I just listened to reports on YouTube stating that some critics and reviewers who were invited to see the movie at the world premiere yesterday were not impressed.

Most of them thought it was a good-but-not-great kind of movie, an average movie at best.

Now this is where it gets interesting...

Some of these critics have decided not to review the movie.
Because they are afraid that if they drop honest reviews, SJW's ,feminist and people pushing political agenda will come for them.
Honest criticism of Captain Marvel will face serious backlash.
So some critics have decided not to review the movie at all.

The others might play safe by giving the movie more positive reviews than it deserves just to avoid backlash.

Rotten Tomatoes score will be revealed tomorrow and I expect it to be in the 90's because it's a female led movie with feminism propaganda attached to it...

Yes, the same thing happened to Black Panther which was promoted by The Black Power Movement. Same thing Marvel/MCU/Disney wants to do with Captain Marvel, Using the Feminist movement to promote it. Well I see nothing wrong in that. Heck Wonder Woman was a Feminist Movie and it promoted Feminism but the issue with Wonder Woman was that, the Feminist tone was balanced and non inciting negatively, PS, Gal Gadot is a feminist herself but she is a responsible, sensible and non radical feminist unlike Brie Larson, her own radical feminism is way out of this world.
There is no problem being a feminist, I have no issue with that, I'm a feminist myself, a True Feminist but being senseless and radical about it, is a catastrophic problem.

Personally, I want Captain Marvel to be a success just like I want Wonder Woman 1984, Black Widow and Birds Of Prey to be successful majorly because it's a superheroine movie. I want superheroine movies to be successful also just like that of their male counterparts but the actions and controversies of Brie Larson may alter that. Well let's just watch and see, you never can tell. Life is highly unpredictable and it's unpredictability might favour it.

Yes, the Suicide Squad team is never stationary neither do they have any permanent member and characters but there are characters that seem like the big deal or simply put actual members of the team and those are Amanda Waller, Deadshot and Harley Quinn.

Deadshot is not just any suicide squad character, he is icon, a frontier and a natural leader of the team so eliminating him at least for now won't be nice, it's just like eliminating Superman or Batman or Wonder Woman, for now, from Justice League, how will that sound?

Deadshot deserves to be in The Suicide Squad. If Will Smith is out as the character, he should be recasted. Recasting in a shared universe is allowed.
BUT
If he isn't yet out, he should be included among The Suicide Squad cast as deadshot. If he is temporary indispose, WB/DC should still try and put in the movie, if that's not possible, fine, they can go on without him but his absence should be explained in the movie and he should be part of future installment of the Suicide Squad franchise.

If they are to go without him, I will suggest they include Bronze Tiger, Black Spider and as some persons rightly pointed, Deathstroke, which isn't a bad idea.
Rick Flair shouldn't be part of it. He isn't a member from the team, he was just there as a watch man. Suicide Squad don't need anybody watching over them, the bomb in their heads will do the job.
Enchantress should be out, we need more characters as villains so introduce more characters as villains besides I'm not a fan of repetition of villains.
Katana should be out. She isn't a villain neither is she an anti hero. Suicide Squad is made of villains and anti heroes, if I'm to add mine, anti villains (if there is anti hero, why can't there be anti villains, just saying). If she is to be part of the team she will be part of it as a watch woman which is not needed because the nano bombs will do the job. So that settles the scores.

My choiced character line up.

1.) Deadshot (if he is to be there) as the leader.
2.) Amanda Waller.
3.) Harley Quinn.
4.) Black Spider.
5.) Deathstroke.
6.) Solomon Grundy.
7.) Killer Frost.
8.) Poison Ivy.
9.) Catwoman.
10.) Bronze Tiger which should be the leader in the absence of Deadshot. Gosh, I fell in love with that character in Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay.

As for Villains, we can go with either:
1.) Brother Blood and his cult.
2.) Furious Five and their minions.
3.) Vandal Savage and his minions.
4.) Professor Pyg and his minions.
5.) Doctor Freeze and his minions.

NOTE: I wanted to include Court Of Owls but I dropped that, let that be for Batman.

The Suicide Squad should include lots of twist which may include betrayals, actions which includes awesome fight scenes and stunts (I trust WB/DC on this, they never disappoint on that), nice plot, Cool CGI's and of course it should be R Rated (sexually explicit, vulgar, brutal and violent) and they should try and tone down on the dark tone a little bit likewise it should he balanced toned rather than been seriously toned.

