I'm igbo and as much as I love the language, I don't advise anyone to "toast" anybody using the language.
Its good for cracking jokes, arguing, gossiping, insulting, discussion and even rapping. But trying to sound romantic in igbo is just impossible.
As for ibibio, no offense but i've never fancied the language. I think hausa is the most romantic. Yoruba may pass if you mix it with a lot of English.
