bottom. To quickly regroup and maneuver. And the tool that gives us that ability is seclusion.

Full quarantine to anything that doesn't come from us. Close off access from ourselves to the images, to the people who take up space in our space, to the content we're used to consuming. Everything we watch, read and listen to, everyone who comes into contact with us, all of it defines our internal structure. And if we are confronted with a situation that breaks us, our inner structure loses its pivot. So we have to leave only ourselves behind.

The fewer distractions left, the stronger our retreat will be. During solitude, we can concentrate on that endless stream of thoughts that sits in our heads. And it needs to be done. We need to let all those thoughts flow through us, or else we'll be doing it at night before we go to sleep. And that's going to lead to health problems.

And so when the thoughts are gone and the desire to live begins to ignite again, we must begin again to cull those things that affect our inner structure. Reconsider the images, reconsider the people around us, reconsider what we are used to reading, watching, listening to. Only in this format can we quickly and without much damage renew and let go of what has held us back for so long.

And even though this process seems rather abstract, it helps to cope with a state where you seem to be cut off from the world. Never have people suffered from depression the way the modern generation does! Because nowadays solitude is practically non-existent. It is difficult for a person to be left without notifications, calls, and pop-up banners for even a few hours. Solitude, though, has the kind of power that definitely provides benefits.

This is where meditation comes handy.
We should all endeavor to set aside some minutes daily to realign mind, body, and spirit. I recommend mornings for this practice.
Other worthy mentions include :
- exercises (push-ups)
- stay hydrated always
- become a giver (no matter how little you have)

If anyone can imbibe some of these in their lifestyle, the universe already owe you. And we all know Mother Nature is never a debtor.
