it depends on what u mean by preach...if u mean telling u that u will have money dis yr...preaching prosperity all through....catholic churches preach about sin ,salvation,..and the core things of christianity....and i'm not saying this because am a catholic but because its d truth....i've been invited to pentecostal churches too and many of which wud preach on prosperity forgetting bout sin and salvation....there was one i once went to that preached about himself travelling abroad that year, prosperity, all through...(never mentioned anyrhing on sin or salvation)only a few that really preach on sin and salvation which i believe shud be the core of preaching....

and yes if u come to catholic church on a harvest day then there will lots of thanksgiving...(harvest is a day set aside in a year when evrybody specially thanks God for his many blessings(dats why ur friend invited u because its a once in a year thing)

and finally....i believe we all believe in one God regardless of denomination but we shud never forget that we shud always preach the truth( what people dont want to hear)...rather than telling them what they want to hear...
bottom line....catholic churches preach the gospel....peace be with you all

its painful how the federal government neglects its citizens...despite the hardships in d country, Nigerians took out time and from the little they had to buy green and white items to celebrate independence and the government rewards its citizens by letting the students stay at home for 4 months,
if the president was told that his private jet is developing some faults that need to be repaired..if the engineers told him 4 parts of the jet require maintenance costing 10million..i seriously doubt if he would negotiate with them saying..'oya take 1.5million to repair 2 parts first'...nobody wud tell him to cough out the money afterall no one wants to be in a faulty aircraft in the country when even working ones are crashing,....
or if his wife had a chronic illness and was told she needed 20million for a surgery..wud he spend months pleading with the doctors to take 3million??

first of all...nothing bout Nigerians should be generalised...there are girls that cant go out with a guy except money is involved...when guys go out with these girls it gives them the impression that girls are generally this way when it isnt so...the truth is dat if u like a girl and she doesnt like you, there are things u can do..that over time would make her subconsciously develop this liking for you(if u really like d girl that is).e.g( call her just to say hi...be kind to yourself, her and others, offer to help her, be happy with her and for her,e.t.c...not evrything has to be monetized....
