Okay, if the Muslims are the ones that did the good things in Nigeria, you mean they are doing good things and Nigeria is still like this? Undevelped! If that is so, Nigerians would have been better than China because China don't have what we have.

Now tell me who are destroying those good things done by the Muslim, still the Islamic sect (BOKO HARAM.

Lets not deceive ourselves and tackle the main problem we have in our motherland NIGERIA.

So leave those things and chill.

Nairaland GeneralNigeria Army Arrests Fake Army Students In Delta by Youngzedd(op): 9:58am On Aug 12, 2012
https://saharareporters.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/news-page-images-480-wide/page_images/news/2012/Army.jpg

For allegedly impersonating the Army and being in possession of various items belonging to the Nigeria army, about 14 students have been arrested and are at the Third Battalion Barrack, Effurun, Delta state.

The students, who claimed to be army cadets of higher institutions in Delta State, were arrested few days ago by soldiers from the third Battalion, where they were paraded in the Barracks.

Parading the impostors, the Commanding Officer of the Battalion, Lt Col. Ifeanyi Out, said items found with the suspects included army logos, insignia, recruitment application forms, assorted military outfits and identity cards bearing the inscription of the Effurun Barracks.

According to Col. Out, the suspects were caught selling recruitment forms to unsuspecting members of the public, adding that their action had serious security implications, especially given the current insecurity climate in the country.

Noting that the trend, if not checked, is capable of serious security breaches, he said, “In recent times, we have witnessed an increase in the number of unregistered organizations that parade themselves as members of the Nigerian army.”

When asked whether or not army cadets were approved for universities, the Commanding Officer stated, "We have had criminals who dress in army or police uniform who indulge in criminal activities. This is a trend that needs to be checked. For now, we are not aware of any organisation approved by the army to use its uniforms.”

Our correspondent gathered that fake Army students suspected to be students of the Delta State University (DELSU), Anwai Campus in Asaba and Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, have been parading themselves as members of Nigerian Army Cadet Force. But Col Out denied ever knowing such an organisation. “It is not an approved organisation and they do not have a right to use our documents and uniforms," he said

One of the suspects, who simply gave his name as Stephen Okoh, a 500-level student at the Anwai campus of DELSU and leader of the organization, denied ever using the items found in their possession for criminal activities.

Okoh told our correspondent that the items were worn only inside the university campus.

What about the Northern leaders e.g Emir of kano, Lamido of Adamawa, Emire Zauzau of Zaria,Sultan of sokoko sheu of Borno, Attah of igala, Bong-Gwon of jos: these traditional rules hv failed in their duties, infact what is their function in the society when they don't hv idea about the boko boys. They should shamefully step down frm their throne or be dethroned. How can these men claim they don't hv idea about boko rams? It is a shame on them.
You got it right bro.

Everybody is complaining meanwhile those states have leaders, let them first input something before blaming the president, all of them are there eating the national cake they should used to tighten the security.

They know the solution to their problems.

If the Governors can't handle their state let them step down, is Rochas not a Governor of Imo state? Since HE was elected have you heard that somebody was kidnapped or this and that. Lets use our tongue to count our teeth.

Ask the people living in IMO STATE what actually the man is doing on security.

A dilapidated pedestrian bridge at Sadiku Bus-stop in Ilasamaja area of Lagos metropolis is still in use even though it is on the verge of collapse.

Last night information circulated that parts of the bridge deck fell over three vehicles and injured some three people.

Citizen journalist visited the bridge today and saw several people using the pedestrian bridge; apparently unaware of the threat it poses to themselves and vehicles plying the ever-busy Oshodi-Apapa expressway.

Resident said the Lagos state government had promised to fix the bridge but surprisingly the killer bridge remains actively in use.

Before going into conclusion to any matter just think about the posibilities.

As for the game the phone was never CLONED rather simple trick.

ComputersGauss virus: Stuxnet-like cyberweapon hits Middle East banks by Youngzedd(op): 9:33am On Aug 11, 2012
https://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/About/General/2012/8/9/1344552443949/Computer-virus--008.jpg

A new computer virus, dubbed Gauss, has been discovered in the Middle East. Researchers say can it steal banking credentials and hijack login information for social networking sites, email and instant messaging accounts.

Cyber security firm Kaspersky Lab said Gauss is the work of the same "factory" or "factories" that built the Stuxnet worm, which attacked Iran's nuclear program. Here are some key facts about Gauss, according to Kaspersky Lab.

Q. What is its purpose?
A. Gauss is a surveillance tool. It steals credentials for hacking online banking systems, social networking sites and email accounts; it also gathers information about infected PCs, including Web browsing history, system passwords and the
contents of disk drives.

Q. Can it do anything else?
A. There is a mysterious module, known as Godel, that copies malicious code onto USB drives when they are plugged into infected PCs. Godel's purpose is unknown because some of its code is compressed and scrambled using a sophisticated
encryption method. It only activates when it infects a predetermined target.
Researchers have not identified the target or figured out its mission. Kaspersky Lab senior researcher Roel Schouwenberg said he believes it may be a "warhead" designed to damage industrial control systems.

