NaijaMutant:They couldn't emulate this one. You are wicked, bah, ![]() |
Hmmm. This trend is becoming alarming. Life meant nothing again. Employer at mercy of employee. Owner of house at mercy of maid and gatemen. Something is intrinsically wrong. The trend ought to be thoroughly investigated. Let us know the causes, let us know the solution. prosecution of offenders isnt enough. |
Beyond the response and back to the topic: What Education did Genevieve really need? The point is clear. Men need to control themselves. The high incidence or rape is alarming. I think too that bad dressing accounted for a good percentage of that. But not all as can be seen here, as seen too in the rape of minors. Rape has become a continental catastrophe. The girl child is no more safe even in the hands of relatives. Something has to be done. |
That is the way to go. The people of Edo state will also walk you out of office if you don't perform well and leave them in underdevelopment. |
donkarly:Read properly. The caption is deceptive. He actually killed the girl not the brother. Too sad either way! |
Na wa o. The idiot aptly summarized his lot. It is disheartening the way youngsters now hack each other to death in the name of love. The irony is that there are just millions of love everywhere and we are too shortsighted to see them. What is in that kpekus that two brothers want to drown there? Now murder and jail if he escapes hanging. ![]() |
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, amen! |
Make we hear word. You haff try. ![]() |
So funny and true. There are many others o. The ITK fathers who know it all, old school kind of. You are never correct. They did it better in their days. It is always, Children of nowadays. |
FTC. Is Fela Durotoye also among the presidential aspirants? I ask because all the streets know is Buhari and Atiku. I wish Nigerians can look beyond that duo. That way, we will be nearer to the solution to our collective quagmire. Both of them have been in leadership at the highest calibre but we have not experienced the much needed change. We need new names. Though I will admit that Fela isnt one of the vibrant new names. |
This is the result when oil money is applied for populist issues and not embezzled. Nigeria could be another Dubai but no, our polithiefcians arent in agreement. |
We know. He is trying to dance to the tune of his pay masters in Abuja. They are blind to history and make a complete mockery of themselves and the Nigerian state. Five out of twenty six legislatures will attempt to impeach the Speaker and the Executive Governor. Unfortunately, this kind of lawlessness will continue because there is no deterrent. |
All these slay queens should take it easy. Nigeria has no peace or unity. She is beautiful though. |
Good. The only snag is that jobs are not available anywhere. The actual jobs now are the ones that tarnish the image of the country, if you know you know. Teeming graduates, no jobs. Many have veered to yahoo plus, yahoo yahoo, oloshoism, etc. And since we do not want to knw where the money is coming from, yes, drug pushing and rituals too. Too bad, a country without values . There is need to create legitimate jobs, if not the illicit will continue to proliferate. Who is talking about skills and changing jobs when you have abundance of skilled workers and no jobs? |
Cool. Match words with action. Stellar performance is driven by motivation. There is no magic about it. |
Happy birthday, oldest celebrity bachelor in Nigeria. |
kiddoiLL:Verified Nigerian AddSense. If u knw u knw. ![]() |
BruncleZuma:combating terrorism is different from conventional warfare. They have no rules of engagement. Even civilized countries are still battling different terror cells. The military need to be well equipped. If we can vote in responsible young men, Nig will change for better. But we are still rotating between Atiku and Buhari and talking about decay in the polity. |

Good. Economic saboteurs are like vermin that destroy the system. They have caused untold hardship to millions of Nigerians of all tribes. But u will see fools who never got a dime from the loot and whose life was set back by many indices, here defending them because they happen to come from the same corner of Nigeria. Dariye and Nyame are there. Let all proven looters join them. |
Good to know and good to be grateful. |
Ok, we haff heard. Yours have been a life of letters. You are the envy of many. Please, don't just sign off, you can throw honorary awards our way. That's how to be a good bros. Next time they propose award, just ask them to go to Yankiss. |
Good. Giving back to the society. A great encouragement. |
nijabazaar:You are not helping matters:. Nigeria can stl change if we allow it to. Every civilized country passed through this stage, it may surprise you. It is like a child learning to walk. |
Occupational hazard. Anything could be the matter. Toppling over, etc. U either goes and rests or rests in peace. |
Nobody wants to be left behind in the rat race. Yahoo boys get rich overnight. Employees do not want to wait for end of month again. Nigerian problem boils down to greed and wrongful values. No good role models anywhere. We don't question the source of wealth. We worship it anyhow, anywhere. Why won't people steal and embezzle? National orientation that punishes and criminalize illicit acquisition is the only way to take our values back. |
God take charge as the ember months are here with the quickening pace in almost everything and attendant accidents. God guide your own, amen. |
I wonder if these personalities of Nairaland pay to be broadcast here. We only hear of Mompha, Hushpushi, Tonto Dike, Toke Makinwa almost only on Nairaland these days. You do not turn any other social or broadcast media and read or hear of them. Toke Makinwa this or that, Tonto Dike this or that. They cough, we read on Nairaland. They cry, we read on Nairaland. Are they going to pay my bill? Mods stop this o, ![]() |
The guardians of that child just stretched their luck. This is nothing short of a miracle. But India with their many gods and superstitions may begin to worship that girl as the incarnation of one god or the other. It is not funny but that country can be insanely religious. |
Very good. But the majority of us are now keeping beards. |
Congratulations and happy Fifth anniversary. Guard your union jealously. It is becoming easier to wed than to keep the union. The main issues are friends and family coming between after the first excitement of union has worn off. You need communication and the fear of God. You need to understand that the both of you matter more now to each other than anyone else. Wrongful values and coming to marriage with highfalutin expectations have destroyed many homes. Children will come, alongside the usual pressure and responsibilities. Every stage of marriage has its own challenges. Try to stay on top and afloat. Above all, be each other's bestie. Goodluck! |
ChiefAzubuike:Must you comment? Do u have common sense at all?? |
