—Russia president for almost 23 years.
—Turkey president now serving for 20 years.
—Singapore president serving for almost 20 years

—Chinese president now almost 11 years

(One senator for example...now late...funded a scholarship for students going to university from his district who were resident in the district self. Some fund road projects and so forth.).