Q. How many victims are there? A. Kaspersky Lab has uncovered more than 2,500 computers infected with Gauss since late May. It estimates the total number of victims is in the tens of thousands. The largest number of infections were found were in Lebanon, followed by Israel and the Palestinian Territories.

Q. Is Gauss still a threat?
A. Yes. Infected USB drives could still launch attacks. Servers that controlled infected machines were shutdown in July, so it is unlikely that any more information will be stolen from the surveillance part of the operation.

Q. Why is it called Gauss?
A. The virus is built using modules with internal names that appear to be inspired by famous mathematicians and philosophers, including Kurt Godel, Johann Carl Friedrich Gauss and Joseph-Louis Lagrange. http://uk.reuters.com/article/2012/08/09/us-cybersecurity-gauss-factbox-idUKBRE8780VT20120809
Kaspersky named the entire operation after the Gauss component as it implements the data-stealing capabilities.

Stay Alert!

PoliticsAsari Dokubo’s Rantings by Youngzedd(op): 8:16am On Aug 10, 2012
Recently, Chief Edwin Clark, the self-acclaimed
leader of the Ijaw nation and ex militant Chief, Asari
Dokubo, was in the news.

These men, who are
leaders in their own right, made comments
unworthy of the positions they occupy in the
society.

To say that I am disappointed is to obviously state the least. To start with, Chief Edwin
Clark is a man who has acquired a reputation for
himself in the country, having served as a Federal
Commissioner for Information and considering his
age of over 80 years, earns him the status of an
Elder Statesman.

This accounts for one’s consternation about views about the events in the
Nigerian polity. One is sometimes inclined to believe
that ageing induced his recent comments. Chief Clark recently pointed accusing fingers at
General Ibrahim Babangida and some northern
leaders as those sponsoring the dreaded Boko
Haram sect. How he came by that conclusion
remains a mystery.

The current situation in the
country is one that all hands to be on deck. So, if Chief Edwin Clark does not have anything to say, let
him just look the other way and allow men with
genuinely love Nigeria, to seek way solve the
problem we currently face as a nation.

Chief Clark
should be reminded that such statements are
capable of ruining the reputation he has earned for himself. Need I remind the revered Elder Statesman
that while the Niger Delta was on fire, when he and
other leaders in the region were visibly
handicapped and incapable of bringing a lasting
solution, it was a Northerner who brought the
peace they currently enjoy?

Asari Dokubo in his own statement threatened fire
and brimstone against the north. One wonder s
how Asari thinks.

The question to ask him is; is it
the entire north that is Boko Haram, or is it every
northerner that is supports of the sect? Anyway
such statements are not unexpected from people who have allowed ethnicity and politics to becloud
their judgment and sense of reasoning.

When he
and other militants were kidnapping and killing
innocent citizens in the Niger Delta, who threatened
war against the people of the Niger Delta? If Nigeria
were a nation where things work, men like Asari Dokubo would have been behind bars from crime s
he committed against innocent people.

Unfortunately we are not, that is why men like him
still move about freely and even have the effrontery
to threaten war against a particular section of the
country.

The general feeling and belief among some
members of the Niger Delta region is that certain
people from the north are against the Presidency of
President Goodluck Jonathan.

Therefore they are
creating confusion in the polity to label him a
weakling and a failed leader. Whenever I hear such argument, I am always quick to remind people that
BoKo Haram did not start from the time of Goodluck
Jonathan.

The insurgency started during the time of
Late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua.

President
Goodluk Jonathan merely inherited it and just like
his predecessor, found it tasking to solve. So, that argument is not tenable.
Besides, such an argument can only come from
people who have a parochial mindset, and hardly
mean well for Nigeria.
The so called leaders of the north have not fared
any better. They seem to have all gone to sleep
while their house is on fire. Maybe their view is, as
long as I am not personally affected then
everything is okay. However they cannot pretend that everything is
okay in the north, when things are anything but
okay.

Recently, the governor of a northern State
paid a visit to victims of an attack in a hospital
putting on a bullet proof vest. This shows that they
are not unaware of the daunting security challenges present in the region.

As leaders, the general wellbeing of the people
should be their primary concern. If these northern
leaders had acted promptly when the situation was
a bit controllable, it wouldn’t have enjoyed this
sporadic spread and men like Asari Dokubo would
not have had the opportunity to descend to the level of insult and finger pointing.
The current security situation is a national one and
not just a northern problem. Therefore all well-
meaning Nigerians must all arise to the task, so as
to find a lasting solution to the current problem our
dear country is faced with. Finger pointing and
inflammatory remarks like those of Chief Edwin Clark and Asari Dokubo will only aggravate the
situation. Let me state unequivocally that the unity
of Nigeria is a settled and foregone issue and the
blood of those who fought to keep this country
together shall not be in vain.

Anybody who seeks
the breakup of Nigeria does not mean well for her and we must collectively resist such move. Our
strength shall be our unity; we cannot conquer this
security challenge with a divided house.

God Bless
Nigeria.
