I once use to think that probably God had an appointed time when he was going to let Adam and eve eat of the tree he warned them about....and that may be Adam and eve ate from that tree at the wrong time...May be God really wanted to have a very loving relationship with them so that by the time he let's them eat of the tree they will be so grounded in the love of God that they won't abuse the gift of choice that comes from the knowledge of good and evil.

As an occupational health and safety specialist I always tell people that safety is the everyone's responsibility but that of employer and employee..An unsafe act from employer or employee can lead to injuries, illness, damage to properties and fatality just as in the case of the late Minister.

From the incidence report I read I learnt the driver was on a high speed and slammed on the brakes after receiving a radio message from the security car behind the minister’s main vehicle alerting him to a low pressure on one of the back tires. The driver’s panicked reaction precipitated an accident as the security vehicle then rammed into the minister’s vehicle, which somersaulted several times, instantly killing Mr. Ocholi and his first son. Mrs. Ocholi was subsequently pronounced dead after she was taken to a hospital.

From the above report you will notice that the cause of the accident are the unsafe act of speeding both from driver and security car, the minister failing to warn his driver to stop speeding and human error on the side of the driver who probably didn't check the tyres before hitting the road and also who out of panick had lapse in memory of how to react in a safe manner to in case of low pressure in tyres.

Safety should be applicable everywhere I bet if the driver was safety conscious there wouldn't have been a fatality.

Until Nigeria takes Health safety and environment which also covers emergency planning and response seriously we will continue to record high rate of fatalities.

Remember every Accident is preventable. Your safety and the safety of others begins with you. If you say safety is expensive then try accident.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs use Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure which is the poorest of all salary structures presently. Monthly take home shiuld be roughly N50,000+ after all deductions. However, there are a lot of incentives in Foreign Affairs especially for senior officers starting from Level 08.

Waiting on God for partner doesn't mean you should just be an island just praying to God to bring your wife or hubby...you have to be friendly and get to know people..as a man or woman, especially as a man you are suppose to know the kind of woman you want so that you don't just fall for anything...when you find the person you are attracted to and you start communicating and getting to know the person and then both of you or you can decide to pray about the relationship that is when you are waiting on God..You cant just wait on God praying he should bring your husband or wife your way, if you don't interact the person will come your way and you may not know and then you miss the person.

in the wait God can reveal to you in dreams or through any other means about the relationship or secret things about the person..at times its when you are waiting on God concerning that relationship that's when your eyes begin to open to some certain things about the person you begin to see beyond physical attraction, at times you can start to notice some attitude you didn't notice before and you start to ask yourself reasonable questions.

As for prudent wife, how will you know a woman is prudent without interacting or being in some form of relationship. Yes a prudent wife is from God when a man finds her. You don't understand that's why you see it as poo..its reverse engineering cause you are neglecting what is important which is functionality and mobility and just focusing on just building a nice body. our ancestors where good movers that's why we are still alive today..they ran after prey, ran from predators, climbed, walked long distances and squatted for seating.

Some people who just focus on aesthetics just have the muscles and definition but can't even do a handstand, flag or planche its so bad that some can't squat or maintain good posture.

Funny enough when you engage in movement practices you are able to get that good body plus your functional... Movement will live you with things that will last you an life time compared to just aesthetics...your bar brothers, barbarians, barstarzz etc all do movement in form of calisthenics and they have got skills and can create patterns with there body...they are beyond aesthetics.

You want to learn planche, human flag etc if you just focus on aesthetics ( working the body just for definitions, abs, triceps etc) I bet you won't learn those moves.

I meant to say Movement...movement as it is can't be defined..every one moves but the question is how well are you moving. how well can you coordinate and dominate your body, what patterns can you make with your body can you go from a hand stand to a planche? can you flip? crawl? and invert?. Most people just pursue aesthetics and not mobility and functionality

Calisthenics- body weight excercises e.g push ups, dips, inverted rows, pull ups, leg raises, squats, lunges, calf raises e.t.c (for those who don't know d meaning)
Been working out for 4 yrs now- since I was 15, but not frequently, only started working out seriously bout 6 months ago.
Best decision I ever made.
Presently focusing on strenght, I can do one arm push ups, l sits ,hand stand push ups backing the wall(harder ),bent arm planche(not yet good form though) and one legged front lever(can only hold for bout 2 seconds). My goals for this year is to achieve the full front lever(hard),back lever(also hard),human flag(very hard), planche(super hard) and one arm pull up(if u can do this u deserve to be dining with gods).
Role models: bar brothers, frank medrano(super human) and brenden meyers.
Any other calisthenic enthusiats here?

Yes I do calisthenics but I am more of a move enthusiast.
