It depends on the business or investment. If you invest on the wrong things, you shouldn't expect positive results. I have seen people who were salary earners and were earning well but living extravagant lives or failed to invest their huge salaries and ended up being broke after retirement or being layed off. These were guys i envied and wished i was in their shoes. Unfortunately, they mismanaged their chances.

I will agree with you to some extent sir but things are not always what we think they are, especially if we are not wearing the shoes. What you consider a bad investment might be someone best investment. For instance, I left poultry sector when I consider it a bad investment but seriously there is someone I know that is cashing out from the same poultry business.

As for some civil servants earning well but later become broke after retirement, not all of them are like that, some have tried few businesses but failed due to lack of time to monitor it very well by themselves.

You could have given your opinion without sounding foolish. Even if everyone cannot be an enterprenuer, atleast one should be able to invest his or her hard earned salary or have a retirement plan. As one is getting aged, he or she would not have the strength to keep working to earn money. Ok what happens if you get fired or layed off from work? What will you fall back on? If you want to get rich from the salary you earn, you will keep on being used or probably get dumped or even keep working till you die. It hurts but that's the truth. The issue on ground is quite complicated, both South and North need each other to produce a president. Any candidate from the North West after Buhari 8 years in power won't fly in Noth Central and entire south. Also, another candidate from the South won't sell in entire North because they can't afford to wait another 8 years after Tinubu.

Tinubu is a very smart politician you can ever imagine, he has already positioned himself to get big votes from North Central and entire South, which is enough for him to get re-elected. And there is no way his foot solders and Shetima won't bring at least 2.5 millions votes from entire North West and North East. You see that Lagos , they will ensure over 4 millions votes from that state alone. PH too won't give him less than 1.5m votes this time. The day I fear that man was the day he won APC primary against all odd including almighty Buhari.

There is no need for that, just establish big business for her and let her grow with it. God forbit anything happens to you, even your bank will frustrate the hell out of her and still give peanuts at the end of the day. Asides that, in the process of getting your money from the bank, your family will get to know and still fight her to release the money to them.

The best you can do for her now is to set big business for her or better still, send significant amount to her bank account and monitor it by yourself. Once a woman has biological children with you, the most logical thing to do is to make her stand financially on her own.
