Btw, I'm not doubting things like this happen (I actually know someone who has experienced such). I just believe this particular story is either false or highly embelished.

Personally, I know someone who is currently undergoing training as adhoc staff and only got training manual today after their test, and there are still a lot of members of the class without manuals. And this is in Abuja.

In this case, the EkitiGate guys weren't even aware that their voices were being recorded so I think the accuracy is justifiable.
