It is possible but that means the entire family has to skip lunch. A family of 4 on average living will spend nothing less than 7k - 10k per day. Breakfast for the children, money for biscuits, their lunch at school and transportation(if their school is far),alone will cost you 4k or more. A soup of 5k or more can't last you for more than 2 days.

Unlike adult, children are expensive to take care of, and if you don't feed them well, you are only teaching them how to steal or lose concentration at school.

It is not easy at all, majority are just pushing it anyhow with the hope of getting liberated someday.

I take very good care of my parents, and we do not live together. Care can be shown without 24/7 physical presence. I have kids as well, so I have reached that age.

You should learn to advise people base on the issue they are facing and their condition. That is a simple logic you fail to apply in your judgement.

Did you bother to know if his grandparents is late or alive? Did he tell you he work in another city or his work requires him to travel? And to make the matter worse, the guy even said he fear to leave them in that condition, yet you still advise him to leave his parents.

No one said you should live with your parents if there is no reason to or if you don't stay in the same city with them or if his job requires him to travel alot. The guy issue here is quite different. They live in the same city, he probably work in the same city and made his breakthrough in that same city. He should only leave them if there is no comfortable place in that house to allow his privacy.

While you think you are remotely taking care of your parents, alot of your mates bring them over to their houses and take good care of them.

Children needs guidance, provisions and protection, and your parents needs their presence, and to see life through the eyes of children once again.

Also, the power dynamic between you and your parents have changed, unlike when you were a child. Right now, your parents have authority over you but without responsibilities, which is unfair to you.

For example, if they want to bath with hot water, prefer their eba extra soft, and maybe you have to clean their apartment, these are responsibilities on you, but you cant tell them what to do, or even scold them. You have no authority.

With children, your parents will have authorities and responsibilities, which is a balance. E.g, they kids do domestic work, and your parents wont feel lonely. But the trade off is that your parents have responsibilities towards the children.

I see that you have a good family that is united, and you care for your parents, this is very good, but consider what I said. Its an old practice that is solved by adopting kids, or men going into polygamy to birth more children.

An average European, Chinese or American live with their parents but here in Africa, we detest and don't have empathy toward one another. Why would anyone leave his aged parents when he/she is in position to stay with them. Loneliness at old age is out of this world, and it is a great privilege to have one of your children family around.

That is why every man should try to make money. The rich take up another wife that will give them young children who will keep the house running at old age.

A thousand of grassroot supporters can attract millions of votes through their families members, friends, associates, relatives, benefactors, disciples, subordinates, etc. And it is not stopping there, many of these people under them will also have many under them that won't go against their directions.

That is why MAJORITY is the key characteristic of democracy and election victory. It is absolutely impossible to win a general election withiout quality grass root mobilizers.

Una no sabi politics at all, grassroot supporters also have families and relatives who benefit directly or indirectly from them.

Some people you see abusing a particular candidate online are just doing that to appeal neutral or innocent to you. They are entirely different person offline. Some are directly or indirectly benefiting from thses corrupt system and politicians.

If you take what people are saying for who they will vote for, then you know next to nothing in electoral process.

Just work hard to get money and stop the rubbish.

There is one very tin malnourished looking man in my area that you will take to be over 70 years. I saw him just last month, and I could not believe how this man now suddenly transform to fresh and handsome like young men in their 40's. It was later that someone told me his son just made stupid money and funded his life.

The only thing that will make you look young, live long and healthy is peace of mind. You can eat or do whatever you like, once you have peace of mind, nothing on earth will happen to you.

Set up a business for her, so that she can have enough time to carter home and your children. Women are better off doing business or teaching during their productive years.

Around 2022, I almost got killed by one way traffic violator, I was watching the only side vehicle are coming, not knowing he was coming from a wrong side. I don't even know how I escape it, all I know is that, I found myself landed heavily on the road side and sustained injury in both legs and hands.

Traffic violators are potential killers, it is an offence that should attract serious jail term. This particular person violated the rule, and at the same time running like a thief. Go and watch the video and see yourself.

I will blame the father the most, the only offence of that officer is unprofessional conduct by misfiring the tyres of the car. He used his stupidity to cut short the life of an innocent boy.

I was sentimental unti I saw the video of his reckless driving even when the police and FRSC mounted a barricades to stop him. He behave like kidnapper or arm robber who want to escape arrest in that video.

Rice is cheaper now, it is around 54k- 60k at Bodija Market in Ibadan. Quality foreign rice are even cheaper than Nigeria rice this days.
