budaatum: She literally took one of their son's to UK to harvest his organs for her own daughter and they are jubilating she's returned. He went willingly as an adult, lied about his cooperation with the process and then made a U-turn while claiming to be a kid when he arrived. Classic immigration fraud that resulted in the jailing of caring parents and asylum status for the "kid". If Ike wanted to "harvest his organs", the best place to do it is Nigeria and not the UK public NHS under government scrutiny. That is what happened when you take sentiment out of it. |

Dangote didn't "pull funds" to invest in Nigeria. He started a specific project using his companies capital, manipulated the government and also borrowed to complete it. The largest hedge funds and venture capital in the world don't have even have free $100 billion dollar to invest on an unnamed entity, let alone $500 billion. I doubt there is even up to 5 countries in the world that can afford such free fund movement. And those that can will heavily strain their budget to accommodate such novel "investment". A lot of dullard on the internet who spread fake news without checking. Nobody, not even the richest man has free $100 billion to invest let alone some obscure Korea billionaire very much down the ranking.
For context, the "billionaire" is offering to invest 30% of South Korea's entire GDP for Trump.
Perhaps he meant 500 billion zimbabwe's dollar. |

Barron is using political capital to start his "business". There would be no such business if his father lost the election. He is definitely a beneficiary of Trump's criminality and political corruption. |

He's qualified to lead America Trump raised junkies and scammers. None of his kids have a real job outside of his con businesses. ddippset: Since you are wasting time to answer lemme help you.
The CJ of the state will set up a Judicial panel to investigate the allegations against the governor. ( A panel of judges not a panel of goats or a panel of Assembly members)
This CJ will constitute his panel from the State judiciary. If he likes the governor the panel will be friendly and clear the governor of all charges.
The worst case scenario is the President withdrawing Fubara's security with impunity and removing him.
And then the judiciary will overturn everything..
Why do you think those 2 examples you gave of Obi and Ladoja were overturned by the courts?
Because the assembly cannot legally impeach the governor if the Cj says NO. The CJ has no say on what the assembly choose to do. His job is to setup panel, that is it. We are not talking about whether court will reverse an impeachement. The discussion is strictly about the impeachment. Again, why did you think Fubara invaded the house when he learnt of an impeachment plot? Or you think he is so daft and has no knowledgeable adviser to tell him, according to you, that the house are just jokers and should be ignored and it is only the chief judge that matters? |
Politics › Re: Wike, Fubara Camps Set For Supreme Court Showdown Over 5 Cases On Feb 10 by Xisnin(m): 1:44pm On Jan 21, 2025 |
ddippset: Is it possible to impeach a governor without the state chief judge? mrvitalis: Fubara can't face impeachment he has the judiciary state level at his point of control You guys don't even bother to understand the position of the law. The state chief judge's role is not to determine the 'guilt' of the accused governor. He has no choice but to setup a panel when prompted by the house of assembly. If he continuously refuses, he could be dismissed by the NJC for gross misconduct. It is not like this would be the first time an impeachment would take place. Peter Obi was impeached so was Ladoja of Oyo while both were the sitting governors. Why did you think Fubara invaded the assembly and demolished the complex on the first impeachment tries? If he felt so secured, he won't bother fighting the assembly members tooth and nail. |

Since, all the appeals have been consolidated. The supreme court should not give conflicting judgment to avoid a situation where each party will claim victory and the average member of the public won't know any better.
If Wike camp wins, Fubara faces impeachment, if Fubara wins, then the next battle will be a new election into Rivers House of Assembly. |

I corrected you but you just glossed over it and trying to play with semantics, permanent doesn't mean conditional. Now, Trump's cronies are assembling capital to take over half of the company with controlling stake as I predicted. Tiktok is 100% at Trump's mercy given the threat of a permanent ban he wields. USA is just over hyping itself as if a destruction to USA will stop the whole world from living a happy life anymore How much do those other 1 billion users generate for Tiktok? Americans have more to lose than him when banned, 24 billion dollars last year alone as income for individuals and businesses It is not a permanent ban, it is a conditional ban. It is not as if the ruling is a secret, all anyone need do is to check. Tiktok must sell or die in the US and most likely Europe too in the nearest future. |

You asked whether Trump is still racist as if inviting a black pastor is proof that he isn't one. When Tinubu appointed Bianca as a minister, did you open a thread to ask whether Tinubu is still a tribalist or not? Of course, you didn't because you know that a label is about the pattern of an individual's behavior, not occassional gestures. |
