Instead of this why not a Bill to change geopolitical zones to Regions with each headed by its own Heads of Region.

Thereby scapping either the Senate or the HOR and subsequently allow each region's HOR to make laws that is suitable and applicable to their respective regions.

A Bill to turn all these 6 or 7 geopolitical zones to actual regions with each having its own supervising leader to manage their own regions the way they like and with a President of a United Regions of Nigeria.

Advantages:
. It will bring serious competitive development
. It will relief the stress on the Federal government.
. It will foster peace and communal understanding of values, customs and tribal unity.
. It will help in regional policing.
. It will reduce waste in redundant ministries.

That can only work in a parliamentary system of government they are trying to pass the bill on. It is a vital step to regionalism.

You cant have the system you mentioned under presidential system we are currently running.

The North is not a monolith. Tafawa Balewa's party had the largest number of votes, but they were far from being the majority. They needed to form a coalition with another party to run the government.

By the way, Obafemi Awolowo approached Azikiwe and asked for a coalition. Both parties, combined with some other Northern minority parties would have been enough to form a coalition. Azikiwe would have been prime minister and Awolowo wanted to be minister of finance.

Hard skills; wielding, mechanical, Capentery, electrical, tailoring,or bricklaying.

Soft skills: coding, graphic design, Web development and digital marketing.

Solar inverter installation is not a sustainable profession, stable light can send it into extinction. Electrical is good but too petty, except you are well connected and often get full houses contracts, you maybe living from hands to mouth because join join works you would be getting may not sustain only you, let alone if you have a family.

Many are novice when come to politics, especially majority of Obidients and Obi himself. No sensible Southerner will waste his money to contest with another southerner that have already spent 4 years in power. North I know 100% would rather vote someone with 4 years remaining than someone with potential of spending 8 years and subsequently keep them off power they cherish so much for good 12 years. A candidate from the North too won't sell well in entire South and North Central. Besides, the person in power is a political greatest expert who know how to use power to his advantage. If oppositions doesn't still have sense after what National assembly did for him yesterday, then I don't think they are worth of being called ones.

They will spread this kind of talk or narrative in order to let him believe he can do it all alone. The purpose is to let him contest and divide opposition votes again. Our political structures in Nigeria are so bias and highly characterise by ethnic demagogue.

How did you know that Wike ask for 50% of total state allocation? Did Fubara came out to say this?

The reality is that, both side were wrong in their actions, and the best a president can do is to declare state of emergency to allow all parties settle their riffs. Declaration of state of emergency is good but removal of elected governor is undemocratic in my view.
