The Lord be praised! I took delivery of 4 boxes of my items yesterday Saturday 25th April at about 3pm. All the boxes contain books, books and books. Thanks to the wonderful work by Jimmy who in spite of his ill health linked me with the shipper. I really pitied him after discussing with him because I discovered the picture of this man painted by some posters on the thread is far from what I saw on Friday and Saturday when I met him. I believe when all thisis over, we will all have to apologize to Jimmy.
@Lagtech, I want to say thank you for sending these items. I eagerly await the remaining items. I will send you an email tomorrow and I do sincerely hope you will find time to respond.

Came back from class this afternoon, i was very hungry,i could feel the worms in my stomach grooming to devour anything that passes through my throat.

I decided to try something different for the remaining days of the week since rice took the whole of last week till this morning.

I selected the dirt from the beans and introduced it into the pot of water i had placed on the stove earlier. Gbam! (na so i enter wahala ooo)

I waited almost two hours and yet there was no sign of softening (beans of life).....

I quickly rushed to a nearby restaurant to eat fufu as i could no longer wait for the beans...

Get a pressure pot. You will eat cooked beans in less than 30 minutes.

I received 15 laptops, one HP Toner and two laptop batteries sent via a commercial bus to Ado Ekiti today. Have been busy checking them. Will post pix tomorrow. @ Balogunsam, the HP DV5000 is not lost o. Its the 15th laptop. It was inside a carton labelled The cooling pad. Only the Blue Asus remains. You're right man, but even you would agree it's difficult to like someone who hates you, Have you asked yourself why an ibo man has not even made vice president never mind president for the major parties since 1999? The civil war has ended on the battle field, but there's a cold war going on since 1999... There's unspoken bad blood between the two tribes.

Its not about hatred. In 1999 Obasanjo became President because of the need to compensate the Yorubas for the annulment of Abiola's election. For him to win, he needed a VP from the North (to get votes). If he had picked an Igbo person, the North would feel grossly marginalised. It will mean two souther candidates. In 2011, power went back to the North and Jonathan from a Southern minority was picked. The rest is history. So there was no deliberate effort to deny the Igbos the Vice-Presidency. However the just concluded election now will make it difficult to have an Igbo President or Vice President too soon. For a long time, it is the Igbos and Hausas aliogning to edge out the Yorubas but this time now the Yorubas realized they cannot win the Presidency or VP slot without aligning with the Hausas. The Igbos should not have allowed themselves to be left out of the alignment. They staked all their all on the incumbent and forgot the weight of Northern votes. So its not about the civil war. Its about playing dynamic politics. The Igbos should have sacrificed Jonathan in the interest of their race. They should have prevailed on Jonathan not to recontest and allow the North to push forward their candidate with an Igbo man as VP. That would have split the votes in the North and gotten block votes form the SS and SE.

You wouldn't be talking this trash if it were your tribe who suffered from the civil war, from an early age the ibos are taught about the havoc the civil war wrecked on us, some of my ancestors died during that war, me grandpa and grandma experienced great hardship relocating to the east after many ibos had been killed in the north, GEJ lost because he neglected the SE so the ibos were torn between voting for a man who has neglected them or voting a northerner(which was never an option worth considering) hence they decided to do neither and sit at home and accept whatever the results may be... If you call the ibos unprogressive for not voting a northerner be ready to say that again in 2019 and for years to come, roosters would grow teeths before ibos vote a northerner en masse and vice versa...

I do really sympathize with the Igbos but the civil war ended 45 years ago. Isn't it time the Igbos move on and accept that they are Nigerians? As long as the Igbos continue to think like this, it will be difficult for them to find true fulfillment in the Nigerian nation.

It's the other way round. First you must have a majority of the votes cast and then the spread must be 25% in at least two-thirds of the states of the federaTION (24)

Hey....... Mr. Don't quote me again. Between, I'm still certain that lagtech will deliver everything he owes. Jimmy calls me regularly to chat after which I have often urged him to ensure everyone here gets their things. He categorically told me 2 days ago that every thing will be settled but that the attitude of some of you here is delaying the process. You can not be laying a curse here and there and feel the person you are cursing will be happy to serve you right. I learned some are even calling the USA police and writing useless online complaints here and there. If lagtech wants to run away with all your money he will and HEAVENS WONT FALL.

And if he runs away with my money, I will not die either. But if he chooses to do so, heaven's judgement will be waiting for him. Even he, as a Christian knows that. We would not be here today if Lagtech had been open about whatever problems he had. After he sent me a laptop and an e-reader which he called a batch, I mailed him several times about my observation that those items were part of what he said he shipped months ago. I asked how come the same items are now being flown in by air. I received no response to my several mails. That is no way to clear issues. I have not in all my posts cursed LAGTECH but I still maintain that he did not ship anything in July 2014 when he claimed to have shipped. If I get my items, I will come back here to announce it but I owe him no apology for all that I have written because he was not truthful with me.

The same way Ekiti people voted out Fayemi and voted in Fayoose. When that happened you people label;led us "Stomach Infrastructure people" Now you know better. Nigerian voters have come of age. They can no longer be deceived. If after 6 years as President, my place of abode, Ore in Ondo State and a Local Government Headquarter for that matter has no light since Late October, 2014, then Jonathan has no business asking for another four years. He should go back to where ever he came from and allow us try someone else. Simple.

I didn't buy anything from his inventory. I only send my items to his address and I send 65k to him for shipping of my items since October. I will say through God's intervention he has been sending them bit by bit. I pray that God will settle all other cases.

This confirms my submission that it was my shipping fees that LAGTECH converted to personal use. My books and trophies are with him. And he kept swearing by his mother's grave that he shipped the items. I do not really understand the kind of problem that would make a man destroy a good business idea. Now others are building upon his failure. In the past two months I've bought over 30 items from the US through BALOGUNSAM and my items have always landed on schedule. The greater loss is LAGTECH's. And for those asking for his real name, Lagtech does not bear Emmanuel at all. His real name is the name on the GTB account we all paid to.
