As a Christian, my duty is simply to preach and walk away. No where does the Bible inform me to hate or curse those who do not accept my message (Read Matthew 10:11-15, 2 Timothy 24-26). I am indebted to both Greeks and Barbarians.

My words are in line with my Christian belief. God hates homosexuality as well as immorality, drunkenness and many other vices. Why pick on a vulnerable minority? I am sure you show kindness to immoral people but your mindless hate of gays clouds your vision.

The examples you cite - murder, theft, pedophilia - involve cases where the perpetrator is acting without the consent of a victim (a child is unable to consent in the case of pedophilia). This is why it makes logical sense to condemn murder or theft.

In the case of gay people, Africans are claiming that what consenting adults do with one another is wrong because its "abnormal." But within straight relationships, lots of couples engage in abnormal things. The question is what is the logic in being outraged about consented behavior that doesn't affect others?

This thing about "promoting" homosexuality makes no sense to me since if you are straight, no one is going to convert you to a homosexual and the overwhelming majority of people will remain straight no matter the society (see western countries with a permissive outlook to homosexuals where heterosexuals remain the overwhelming majority). I suspect a lot of people who pursue this line of argument about westerners turning Africans gay harbour some homosexual inclinations themselves.

There was a time when being gay in America could land you in an asylum. Even in the 1990s, if an actor or actress came out as gay, the person's career is over. That was what happened to Ellen Degeneres. She was even kicked out of the house by her parents when she told them she was gay. Till date, many parents disown child if they come out as gay. As a black woman told her transgender child, ''You'll be damned for this''. And so will fornicators, adulterers, drunks, greedy persons and so on.

. In the American army, anyone person found to be gay was dismissed. 12,000 military officers were dismissed yearly at a time because of this.

Sympathy and empathy towards gays just started developing in the 2000s in the USA. It was one of the last rich countries to allow gay marriage and that decision was passed not by the president or congress but by the Supreme Court if I'm correct.

Homosexuality has long existed in Africa. In the North, for instance, you have male Hausa prostitutes. The Yoruba word for a gay man existed before colonialism. When the British got to Uganda, the king was openly gay.

Many homosexuals just discover they prefer the same sex. Some realize this is young as 5! Many tried committing suicide as no one wants to be different. No one likes to be stigmatized. The guy in the picture below tried committing suicide.

You'd be surprised by the number of gay people you associate with every day. They just stay in the closet.

In my own knowledge, a red copy is the original copy, also called a registered survey. Once done, it would be registered with the state's ministry of whatever that's in charge of lands. This is a record that the state already checked the land and it is not under acquisition. This survey also helps you well in a legal battle. Price is premium between 120k and 150k as the new rule of April 2017 by the Nigerian institute of surveyors.


The other copy is just a useless copy that only reflects the size of the land if the client's needs to really know. It's so useless that you can't use it for any legal battle or official needs. It's around 20k per plot.

If you are also buying a land, and the land already have a survey plan, make sure you go to the surveyor General's office to chart. This is because the survey plan may be wrong, probably because outdated equipment was used. Those old school surveyor use tape rule to measure, so the coordinates may be wrong.
