Every reasonable person knows this truth but I've come to know that Nigerians hate anything truthful. In a country that is meant to be yours they still call you an immigrant. You work very hard to build a business they stay awake at night brainstorming on how cripple it. You voice out your choice on an opinion meant for everyone they single you out with threat for daring to make your choice. They complain about everything you do and accuse of you of being the problem with Nigeria. Then you say you want leave they say never you must stay with us and do just exactly as I say. Are we now their slaves? How much did they pay to buy us and who sold us to them? We the youth will contest this shameful and obnoxious status we found ourselves in this evil Nigeria at any cost. Death to this One Nigeria.

IPOB can not decree on an igbo man who is legitimately and peacefully earning the sustenance of his family in other parts of Nigeria to relocate to the South East. The size of the entire 5 South Eastern states is not even up to the size of Kogi State, how can over 25million people squeeze in there? Where will the farmland to grow food to feed that number come from?

Yes, one may opine that Lagos with a smaller space have over 20 million inhabitant but that has made Lagos a concrete jungle and feeding that huge population in dependent on what is grown in other parts of the Country as Lagos State cannot feed itself!
Biafra is bigger than the five eastern states and whether we can feed ourselves or not is non of your business. Simply support our quest since we are all the problems Nigeria is facing. Won't you be happy to be separated from your problems?

#FACT: The vast majority of well-to-do-igbos made/still make their wealth outside igboland. If it what you are asking was that easy they would have moved since never to return. Even many of the ones that moved back East from the North have largely returned there. Life is really hard in the East economically hence the persistent migration.

But regardless, I pray Biafra comes to pass for them since that is what they want.
If your prayers for our success is from a sincere heart then may God bless your endeavours. The economic situation there is harsh because the Nigerian government made it so. An area with a very high population density deliberately marginalized to rot and decay was a well thought out plan by those who with the help of Britain and Russia won the genocidal war that was meant to keep a supposed country united. Why do you think the youth will keep quiet? We will challenge the status quo. Give us biafra.
Politics › Re: Radio Biafra And The Tragedy Of Charlatanism, By Dr. Ugoji Egbujo. Must Read. by Yujin(m): 7:30am On Nov 11, 2015
Biafra is something dear to the oppressed people of the SE and SS. In her we see hope because Nigeria has offered us no hope. In her we see our voices listened and our grieves attended to. We were born into an oppressed region and we grew up under inhumane conditions and our little efforts to make our conditions better our oppressors still destroy; polluted farmlands and water bodies, herdsmen destroyed farmlands and destruction of our homes and investments by muslim fanatics among others. We that are seeking biafra do so to guarantee our future and ensure we bequeath a country our children will be proud of. Oh yes the youthful exuberance of Mr. Kanu may have affected his mode of voicing out but the situation that informed radio biafra and the renewed call for biafra still remains. It is on this note that we are calling on any and all true lovers of justice and freedom from the old eastern region to arise and support our course. Many youths have died and many are still willing to face the demons of Nigeria if that will bring a biafra our offsprings will enjoy. Do not stand there and point to us as mad men simply because of the crumbs they offer you. You and us are capable to eat unspoilt food. We cannot be treated like beggars in the lands of our ancestors. Do you wish to be a spokesman for our oppressors? Do you wish to stir dissension among us after all we have suffered together? Why oh brother! Where was your voice when our people were murdered during the various sharia riots in the north? Where was your voice when for cartoons in far away Denmark our people were hacked down without any provocation? Did you lose your voice when many of our peaceful relatives going about their normal businesses were killed for a beauty pegeant they never cared about? The extra judicial killings of Massob members that went on for long didn't see you speaking up; where you in coma then? Oh ye brother, our steps might not be perfect but our course is. Therefore offer us solid strategies and not mockery or condemnation. Mr. Ugorji Egbujo we await your response.
Finally death to this one Nigeria.

You would say that, wouldn't you.

Boko Haram destroyed the North East by blowing themselves and innocent people up. But the rest of the country continued almost unaffected, except that their activities offered the Northern power brokers the opportunity to take back the reigns of power to be able to rule over the rest of the country.

When I say 'something bigger than Boko Haram' will happen, what I am saying is not that we will go about blowing ourselves up and destroying our region like savages! What I am saying is that what will unfold will bring the whole nation to its knees. It will not only affect our region.

But we are not ignorant of the fact that we have amongst us a group of alien people, who seem to have a predilection for wanting to share in the spoils of war while not being ready to fight their own wars on the battle field, currently perched in the shadows waiting like the scavengers they are for us to make a false move. We know who these people are and be rest assured we will not play into their hands and repeat the mistakes our fathers made in the past . . .
You know them so well. We will not make that mistake. A contigency plan has been Marshalled already. Everyone will feel the heat. Nigeria's economy will collapse and we will slowly wear her out.

