When I was about entering SS1 things was difficult for my sister, she only manage to register me in SS1. I then used the money I had with me to buy books, it wasn't enough for school bag. I resulted in taking only the note of the subjects we have that day without bag . One guy in our street, stopped me one friday afternoon and said he noticed I have been carrying my books without bag. That if I don't mind that he just got admission that he has a school bag he was using when he was attending JAMB lessons, that its still in good condition. That if I need it I should come to their yard to collect it the next day. The next day I went and he gave me the bag and I was about leaving. He said I should have sat down a while which I honorably did. He said he likes me, he then proceeded with can we be friends? I said yes. He said he wants to tell me something that if I found it offensive. It shouldn't stop our friendship. He said he wants me and him to be doing man to man sex(Homo ) that he don't see it as a sin. I told him that mine own Bible condemns it. He even said he will be paying me anytime we do it. I took the bag and left. Most other persons has always been showing such attitude

Why don't you start business with just 200k to 300k to start with and keeping the remaining amount of money, bro the ease of doing business is tough in Nigeria most especially if you have not taken apprenticeship under someone.
My advice is start a digital business leveraging on social network, keep aside like 1.5 Million Naira in cryptocurrency and work on your mind first, then learn how to sell yourself make money from digital skills. When you have achieved like 5 to 10 million naira then you can now start talking of venturing into some things.
Our economy is too vulnerable that you rush into any business where there are lots of big and small sharks waiting to pounce on you.

Which option are you looking at Using funds or Using skills. If it is using funds then you will need about 4 to 5 million naira if possible to achieve that
If it is skills then you will need secondary skills and basic communication and financial skills to achieve that.
If it is both them you many need the $100 -$300 to start with. Apart from the skills or money you need lots of good and productive information

Another example of the inefficiency of the GDP measurement was explained by William Nordhaus, the Sterling Professor of Economics at Yale University. In the 90s, he wanted to investigate how accurately GDP depicts changes in living standard so he sought to measure the “price of light” over the past 200 years. When he calculated according to the one-dimensional analysis used in GDP, he added up the change in the price of materials needed to produce light over time, from candles to light bulbs. On this basis, the price of light went up 3 to 5 times between 1800 and 1992. However, what that system of calculation fails to capture is that each innovation in light production was much more efficient than the previous technology. He then changed his analysis to calculate in terms of cents per lumen-hour and discovered the price of light had actually fallen more than a hundred times over.
