It is all in the mind, and then with a little bit of willingness to change/learn/develop. If people truly want to be law abiding people, then can because they will try and will attain it, same for being tolerant and what not, learn a new language, new skill, ... etc. It practically works for anything.

It all starts by being thoughtful or sensitive thoughtfully sensitive. It they can just spend a little bit of time to think about their actions...

Nigerians need a reorientations. They have this ideology of make it anyhow abroad. This psyche they developed growing up here because they see corrupt people like tinubu, dino, saraki et al living free and being even celebrated .

Talking about orientation, do you know during my thinking sessions on how bad Nigeria has been, the growth process into the said badness, and the solutions to rewriting our programming... It always leads me to what the NOA (the orientation agency) has been doing. They should be the Nigerian gods of social media, as a matter of fact all media for that matter, that suggests even in the faintest subconscious way to Nigerians, observers in all capacities and other target audience, like foreign investment.

Getting funds has been so difficult...

I have a good credit history, I have not been able to access such amount of funds from creditors due to my relatively low income...

I regularly monitor my debts and debts history with the credit bureau...

I have had history with btcjam.com however, they are closing down by July 2018 while listing/applying for loans has been stopped...

I am pretty sure it is due to defaulters because they were pretty much a lot especially from "countries of repute" like those in Europe and especially the US who were able to get verified easily to get good ratings and all, having their credit limits increased but ended up absconding still... There were lots of defaulters from our side too.