Biafra is bigger than Ojukwu. Its a movement for the oppressed. Its a vision for those held against their will. Its a goal for victory from the shackles of repression and marginalization. Its an escape route from the monster called Nigeria that has gobbled millions of innocent people. Biafra is not about war. Its a peaceful movement to our promise land where our voices will be heard and our efforts appreciated. Biafra is a way of life where truth will be sacrosanct and justice upheld. It is a land where equality and fairness will reign. Nigeria can NEVER give us this so death to her. Take your epistle somewhere else. If south Sudan can be granted referendum, why not biafra? If Eritrea can be given freedom why not biafra? If Namibia can be given freedom why not biafra? We don't want your Nigeria anymore. You have killed our fathers and mothers. Our brothers, sisters, uncles and aunts have been killed by fanatic muslims without anybody jailed for it. Our lands have been encroached and our farmers murdered in cold blood while the Nigerian government looked the other way round. Our properties have been destroyed without any compensation and we have been deprived infrastructures while our resources ravaged and our waters and lands polluted. We want biafra so that we can start afresh to build our ruined lands. Give us biafra- that is what we want. Death to this Nigeria.

You don't understand what is happening in Taraba. The real owners of the land(the minority tribes with a larger population) are fighting for their destiny. It is glaring that Mr. Darius won as anyone who followed the run up to the last gubernatorial election knows what transpired. Buhari wants to foist a Muslim fulani woman on them. If they don't protest now the same thing el rufai is doing in Kaduna is what she will start doing in Taraba. The fulanis are very strategic if you study them very well. Silent and deadly as they slowly organize having block all your escape systems. This is what they want to do to us through the recent political rumblings in Akwa Ibom and Rivers state hoping that the APC candidates there(since there are no fulanis there) will be malleable to them when their full assault begin. All pro Nigerian Igbos have two things in common: its either they are very greedy and conscious of themselves alone or they know nothing about Nigeria- they are very very naive. I do understand that you're not against biafra. I also do understand that you want to be sure of a well comprehensive plan drawn out which can guarantee the establishment of biafra. If I get you clear too, its like you don't think any extra sacrifice should be done to achieve our goal outside going to the UN? And it includes our investments and properties outside our sphere of influence. I'll give you elaborate answers as best as I can.
Firstly, the quest for liberation from all forms of oppression especially slavery took a long time to get to fruition. Hundreds of thousands if not millions died to achieve that feat. Properties were lost and investments destroyed. Today, many nations and groups are enjoying the sacrifices done by their forebears. Also, many ethnic groups went into extinction when they lost out in the race. Its a risky game but one that needs persistence and whether you like it or not sacrifices must be made.
Now let me go straight to the point. From 1967-1970 we fought for our survival. It was a war of survival with biafra being a target. We were hunted like rabbits from every hole we inhabited outside the eastern region. That time all your investments didn't matter anymore. You know the story so I'll jump this one.
The war itself started when Gowon failed to implement the agreements he had and signed with Ojukwu. The mode at which the Nigerian side fought doesn't tell you they cared about the lives of our people. They were just interested in winning the war. It means your properties till date don't matter to them. Genocide was recorded against them and the abandoned property saga still remains. Banks seized many people's money and they were given 20 pounds each. Your money didn't matter too. Fast forward to the recent history. The numerous ethno-religious crisis that engulfs the northern region has seen to the death of thousands of our people and destruction of hundreds of millions of their properties yet no one was brought to book or the victims compensated. Your property is just a match stick away from such(God forbid) within Nigeria. When will our properties be properly protected in Nigeria? When will our lives be protected against marauders? Our region has been abandoned since after the war but our resources are being tapped to develop other areas. No government ignores a densely populated area but Nigeria does that. Its all deliberate and well calculated. Today many of us have left our region to other places because of that. Wherever we've gone to we are treated anyhow as though we are no more citizens but it lusts confirms that we are not citizens. This is why Biafra is the solution. Its the best short we've got to enlarge our coast and maximize our potentials. Today, UN is there to arbitrate but they must get sufficient reasons why they should intervene. Sacrifices must be made by humans and that is us. Where ever our people are they must take inventory of their properties and video coverage also for future cases whilst bearing in mind it might be lost. We must continue with our demands until we are granted the opportunity for a referendum. If the security hit we must hit back too since we already have incidences where peaceful protesters have been killed in cold blood without any retaliation. Let some security guys be killed too so they know that they have something to lose too. Persistence brings victory. Its universally known. Biafra shall emerge soon meanwhile death to this Nigeria.

