Your diet/exercise may not work because you've hit a plateau. Before you jumpstart any weight loss plan, you need to detox for the pounds to drop fast. This works for me;
Commit to only veggies, fruits and water for 4 days to cleanse your system then start counting calories/dieting a week after.
Eat more veggies and eliminate white rice, yam, white bread .. all that carb.
Take healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle and you'll achieve sustainanble results.
Don't spend hours at the gym on machines that won't help you. All you need is the treadmill, cycle, eliptical or maybe rowing machine. You can get some exercise DVDs to tone with 2-5lb dumbells. I use this one below - 2x/weekly. Warning: Its INTENSE.

No, because God gave us free will to choose good from evil and enough time to repent for eternal salvation. I'm not sure if 'hell fire' is a just metaphoric phrase to terrify us, but to my understanding, hell symbolizes difficulties, pain and everlasting suffering, and not just a blazing inferno (maybe ... i'm not a Pastor, I donno).
Truth be told, we cannot romanticize hell anyways. Its a place I don't wanna find myself.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs - The thing is that most times they hire children of Diplomats so its usually an in-house thing. Try AU, Ecowas and other international Agencies like USAID in Nigeria. The UN does not allow Nigerians to write the YP exams anymore so forget UN.

I suggest that you don't limit yourself to foreign service only. Use the analytical, negotiation, communication and research skills to market yourself to any career field, as long as its does not require technical skills (I'm an example).

If you decide to go for a Masters, not IR or ISD. Good luck!