I'm looking forward to it. I hope it would be great, what am I even saying, of course it will be awesome. DC/WB never disappoint well except for Justice League (What a mess of a movie).

1.) Shazam! takes place within the larger DC universe but has its own tone. Shazam! is more fun and more family-centric.

Plus DC doesn't have any theatrical animated film on par with Into The Spider-Verse. Mask Of The Phantasm and LEGO Batman were good but not as acclaimed as Into The Spider-Verse.

Sweet heart, so you actually just sat down and disagreed with all the categories DC dominated while supporting the ones they are Tie or Marvel dominated. Now scrutinize and judge yourself.

In the Animation aspect, I disagree with you that things are bad for both DC and Marvel maybe you meant for Marvel. Check out DC animation records last year and everyone other year, you will find out that they did well in their Direct to Home video sales, they made huge profit there unlike Marvel. That isn't a sign of bad times to me.
Get this straight, whether good or bad times, you can't compare Marvel to DC in terms of animation. DC is dominating in that aspect.

In the aspect of the Comics, whether it doesn't hold much weight or not. whether some people don't buy comics but rather free download it from the internet, one thing is sure, Some people still buy comics and the comic category is a category. So you can't rule that out and guess what baby, from the look of things DC is dominating in this category.

In the aspect of Oscar award. Remember this category is about Oscar awards not razzzies and even if we are to include razzies, it still an award although a negative one. So both positive award (Oscar Awards which is DC 5 vs 2 Marvel) and negative award (Razzies which is DC 10 vs 3 Marvel) DC is dominating.
NOTE: Award is award whether positive or negative. All na award and in awards (both positive and negative alike) DC is winning with DC 15 vs 5 Marvel.
So DC dominates this category.

Out of all the media you just mentioned, which one is the biggest and most accessible to the general public? Its certainly not comics. DC's animation's are direct to video, not released in cinemas. Sure they're popular, but they don't hold a candle to live action movies. The Marvel brand is more popular and valuable for one reason and one reason alone: Movies.
Until DC start getting their sh!t together in their live action films, they're always going to be second fiddle to Marvel. Besides, who buys comics manually outside of America? Most guys I know in Nigeria download their comics online.

That was no breach in the MCU, at the end of Iron Man 3, the extremis virus giving Pepper Potts her "super powers" was basically stabilized at the end of the movie(if you still remember), in other words she was cured. So the effects not popping up with her presence in the other movies signified that the stabilizing effect against the extremis virus worked fine.

I'm glad that a Black Widow movie has been announced. This is something I've been clamouring for, A Black Widow Movie, I'm glad they are about doing it although late, to be honest, Black Widow movie should have been produced a long time ago, it should have been among the MCU phase one movies. She is one of the characters that started the MCU, her movie should have been among the first movies of the MCU but I guess Marvel didn't have the balls to produce a Female superhero movie then until WB/ DC grew some balls and paved the way for female superhero Movies with Wonder Woman now every studio want to produce a female superhero movie.

There is a breech I've seen in MCU and no one is saying anything about or they just chose to pay a blind eye to it.
At the end of Iron Man 3, Pepper had a super power with which she aided Tony Stark to defeat the villain, well that was the last time we saw a super powered pepper because the next pepper we saw was a non supe, so what happened, why wasn't pepper a super human after iron Man 3? Marvel needs to give an explanation for that. Can anyone explain that to me

Congratulation to Black Panther for it's Oscar nomination although to me that movie is an average movie. Keep the African or Black biasim, mentality and sentimentalism aside. Sincerely I prefer Thor: Ragnarok to it and in terms of overall Royal super hero movie I prefer Aquaman.
The few things I love about Black panther is their Technology, Shuri's and Klaue's performance and the fact that an African nation is being portrayed as an advanced nation unlike the traditional Third world depiction.
But Anyways, congrats to Black Panther. But truthfully speaking, Aquaman should have been given an Oscar nomination especially in the Visuals, Costumes and World creation categories. Well it's Hollywood, sentimentalism, biasism and influence is bound to be there.
Black Panther deserves to be nominated, it's a good movie but average, so congrats to them. Abeg make African/ Black people movie get an Oscar nomination jor, no be every time, white people movies.
African/ Black DC and Marvel fans be happy about Black Panther Nomination jare. Once again, congrats to Black Panther and Marvel.

Spiderman: Far From Home looks promising, I just hope it will be better than that disgrace called Spiderman: Homecoming.