Olabestonic001:
Quote me any where, in 10yrs time Nigeria will remain Nigeria. The minority (Igbo's ) will always have their says while the majority (Nigeria) will always have their ways. In the last elections many Igbo's shouted themselves to hoax on GEJ, yet he lost. Nnamdi Kanu will spend more time in his incarceration, IPOB will get weaker as the days goes by, Biafran agitators will come back to normal after they see that their champion is gone. Then, by 2019, Igbo's will vote for a Northern candidate again and the deafening wailing will subside.
Emotions are still very high. The game is; get the spear-head of hate speeches (Nnamdi Kanu) in detention, put a strict bailing condition on him. Let his followers shout themselves to hoarse, after a month, emotions would be down (shebi we recall many protests in ages past) and soon the agitators (cowards who always want to leave when things are not their ways) will begin to get tired. The show just get interesting by the day. Anyway, maybe after Bubu's 8yrs and if their agitation is still their (I trust Igbo's they are not one of those people with longsuffering but rather emotional outbursts) they might give them the vice-president ticket or presidency ticket. They will act true to kind, ring round their "brother", chest-beat on the Yoruba's on how they are more superior to them and the cycle goes on.
Sorry bro, you have no solution to the Biafra's debacle. You will shout yourself tired here, hate the Yoruba's and Hausa generally. Hate more of SS people that are not in the same ship with you, train your children how to hate Yoruba's and Hausa's (ensure the boy grows hateful and spiteful too), lie to him that your tribe is the best in Nigeria and it goes on till your children find out that their dad was only being sentimental than realistic. By that time, you would have grown up better and realised that Nigeria was never your problem but you were Nigeria problem. Or you could grow more hateful, spite others, hate them more till you know that the best way to solve problem is by being the solution rather than contributing to the challenges.
I just paint how life has been to you. I've been following Nigeria since 1993 and I know Nigerians are highly sentimental people without longsuffering. OPC then was even more vibrant than IPOB and Yoruba's are even more concentrated in their enclave than these Biafra agitators.
You forgot to add these. More Southerners and Christians will be killed in the north as more violence is recorded. The abysmal economic situation will force many jobless youth into crime and the teeming able bodied men will be cheaply available to be used for battles. Nigeria will generally become chaotic as the desert encroachment will push more herdsmen into via south who will inturn slaughter the poor farmers and occupy their lands. The jihadists having become strong with the massive support they have got from politicians from the north will openly launch a grand attack on Christians and traditional worshipers close to their domains and the blood shed will be too great.
When you focus all your attention in another man's anus you tend to forget that yours could be entirely open for the perusal of another.

Mr. Quotasystem you're not making sense. The quest for biafra was on even during Obj's tenure- Massob. Then it was mainly the less educated, toutish and suffering masses that was with uwazuruike. During Gej's era came the IPOB and radio biafra with a lesser support too however it was gathering momentum as Kanu used the power of the media to inform the biafrans many things they were taking for granted which has cost them a lot. Many highly educated and enlightened people joined too and a support base was formed. Buhari came in and showed how vindictive and callous he can be and some who were apathetic began to have a sober reflection on Nigeria and what the future portends. Many joined and what we have today began. Millions are in support and millions still remained undecided but the actions of Nigerians under buhari will decide what choice those on the fence will take. Mind you biafrans all over the world know what is happening in Nigeria. Things will never be the same again.

Op is very correct. A majority of women reason like that but its not true. However a lot of men of today have not really represented the core features of real men. A real man can never be intimidated by anything of and from a woman. At worst he will just avoid her. A real man naturally has pride and so cannot contain a control freak woman so he will avoid her. A real man knows it takes courage for a lady to approach and woo him so he wouldn't count her as worthless. Personally I don't count them worthless just that I will take time to probe her indirectly which wouldn't be if I was the one that did the wooing. Also I've turned down ladies on many occasions albeit subtly so as not to hurt their ego. I do respect every being as long as you're not rude.
Then for wealthy women. I once had an encounter and I personally discovered that it will be very difficult to handle. Well I let her know her wealth means nothing to me and when she didn't get the message I told her to forget about intimate relationship and just be friends. She couldn't believe and had to start apologizing. To cut the long story short it didn't work. I left her city for a while to another city and after a year went back to her city for somethings. I told her I was around and she was telling me she wanted to see me and be with me. I've never had anything intercourse with her. We agreed to meet and finally met. Asked her to take the lead she refused and insist that she would do whatever I say. We went to a fast food joint in one of the popular malls around. Bought some food and she insisted and paid for the ice cream. She was expectant but after walking round the mall she saw their was no plans of any intimacy from me and she announced her departure to which I obliged and escorted her to the bus stop.
No matter the beauty of a woman or her assets, when she meets a real man she will be overwhelmed by his glory.
