A BLACK DAY!

It is pertinent to establish that,I am writing an eye witness account, being a resident, a victim & associate victim of worst carnage I have ever seen on the surface of the earth.
God in his infinite mercies granted his people a vast land and in appreciation to Him we called it GRACE LAND here in Zaria behind College of Aviation Technology.

Last night at about 10pm,the devil struck with his usual instruments of demolition! The worst evil act I have ever seen!The worst form of demolition in the history of Kaduna State!

As an eye witness, a victim (A victim because my Church has been demolished in our very eyes!) A victim because my friends,neighbors houses were demolished in our very eyes etc.

For the purpose of clarity & understanding, the following structures were razed down without recourse to justice & base on some oral sources from experts in Urban & Regional Planning;

1.An estimated of 500 structures stands demolished.Out of which;

2.Seven Churches of not less than 500 seating capacities were demolished.

3.Two Mosques of at most 30 seating capacities were demolished.

4.Bethel Church is the biggest Church in Graceland, Zaria in terms of landmass & population with its Bible School & Secondary School was demolished.

The demographic characteristics of the settlement are lecturers of ABU,Zaria, FCE,Zaria, College of Aviation Tech,Zaria, Leather Research Institute, Zaria, FGGC,Zaria, Medical personnel of ABU Teaching Hospital, Zaria, staff of Nigeria Institute of Transport Tech,Zaria,Business men and women (100% Igbos) and the list goes on & on.And they called the settlement-GRACELAND!

The demographic personalities as mentioned turned the "desert" the most attractive place to stay in Zaria! Those that are conversant with Zaria know what I'm saying- very calm, peaceful and civilised.

The questions we must address are as follows even though some of which were addressed by the court.

1.Where was Aviation Tech.When the lands where sold & developed?
2.How comes certificate of ownership (C of Os) where issued?
3.Since collage of aviation tech.is a federal establishment why is Kaduna state government meddling & championing the course of demolition?
4.Where is the rule of law?
5.Is the movement a religious or ethnic war?etc
The above questions would serve as serves as a compass to this study to enable us understand the legal, religion & economic implication to what exactly happed!

Now for record purpose. I am not writing stirs violence or uprising.We here in Graceland are law abiding fellows.Even when they were demolishing our structures we where only singing praises to our God according to our corporate & individual faiths.

What a lawless country that drives pleasure in inflicting pains & sorrows to its citizens!

It is unwise for any Governor to focus on demolishing structures when crucial areas of human development has not been attended to.

Hello,

Recently I started making move for a visa to check out. I am not fully employed, just managing to survive and have a little saving in the bank.

I have met with 2 different agents and not comfortable with their charges and also they couldn't show me where they live with their family or their offices.

Just yesterday I visited an agency (a firm) and was a bit impressed. Their charge is N250,000 for the visa package but you would be responsible for the flight ticket, and hotel accommodation.

They promised to take responsibility for all the documentation needed for the visa, including sponsorship letter, employment letter, adding some amount to my bank account to boost my savings of which I would pay them 5% of any amount they would be adding for me.

I asked the probability of being granted, they said 80-90%.

Mind you, I can apply for the visa myself but I don't have the sustaining documents such as employment or sponsorship form and others and I believe my not having these might pose as a setback for me, so I need an agent to help me.

I hate stress.

Now back to the matter, what have you to say please? It's a Shenghen visa. I am presently in Lagos only for this purpose. I've been lodging in a hotel and planning to leave for my base any moment.

Being the first son out of six kids is challenging as there's a lot of expectations and it's draining me.
My parents really made things soft for us while growing up not until my dad feel sick and everything turned bad. I quickly realized things and kicked up hustling when I moved in with my uncle. This uncle of mine pays my fees and I work for him, but he's a very difficult person and no one stays with him for a long time even his wife couldn't. Having noticed that, I try as much as possible to please him but he keeps maltreating me so I deviced means to earn cos being wholely dependent on him will aggravate things for me. His wife is a very good person I look unto whenever I need certain things, this man changed totally during the lockdown and kept on accusing me of stealing his stuffs (Not money) even to the extent of taking me to the police, all these things began after some of his workers moved into his house where we reside, sometimes he'll tell his wife not to give me food for no plain reason. I overlooked these things but it was killing me inside, it really affected me because I'm a very calm person who likes to mind his biz and for sometime I was depressed and totally disappointed that my uncle would be doing this to me. I remember how he'll be telling me my father trained all of them (5) except him being the last born in school and therefore he owes no one nothing.
Last year I was able to get something doing while I work for him and it gave me some money that I was using to support my family and complete all my fees upon resumption. I later got some more cash and foolishly went to him to seek advice on what I can start up with it, couldn't detect the fact that he wasn't happy with that. To cut it short, the business crashed while I was at school and he promised to repay me.
Now I'm back to square one and currently on 6 months IT leave from school, when I came back to his house, things did not change instead it got worse so I quickly had to find something doing so I could leave. I used to model and do graphics designs and was also learning web development combined with Cloud computing but this man took my system and promised to fix it along with his when it spoilt but I've not seen it till date. A friend of mine whom I helped last year remembered me and asked me to come over to his place and I've been there now for a month trying to sort out things for my self but it's not working out and I don't seem to like this condition I find myself in.
I'll be 19 by December and also a graduate next year, I don't have anything to show for it, even my next school fee I don't know where it'll come from, my mother on her own wants us to go back to her country and I've been begging her to reconsider it. All my mates willing to help me big at the moment indulge in fraud and I can't bear the thought of going illegal. I did not offend anybody, I'm not a bad person, just trying to better my life and these things ain't working out it's frustrating.
I really need your advice cos for the past few weeks I can't get myself just been thinking about my next move and my future in general cos it seems I've been disappointed by my Uncle whom I believed in so much to help me.

A CBN circular from October 2020 confirms that at least as recently as last year, Haruna Shahru was allowed to run a BDC in Nigeria, potentially giving him access to the very funding infrastructure that he should not have under any circumstances.

Zahraddeen Shahru Haruna is Shahru Haruna’s son, so it is no surprise for him to show up as a director on his father’s BDC registration documents. There’s just one problem. Remember Emefiele saying that BDCs facilitate terror financing? Well just a month before he made that comment, a circular was sent out to banks by the CBN with the names of 18 companies and individuals whose bank accounts were to be frozen with a PND (Post No Debit) mandate.
