I purchased land whose title is Excision and I am aware that the process to get the Certificate of Occupancy is ongoing.

I asked the surveyor who surveyed the land to give me evidence that the red copy has been lodged. He said red copies are only lodged when the processing of the Certificate of Occupancy is done. He said this is a new regulation in Lagos.

Please how true is this claim?

Check engine light came up in my Camry 07. It was scanned and the error codes were P0351 and P0368. The ignition coil and camshaft sensor were changed.

I really don’t know if the 28m would be enough or not. What I’m concerned about is the quality of work that would be done during the construction of the said duplex.
It’s better to get your design from architects and get a building contractor to do justice to it, under your close supervision if you have the time.

To put it in better context, I am not building it myself. A real estate company wants to build about 25 units of 2bedroom duplex with bq and 3bedroom duplex with bq in Abijo and handover keys to subscribers.

The prices are 23m and 28m respectively. My concern is if the said amount can do a good job.
