If you are not freak of Tecno or infinix,I will advise you to go for itel s15 pro,2gb ram, lot of internal memory, battery is good too,4g and camera is too notch for your budget. That is what m currently using, the price is 29.5k

Sincerely, all tecno devices are not like this. Yours may have been a faulty product. Please go to carl care and tell them what you are facing.
And if the problem continues, please endeavour to buy the Pouvour 3 plus, or the next coming device from transission holdings, you will be fine sir, keeping going.

You should know by now transion phones are toys and their marketer will defend Dem by saying we don't need NGC on daily basis. That's how someone said sensors in phones don't matter

A transission loyalist once asked me here on nairaland what would a phone user need gyroscope, step and pressure sensors for. I simply just told him he doesn't need them, he has made a good choice by sticking to transission devices.

The redmi 8 is a much more better option than whatever infinix, tecno or itel is offering at any given price range.
I am typing with the redmi 8, though am not surprised at the performance because I know xiaomi prides in satisfactory experience. But am amazed how a phone of less than 50k can be this good and anyone knowingly will opt for a less worthy device that are more expensive and unusually deceitful appearances [ I am obviously talking of the transission manipulation ]

Well, you should understand I have much better things to do than going for all that. I have told people where to look and I don't just type what I don't know. For now, it is a closed case. Mind you, saying what I said initially doesn't make your brand less of a good phone brand but I will guarantee phone users that using an OPPO phone is much better at least for the time it last producing good and strong devices.

Well so far, all you have said are words that can neither be verified by you with pictures or by any other proof available at your disposal. All you have done from your first comment to this, has made me detest the oppo brand even more.

As initially talked about, I got the redmi 8 today. Will be giving it to a friend as a gift by tomorrow or on Monday. Will surely let you know when there are any complaints concerning the device.

The display is 6.3 not 6.43. Though it would have been great if it was 6.4. The only reason I am considering the realme 5s is due to the 6.5inch screen but at just hd display, the realme 5s might remain sub-per to the redmi note 8.

The redmi note 8 is governed by the sd 665 chipset and the chipset comes embedded with Bluetooth 5.0 not 4.2.

OPPO is a far better phone brand than Xiaomi any time any day. If anyone is in doubts check the Xiaomi thread its one complain or the other about the phone purchased.

Kindly post screen shots of the complaint you have seen on the xiaomi thread about xiaomi phones purchased. Personally, I advice people to get xiaomi because I am yet to see any user on or offline having problems with the xiaomi device they purchased [ I am currently using a xiaomi device and expecting the redmi 8, a week from now that was paid for by me for a friend. If you do go ahead with posting photo evidence of your claims, I will switch suggestion to other brands instead of xiaomi.

It's a screen problem, if there is a tempered glass on it, remove it. For few days, if after 3 days the screen is still ghost typing, take it to carlcare.

When you compare these devices to the camon 12 air, you will know why it's tecno and transission holdings that are giving mtk the bad name they are struggling to rid off.
Every phone on the list I mentioned I have used except the redmi 8a which am expecting few weeks from now.
A transission device with 12gig ram will still struggle to compete against other manufacturers 8gig ram. Because while companies are disclosing every details of their devices, you won't find the transission subsidiaries doing that.
To confirm my point.

Get the Samsung galaxy A2 core, I got it about 5days ago for 25.1k., I would have asked you to consider the xiaomi redmi go, but I haven't had any offline experience using the device. Samsung A2 core It's everything a lowend device should be and more. It performs better than the infinix hot 8 2/32 powered by mtk A22. This is personal experience.

Shortcomings of the Samsung A2 core.
Small screen.
Lack of magnetic sensor for compass use.
No quick charge[the 2600mah takes around 2hrs to charge] which is really annoying.
Usb type b.

The merits of the galaxy A2 core.
Vivid display.
Global 4G band.
Long lasting battery.
fast processing chipset.
Good camera[beats my expectation for a lowend device].

Overall, a great device for its price. Samsung really did a good job on this A2 core.

y is Huawei keeping the Kirin 810 China exclusive even as it is more powerful than the sd 730 and mtk g90.its like they are not trying to compete in the midrange segment outside their home market

The US ban on huawei means they can't have anything American on any new device, the kirin 810 is a new chipset, launching any device with it outside China means these devices won't have anything Google on it, and that will affect the global acceptance of the devices resulting in low patronage and loss to huawei. This is why huawei is rebagging new designs with old chipset.
