What is a big man? If you are hungry, you should be able to provide for yourself. Nigerians and their "Yes sir, yes sir" attitude and undeserved entitlements sha!!! |
Nigerians no go see anything wrong here ooo. All na fashion abi? How is this different from women who want to be identified as men Or Men who want to be identified as women? Or is it only bad when we say they are transgender? |
For those that take pictures like this and broadcast it... When you die or your family member dies may their pictures be taken in compromised and undignified situations and posted on Facebook and Nairaland. I know a lot of you will not even want pictures of you without makeup or nice clothes on facebook but will be quick to post pictures of dead, suffering or dying people. Do unto others as you wish to be done unto you. |
5starmilitant:What does Obama owe to Africa? What have we done to benefit one another that we will expect somebody else who is president of 300 million people to come and epp us? |
Ingrish can hard to understand sha!!! |
Even our former first lady still get entourage!!! |
It is great that the tomatoes do not become rotten. The question is what are the negative effects of soaking food that is to be eaten in ashes ![]() I guess we will never find out, because when bad things happen in Africa, it is because God ordained it. And not that an idea wasn't properly tested before being endorsed. |
Raphael81:No she's not. |
princejayboss:There are more Indian foreign Doctors in the US than any other nationality. Why do you think almost all Indian parents want their children to be Medical Doctors or Engineers ![]() It is easy to presume a lot of things, but facts rule. |
ajoskele:Wow. Indians really did all that!!! |
Uzoigwe1:In a lot of countries, the picture you have on your post will be regarded as child pornography!!! |
This article was definitely written by a man!!! |
First meaningful thread on Nairaland for a while. And what's with this new don't give a f#ck trend. Sh#t is getting old. I think it should be regarded as spam with how much its littering the place. |
Paramedics will be a good addition to healthcare services in Nigeria. However, after stabilizing the patient. which hospital will they carry the patient to? Hospitals that don't have equipment or gloves or beds? Nigeria is a very complex country where we try to fix problems upside down. I don't blame the people trying to do what they can, because when the things are bad at the top, you can only expect chaos at the bottom. The whole health care sector, just like every other sector is underfunded. Doctors are leaving the country and the gap is being filled by quacks. Medical training has also declined. |
She looks older than 16 years. Too bad. It is only ok when it is someone else's daughter. |
How can she be there with her parents? Which kain food dey sustain her parents wey dem no fit find give am? Story is either false or her parents are... |
We will keep thanking God!!! How hard is it to make laws and make these trailer companies responsible for their trailers. Fine them if their containers fall!!! And they must pay significant amounts to the families of people that they kill by their negligence. I'm sure less containers will fall if Government does this. But as per na naija we dey.... We shall fast and pray that containers will stop falling. |
Where are these buses being manufactured? It seems there might be some structural or design deficiency with them. In civilized countries, this kind thing no dey just happen. If the fuel line for the bus dey where e no suppose dey, dem go don recall all of dem to change am. But in Nigeria... In God and Pastor we trust |
People can like nonsense sha. Article is filled with lots of misinformation and nonsense that sounds good to the ear. |
Dem bomb the place? |
Can't blame the fishermen... Person wey don chop today, na him fit dey worry about tomorrow. Poverty is a disease!!! |
With the way nairaland displays these graphic pictures of other people's family members, I tire ooo. Like somebody posted earlier, have some dignity for the dead. Nobody wishes to be portrayed in that light. Imagine if that was your Mum or sister? Is that the last memory you want to have of her? And to have this memory circulated all over the internet? Stupid people will always take pictures like this, however, Nairaland can have a policy regarding what it will or will not accept. I wish to believe there are reasonable people on this forum who can act on this. |
tuniski:Even if it doesn't fix it, it will go a long way to satisfy millions of people and not just 1 person bros... |
herzern:Cut the allowances, and we will see what his passion really is. |
Nigerians are hypocritical sha!!! You celebrate a white lady because she has embraced your culture! But you denigrate your people who embrace other people's culture ![]() What is the difference? Why isn't she fake? how long has she been in Nigeria? Or did she get her Naija accent from visiting Denmark airport Just like Nigerians that get yankee accent in Ghana?Let us celebrate everybody, regardless of what culture they choose? |
QuietHammer:Segregation is not biblical. I don't even think segregation has a nice meaning. In the context that you quoted above, sitting in ranks just means sitting in rows, so that they can be easily served with the shared bread. rank1 raNGk/Submit noun plural noun: ranks 1. a position in the hierarchy of the armed forces. "an army officer of fairly high rank" 2. a single line of soldiers or police officers drawn up abreast. synonyms: row, line, file, column, string, train, procession "a rank of riflemen" |
Silkmoth33:No lymph nodes on the calvarium sir. Those groups you listed are not in on the calvarium. |
I don't think these companies are ever held accountable for these losses. Dangote cement should be held liable if the accident was caused by the truck. And the families of the victims should be adequately compensated. Same thing goes for all these Fuel tankers that cause deadly fires. If they are constantly held accountable and they know they will have to pay for accidents like this, just like airlines pay for death of victims in accidents, I am sure that they will take adequate steps to prevent these types of accidents from happening. We have to change how we do things or else we will keep on getting the same results. This is what the Nigerian bar assoc. and African bar assoc. should be implementing instead of all the politics being played. |
And also please, to our Nigerian people... for God's sake, stop SH|TTING and dumping trash in our waters |
permanentgrace:No. They didn't think he was messiah. They believed he would be quiet and let them do their business as usual. But he is not like our previous President. |
oyetpel:If the US gov is responsible for all of this, then what should the Nigerian government do? |
US try oooo. Dem still dey give johnny pocket money ![]() |
