For NDIC it is highly secretive. They dont play with secrecy. NDIC is the only place where workers keep secret from their fellow colleagues. A staff of NDIC ask her friend in the HR department about info, the friend was not straightforward with info. Even if you sleep in the HR department you will never know what is happening. I had a call with one staff of tetfund on monday and he told me that there is recruitment going on but it is so tight that even the directors will not be given slot. Board members and some strong influential politicians are getting the slots.
But he told me that junior staff (ND or NCE) will be recruited and even advice me to use my diploma and apply, even with that, if i have someone to work it out for me.

I served in Tetfund 2019/2020.
I dont have any connect, pls no one should dm me. I share this info to those who have connects so that they can press on.

The mail is to upload documents for virtual interview. So if your connect is strong strong then it might not be necessary. Cos some people don’t even write the test or do any interview but still get the job.

If u want merit based job then mostly focus on private organization.

100 slots has been thrown to the public because of ES insisted on merit base (best performance) while the rest has been distributed already.

There are people who scored 75 above without cheating cos they are smarter than you. The truth is bitter so deal with it! Just because u got less than that, don’t think everyone is like you.

Congratulate them and be happy for them. If u are not happy for your fellow man then how would favor locate you?

If you are sad with this whole NCDMB process then go and apply for another organization and stop frustrating us with your complains.

For the ones that are not as smart as 75% above crew then go and start hustling for connect. All this nagging won’t stop them from sharing appointment letter when the time is due.

This is the same way news of people getting in through back doors were flying around during nnpc recruitment. But guess what alot of people got it on merit. They also said going for interview was a waste of time that they had already picked people. It's all stories. Alot of people will get this recruitment on merit. Alot! Just chill and watch. You'll be shocked!

This is different trust me! Doesn’t mean they won’t pick based off merit but it would be 90% connection and 10% merit. Hence why they made the cut off mark very high so they would be able to pick few to represent the 10%.

So if you are very very intelligent then there is still chance for you cos the merit would be picked based on the best of the best.
