Should Nigerians still make decisions on the basis of ethical and religious bias?
We really need to be wiser and not allow the political elites play us against ourselves by exploiting our 'soft spot' for religion and tribe. |

Hello people,
Greetings to you.
Please, I write to seek your advices based on your experience(s).
I am a currently single, in a relationship that will likely lead to marriage very soon.
I am on the verge of applying for Canada Express Entry as I have applied for my WES verification as I prepare for my IELTS.
I will be 30 in September with an M.sc and 3years work experience in banking while my spouse is 28, with a B.sc and 3 years experience in contact centre.
Please, I want to know which option offers better chance(s) for selection and approval.
OPTION A: My spouse and I get married (Court), we both write IELTS, and WES verification and apply for Express Entry as a couple. (Combined estimated CRS is 477)
OPTION B: I apply alone, verify my credentials, write IELTS, and then, when selected from the pool, I then get married and update my profile with details of marriage. (My estimated CRS is 476)
Thank you in anticipation of your responses and advices. |

Business › Re: Nigerian Youths - Things You Can Manufacture In Your Backyard by Wynnah(m): 12:09pm On Apr 23, 2018 |
Rosskii: Recently Mr President caused an uproar after he apparently claimed that Nigerian youths were lazy and uninterested in self-improvement. Predictably, the national reaction was swift and condemnatory of the utterances. Some of us do not believe that Nigerian youths are lazy. I for one believe they simply lack information on how to go about improving their circumstances. My suggestion is that they go into manufacturing. Backyard manufacturing of the type practised by millions of Chinese, and increasingly, Indian, households.
The idea that one needs a large factory and large amounts of capital to become a manufacturer is false. A lot of the things we import from China, we imagine they're made in huge factories. But it's not true. Many are made in people's backyards.
You can go online and learn how to manufacture shoes in your backyard. Top shoes that you can sell for serious money. Not just in your neighbourhood or country, but worldwide. Sell in your online store.
Other items you can manufacture in your backyard, and for which you can easily learn the method online, are:
Soap. Create your own flashy brand, with different soap flavours and fragrances. Add local/traditional herbs to some of the soaps and advertise their 'green, healthy, healing benefits'. Great selling point.
Ladies' Handbags

Your output is only limited by your imagination. The great thing about this niche is that you do not have to follow anyone's path or use conventional manufacturing styles with glossy leather bags etc. In fact the more UNUSUAL the better, these days. Women worldwide are always on the lookout for something different. Something unusual. Something special. You can use all sorts of local materials to build stunning handbags. Just use your imagination.
Clocks
If you knew how easy it was to manufacture a clock, you would have bitten yourself for missing out on this opportunity. Again, it is about more than just the clock. It is about the DESIGN of it. Again, once you have the mechanical clock installed, you can create all sorts of designs to place it in.
https://3.imimg.com/data3/AM/WJ/MY-6145877/modern-clocks-500x500.jpg
This clock above was made with just a bit of cardboard and paint.
You can be very creative here. You don't build the actual mechanical clock. You acquire that in numbers, cheaply, then build the designs.
If you do it right, you can make a great living just doing this. Create a brochure of your designs and distribute around offices. Build your online store and sell worldwide.
Visualize the final product, Keep your focus, and get going. You cannot fail.
Good luck! please I am interested in the manufacture of Clocks. |
Business › Re: As A Rich Person Now: If You Were Broke, What Would You Do To Become Rich Again? by Wynnah(m): 11:35am On Apr 23, 2018 |
myjewels: The way out of poverty in 2018 is building an online business that will fetch you regular income after 4 months. A lot of Nigerians are scammed online because of poverty mentality of get rich quick scheme. It is not the day you set up a business you start earning from it, you have to build it to a level. I present to you an online business that will fetch you consistent income of not less than $500 per week after 4 months. But, you must be patient, diligent and ready to invest your time and money ( not too expensive). If you say you can't wait for 4 months o; it's too much. Let me ask you: what have you achieved since January till now. 4 months from now is August, you may be lucky to even start earning before then. You better plan for tomorrow now so you don't end this year like other past years. I want to get started. kindly enlighten me. |
