Happened to me like 3 weeks ago when I noticed that my amount earned and audio minutes for the transcript that I had just submitted was less than the call duration when I was working on it. Complained on Slack and was told that the difference would be added to my weekly pay manually but that's yet to happen. Since then, the first thing I do after picking a call is to verify the duration of the call before I picked tallies with the total duration of all statements so that I don't scam myself

So I picked a 6mins call with 2hours duration from l.io.n Insurance, but the call refused to end at 6mins. It had 120 statements and total statement time was 14mins. I ran out of time at 7mins. Is this normal?

please how can i find the short calls? I was rated 5 today on a 2.3 mins call and now all i can see is 10 mins and above. I am a newbie and that was my 5th trial. i don't think i am ready for the long calls yet. help anyone.

What was the notification you got? if it's about Afternic fast-transfer just ignore it, it will continue till your domain is 60days old, then your domain registrar will send you an email that you can use to opt-in.

Wait for 24 hours and check again. If it still dont reflect kindly contact them via call, email or live chat.
You can also check the whois of the domain to clear things up.
