Good to read that you are back in business. However you need to make a clear. concise and categorical statement on the fate of items that were shipped by sea in July 2014. Please give a straight forward answer devoid of any long-winding explanation. I request this because I have 6 extra-large boxes of books, trophies and laptops in that shipment. Thank you

HP Compaq nc2400 dual core laptop (12 Inch) ----N18,000 and Dell Mini 2100 Netbook –N16,000 available for sale today. Owners have been given refunds.

We are on course to paying almost all refunds this month (N150K+ paid already since June 1st) and most of the pending items will also be cleared this month too.

I think it will be a lot better if you post all information about your charges on this thread. How much do you charge as commisdion? How do you calculate shipping costs and how long does delivry take?

We have not been absent from our duties to customers. As soon as an item is ready for pick up or payment is ready-we contact the affected customer. As of December 2014 we had:
-About 56 customers owed items and/or funds
-About N875,000 pending refunds
As of May 22nd- we have
-About 19 customers owed items and /or funds
-About N295,000 pending refunds
We apologize once again for these circumstances. No one has been defrauded. If we were fraudsters-we would not be making refunds or making efforts to get over due items to customers.
Just last week-we made refunds to two customers and this new week-3 people will be refunded in part.
The last 1 month-we delivered over 200kg worth of over due items to some customers.
We have scheduled deliveries for June 6th to 14th for about 10 customers.
We appreciate the patience and cooperation of all our customers.

The recovery has taken much much much longer than we expected and hoped for, but we have made progress week by week and all in all-we expect to finalize all pending issues within a matter of weeks.

To make things smoother-we will contact the remaining affected customers within the next week-so that no one will be in the dark and everyone will have an idea when and where to get their item or money.

Lagtech definitely did not expect anyone to believe the contents of this post. If I were Lagtech and considering how much insults have been hauled at him on this thread, I will not refund anybody in secret. I will share all information regarding the refund on this thread. Besides, how come none of the people who have been screaming most on the thread has come forward to say they have recived their items or refunds? Who are this ghosts that Lagtech refunded or delivered goods to? As for me, I got 3 cartons of books which were shipped in November (I have not even paid shipping for this) but somehow 6 extra-large cartons of books, trophies and five laptops for which I fully paid shipping fees and allegedly shipped in July last year are nowhere to be found. What do you make of that? And all entreaties to lagtech to come clean on this July sea shipping has fallen on deaf ears. What kind of business man does this? A man who harped on sea shipping being the best way to make millions in a year?

@Lagtech, i have mailed you, i call you countless number of times, you never reply my mail, you never picked any of my calls.
I have have several dozens of laptops with you, the books that where recently picked up by Xtfield, that you said shipped by sea, i was suppose to have about 25-27 laptops in that batch , i was surprise Xtfield has pick up his books, i called jimmy, though he sound weak and he told he is on admission in the hospital, he later told i do not have any item for pick up, Those laptops are mine and i paid for them, no matter how it take you to do the needful, let me have all items that are mine that are still with you.

The items I picked up were not in the same batch of shipment with your laptops. These items were shipped in November. Lagtech told me so. I'm yet to receive my six boxes of books and trophies and 5 laptops supposedly shipped in July 2014 which I believe is the batch you are referring to. As you can see from my post, I did say I was expecting the remainder of my items. Lagtech told me he used a different shipper for the November shipping and this shipper is not the same as the 'green horn' shipper whom he used for the July 2014 shipping. Just to clarify things. I seriously pray that one day we shall all have cause to smile.
