Bro I think you re good, mass comm isn't about been a presenter, journalist or wat have u alone. Broadcasting is a part of it too, and u need computers to do dat. U just need to buttress this point and relate it somehow in ur statement of purpose

Bro here's mine. I studied mass comm initially at under graduate level in naija but the mass comm industry isn't exactly inspiring.
I then went to India for a year to study IT courses in a bid to switch careers (I've always loved computers and working with them) and I ended up getting 1 certification and about 13 trainings in networking and related areas.I plan on writing about 9 more certifications before applying to Canada for either pgc in information network security or information technology
In your own honest opinion, submitting the certifications alongside my application and probably a good SoP; what chances do I have using the mass comm as a yard stick having In mind the lack of correlating between mass comm and IT? How would the CiC people probably look at it?
All the above is after reasonably proving that I have the required funds of course

U re to submit ur app at VFS office at Lekki ( Monday -Friday 8am - 2pm). Take a bus to obalende, from there take a bus going to Lekki/ajah. Drop at ikate bus stop(3rd roundabout), den cross too d oda side of the road. Ask anyone that u re going to Manor house, it's a big building. U wld see it once u enter the estate.

I av a pen at oke aro but d truth is that the place is in a bad state. only if the govt can improve the state of the infrastructure of the farm then they can talk of generating billions yearly from there.

It's not a must he transfer money into ur acct, all he need do is print his bank statement of acct(for 6months), get a letter from the bank, write u a sponsor letter (stating the amount he would make available to u each year) addressing it to d Canadian embassy and probably make an affidavit of support at the court that he would be sponsoring u for ur studies stating the amount he would make available to u each year

You must fill the form if u are married, I don't think u need to notarize it, I doubt it (unless it is stated). And u will need to submit ur marriage cert with other supporting documents

They reply tweets enquiries fast (talking from experience), if we all can go there nd lodge our complaints dey will take our cases serious. If like 30 applicants from one country complain about d same tin am sure dey will look into d matter ASAP. There's no harm in trying

There is no validate button on d family information form and for form IMM5257 there won't b any bar code generated, u will just click d validate button nd dats all. It is only form IMM 1294 dat would generate a barcode (when ur laptop or desktop is connected to a printer or internet)

Is d account yours or ur sponsor's? If it is your sponsor's tell him or her to go to d bank for a letter stating the account exists,d date u printed d statement dat u used for application etc with stamps and signature nd d photograph of d owner of d account on it

Don't wait For d acceptance letter, mail the school international office and request it to be sent into ur mail. You can use that for ur visa application. Who get time to dey wait 2-8weeks. You can go for ur medicals anytime but it is advisable to go for medicals once u have most of d required documents requested by CIC from Nigerian applicants.
