So what has changed?
Has the court case been heard?
Is it 10th of October already?
This is the same OANDO I was abused, insulted and called names on.
People tends to forget the good ones you do and ready to judge you on the perceived wrong one......forgetting that this market is not static.

Let's not forget that SUGAR stayed for long at circa 16/17 when BUAFOODS was selling at circa 70/75......before the merger news moved Sugar up to where it is currently.

While not saying it might not attain this price over time, let's caution ourselves in how we are raising hope too high on the price projection as well........at least this is the type of advice some here would have given some of us as well.

From the price movement, the insiders already settled the buying range at btw 51/55 for now.....and as at now, until the merger and re-listing price is announced.

DANGFOODS is expected to be concluded before end of 2023, if there's no unnecessary delay from SEC.

You answered part of your questions.

* How many times? 4 times/year.

* Q1: Anytime after March, expect release of Q1 results......the time each quarterly result is released depends on when each Company finalizes it, AND, approval gotten from CBN for Banking stocks.......BUT within 30 to 60 days after end of each quarter.

* For Q2: After June;
Q3: After September;
Q4: After December.

The column where you see "EQTY", click the small arrow beside it and select "Premium".

I think one of the things I've noticed in this forum, which has been said before is the impatient of investors.

Some are following traders when they're supposed to be value investors and, at any little cough, blames, fears, paniçs sets in.

If there be one of the strong reasons I will stop posting in this forum, it's going to be this.

I'm a trader and not exempted from the blames......especially because of my market updates.
It was suggested that maybe a forum for traders be created but was again not considered right.

However, for newbies, please note that you don't lose money until you sell your holdings!

Bros, as it is, don't sell your OANDO at loss, most of those laughing and making "I told you so" posts already benefitted from this stock and you know their next target? To use mouth to batter it so much and create fear in the mind of holders so the price could go down so low, then, the next posts you shall be seeing is " I already jumped inside the bus again, we will ride it to so and so price".

Never trust the intentions of some of the people on this forum!! Someone once mentioned that no one have the interest of another at heart here .......but I'll say, very very few still have the interest of others at heart.

As it is, OANDO is not disappearing from NGX!!
Let's even say it goes back to N6, there's a way you could go about it and come out without loss, especially if you still have spare funds.........and if you don't have spare funds, just be patient ....it may require time but there'll be a way out of it.

None of those posting knows what the next line of action will be on the stock, most of the posts are assumptions.

This is my opinion on it.

This result came out since July and it's Q3 we are expecting, which won't be ready until anytime after September.

.....and yes, it was an impressive and improved result.
We expected a much better Q3 result....all things being equal.

The other link you posted also was for 2022 .....any reason for posting outdated result?

Na so dem hype Eterna till some people got trapped and continued to average down. Eterna is almost back to the price it was before it took off.

First off, in one of my earlier posts on OANDO in response to someone, I mentioned a 50/50 chances of Oando going up to N15+ or remain below N7......bros, it happened in our korokoro eyes even if many didn't believe it. I bet you don't even know my source of info on it......

Na so I hype ETERNA too, YES! The same way I've hyped FIDELITY from N1.70, CHAMS from 20/25k, UCAP from N3, JAPAUL from 20/25k, UBA, SEPLAT, MANSARD.......in fact, almost all the stocks on NSE at different times self.

I still have the ETERNA that I picked at around 26, so don't think I was exempted from these losses too but I do hold on to what I Blvd no matter the analysis paralysis here.....if it doesn't go according to expectations, well, it's all well and good......I carry my L in peace.

I don't hesitate to mention here that I've been following the dictates of Mr. Market and that I'm not the one recommending some of these stocks at different times but the gurus.

Change is constant but very difficult for many to embrace it because of the past, so it's normal among humans.

What you Ogas are saying is not a one way thing......and you seems to completely sideline the investors here.

If you say sell once price begins to fall, what of a situation where it's just a pullback and the following trading period it begins upward journey again?

- OANDO as case study........got to 7/7.20 and pullback happened.....just to continue the upward trend thereafter again, same happened at circa 10/10.25 or so, also @16 today.....
IF at all it should resume Northwards journey after this pullback again, hope you won't come up with another morals.

Pullback is normal in any stock......

We will continue to keep eye on the movement in OANDO........for the next round trip.

You were right and he was right too.
At a time it went on full offer but shortly after that they cleared it and bids surfaced up to 13.60, but it later went on full offer again.

The movement there doesn't suggest this pullback will last for long. I may be wrong though.
We see how it goes tomorrow again...

Traded as high as 16 earlier....

I know oando has prospects for the future. What do you think concerning the delisting if the majority shareholders holder are bent on seeing it go through. Do you believe the minority shareholders can stop it base on wale past records

From my little understanding, majority shareholders didn't take Oando to court but few minority shareholders.......not even all minority shareholders supported it.

I think majority shareholders are not bordered here, and may just be forced to accept the Court's verdict.......either to delist or remain.

During the bull period that all stocks were moving and OANDO refused to shake body, I think we were saying it here that, the type of scenario now playing out in the market was what the shareholders should have embarked upon, peradventure it will force the Coy to treat the minority shareholders right and much better.
