Those SA come across like they have a problem with Nigeria and really dont like us.
i dont know y because i never been to SA or met a SA person before.
I just see their hate speech online and on youtube etc. That's their problem and totally their business. It's when they have the nerve to bring their hate and xenophobia right to a Nigerian forum like this that they must be put in check. With all Nigerians have to deal with at the moment, who cares about South Africa, but they keep posting their useless threads here. So annoying. |

the way i'm see it, very soon this site will be a tribal war between Nigerians and South Africans, once more of them arrive.
we will have our hands full and no time to fight each other again. Bottomline: Nigerians can do without you but you can't do without them. That's your reality. |

Samantha124: Lol... This is funny... If you want me to leave nairaland like it's your family business and you're the major shareholder, then come and take all your people from my country first and I'll leave...
The truth is bitter and I'm not going anywhere... It is not my family business but newsflash it is a NIGERIAN site. You all talk talk talk and complain about Nigerians, yet cannot resist crawling all over their blogs or websites. Just take a good look at yourself and ask why you crawl all over the place here. Attention seeking all the time. Bottomline: Nigerians can do without you but you can't do without them. That's your reality. |

Samantha124: First ask yourself why does it appears like Nigerian major tribes hate each other.
There are constant tribal wars in your country... Find a solution to your country's problems before you can start pointing fingers at other countries.
South Africans always get provoked by some of your people the same way you guys provoke each other in your country. As bad as the tribalism on nairaland is, don't get it twisted and assume that is the reality on ground. We do not have tribal wars like the constant violent xenophobia exhibited in South Africa where people are physically attacked simply because of where they are from, or what happened with the rwanda genocide where tutsis and hutus literally murdered each other. And it is very rich of you telling us to find a solution to our country's problems when you literally spend all your time here on nairaland. Why not spend that time with your fellow South Africans or anywhere else. What is the pull to Nigerians? Why not let us be, ehn? |

CJStarz: Why do you like trolling or trying hard to pull down Nigerians in your posts? Signs of inferiority complex or what? Whadahecck are you doing in a Nigerian platform? If you gat some sense of respect and dignity, you'd exit your xenophobic self from this platform and go join or create an SA platform. Leave NAIRALAND,go create your whatever R''land. Well said. I honestly don't understand why the mods keep giving this toxic guy and his topics front page. Shows there is something very wrong with how nairaland is run. Same thing with how the titles of some posts are renamed to promote tribalistic comments. Anything for traffic, it's a real shame. That's what gives fuuls like this guy the mouth to talk. |

seunmsg: Balanced appointments across communications agencies. The north and the south east got the biggest pies (NCC, NIGCOMSAT and NITDA) while the south west will manage the crumbs (NIPOST and NDPC). We ain’t complaining though. The only thing your mind seems capable of processing is how to link every topic to tribalism. At this age, you are still engaging in juvenile thinking. It's a shame. |

That's what it should be, but the two sides will soon come and start their usual battles. Smh. |

Biggaboi: I still find it funny why they call it that. The first time I heard it at a party I was like what is swallow? And everyone was looking at me funny. I mean don't you swallow rice and others after putting it in ur mouth? Why are food that's eaten with soups called swallow? Hahaha! I think it's because for foods like rice, you chew them first before swallowing, but for the ones we call 'swallow', some people swallow it straight without chewing. |

Ade1177: Well
Clients are in millions and millions
While agents are probably 1 in 100,000
Then good agents 1 in 1 million
Clients will always have more complaints about the agent than agent about the client
Well I have been both an Agent and a client
I stopped within just 3 months because Agent work in lagos na suffer and smilling
1. Clients have an idea of the house they want but their pocket is always 10times lower
2. The landlords are greedy both new and old house In lagos don't be surprised if you go to a house without agent
You will still pay the full outrageous agent commission tagged Agreement and commission
Without any lawyer for Agreement papers or agent for commission
3. Agent work is capital suffer You just join and you be hearing big big money they call
By the time you successfully do one job You will hear Landlord cut the commission to half, then 4 people will share the remaining half then one person that hold the key will collect something
Na you go later go beg your client to help you find something
4. You can never show a client one house and person will be satisfied
Minimum of 4 to 5
You go waka and money you collect your body go hear am
5. There's high risk of falling into a dubious landlord or developer
You and police station
Because if developer or landlord fault agreement, you're the one the client will hold
6. You can only be successful agent/ realtor if you Make sales of high value properties
Anything less na survival mode just to eat
Hence 90% of agents you see are always looking like someone that just left prison Lmaoooo |

Some States Workers are worse off due to uncaring and lackadaisical attitudes, which cannot be tolorated in Private Sectors Organisations! They will vehemently opposed any Change and they forget that Change is inevitable in Life Journey! How can you resume 10 am-o' clock and return 2 or 3 O'clock? Na Wa o! Draslo: I'm half blind in one eye. I have forgiven him but we drifted apart. It's not just me, same as with my siblings. You know when you just get to that point where you can't share personal stuff with your parent anymore. You're just their child and they're your parent and responsibilities on either side of that are not lagging but there's no friendship per se. Anger issues, trust issues, control issues and like you rightly mentioned, self righteous issues... these are some of his traits. In fact, there's no time my siblings and I are talking about him and one of these traits isn't the reason for the conversation. Even though a parent(s) can make loving them difficult, we just do anyway. Wow, that is so awful. I believe in his heart he has regrets about his action that day, but being a typical African parent, he won't admit it. Really sorry to hear about your experience. |
