I am a God is different from saying I am God. English, just like Yoruba can be subject to a lot of interpretations. She said it to gain attention and we are now having this conversation about the opinion of a BB naija participant. |
Health / Re: Obituary Of Paul Arisa, Viral Cancer Patient Who Died Recently by ziga: 7:56pm On Jun 02, 2017 |
frisky2good: What were people dying from back then? A lot of people who died from "old age" back then actually died from issues that are now diagnosed better these days. So, science has opened our eyes better to what we didn't know and we called old age. Unfortunately, science does not necessarily have a good solution to the problems 1 Like |

Romance / Re: Some Women Are The Reason Guys Disrespect Them by ziga: 10:21pm On May 31, 2017 |
So, dressing "properly" protects women from being disrespected? Lol. Nigerian men on Nairaland disrespect women that they haven't ever seen. Nairaland is an example. I agree that we all need to dress decently. Men and women alike. However, we need to keep people accountable for their actions. If you are disrespectful, you are disrespectful. Whether you think somebody asked for it or not. And if you don't like my clothes, look away and keep your opinions to yourself. Giving unsolicited opinions can be a form of harassment. 2 Likes |

Not natural. Women can be hairy but not in male areas. Commonly PCOS, but sometimes might be a more serious problem, like testosterone producing tumors. Best to get medical evaluation at least to make sure it is not a serious medical problem. |
Politics / Re: Updates From The IPOB Declared Sit-At-Home Protest (Pictures) by ziga: 2:28pm On May 30, 2017 |
Small minds always cry and blame other people for whatever perceived bad situation they find themselves in. Real people do something about it. I think a lot of Nigerians are tired of all these talks about secession. It has gone on for long enough. I am sure every tribe believes they are the best thing that happened to Nigeria. That is how deluded human beings are. Just do what you have or need to do or else shut up already!!! |

Celebrities / Re: Nigerians Bombard Pia Mia’s Instagram Page After She Stole Phyno’s Song by ziga: 1:32pm On May 29, 2017 |
The story of ‘I’m a fan’ single began from Phyno, Jeremih and producer Remo. According to verified sources close to Phyno’s camp, the rapper was working on incorporating Island-ready production on his sophomore album to tap into the international market. He was in talks with Remo, who sent him the song to work with. This version of the story by pulse.ng makes a lot of sense. Seems like Remo owns the song. Musicians do not necessarily own a song. A lot of things go on behind the scenes. And if this is true, Phyno may have been the one that used the song without permission. Eventually we go know who be the thief. 1 Like |

Religion / Re: Traumatized Nigerian Doctor Shares His Experience With A Ghost by ziga: 9:18pm On May 28, 2017 |
SalamRushdie: Doctors do not determine life or death. You sound like you know some things about medicine, but I can tell that you are clueless about medicine. Sepsis is a very serious medical issue that in most advanced cases, even in the most developed countries leads to death. From what the OP described, the patient would most likely have died even with the most advanced medical institutions. In medicine, doctors only create the best opportunity for the body to heal itself. If the damage is gone too far and the body can't recover, even life support won't save you. One of big reason why mortality rates for simple medical issues are so high in Nigeria is that people don't seek help until their problem is advanced. |
Religion / Re: Traumatized Nigerian Doctor Shares His Experience With A Ghost by ziga: 9:10pm On May 28, 2017 |
I am hoping and guessing that this incident did not happen to Chukwudi Iwuchukwu. He is a blogger who is a Nigerian lawyer. Can we have the details of the person who actually had this experience? Unfortunately people lie and with the internet, stories can be easily propagated. So, we need to get details and review the source of stories before we start believing them and arguing over nothing. 1 Like |

Family / Re: Should I Expose My Wife's EX? by ziga: 10:59pm On May 27, 2017 |
rogovo20: Trust is a 2 way street. If your wife can't trust you, she will never open her heart to you. If she really had plans with her EX, she would have gone through with it and she wouldn't say anything to you. I think her conversation to you might be her way of trying to get your attention. Sounds like you care about your relationship, however, seem to downplay the hurtful things you do to her. I could pick up a lot of "red flags" about you from your story. And I know this is your version aka "the good version" I can only imagine how bad you would look if she was the one telling her side of the story. I highlighted the above from your story... You won't sleep with a married woman or married ex? how about an unmarried one. Or how about saying you wouldn't cheat on your wife. Somehow, we reap what we sow. And about her EX, he is none of your business and he is not your problem. You are your own worst enemy. 9 Likes 1 Share |
